Went here after a flat and the staff were super helpful. Unfortunately due to the all wheel drive system we needed the exact same tire which they could not provide due to a non-compete. This could have resulted in transmission damage. They were honest and recommended another tire shop. I really appreciated the help and information. Thank you!

I wish i could give this business no stars. Made an online appt for brake pads/rotors. Received a confirmation email for the appt indicating that i needed a brake service I arrive to check in and was told there is no one here that does brakes today they will be here tomorrow. Well that doesnt do me any good TODAY. I said thank you and walked out!I will tell everyone don’t waste your time making an online appt. it wont be honored. Lost 2 customers today.

Store that day he was awesome!! and you could tell he been working hard to get the store together you could she it on them... I work 6 days a week and have very limited time to have my company vehicle serviced, so I set up an appointment with these guys over a week in advance for four tires and an oil change. I showed up that Sunday and they did not have the tires in and would not be able to get them same day. I was frustrated, but not the end of the world. Two days later I called and asked if the tires were in, to which I was told yes I am looking at them. So I set up an appointment to come in the next day, first thing in the morning. I showed up, and they tell me they dont have any techs available until 10. Very frustrating since I called ahead, and am missing work for this. So I set up an appointment for the following day first thing, and I was assured they would have techs in and I would be out before 10am. I showed up the next day, they put my truck on the lift, I waited two and a half hours, then David tells me the tires arent there and they are sending a guy to go get them but the oil change was done. Extremely frustrated, I asked him to put the wheels back on and forget it. Took them another 40 minutes just to do that, then I checked my oil to find out they had not done the oil change either. Complete waste of time, the most poorly run shop Ive ever been to in my life, and they lied to me too. Look elsewhere for service.

The young lady who greet me was nice, but they didnt order the part they told me they would a week ago or more my time was wasted and you can not get time back ! This is the second Firestone that has done this to me this month.If I had a business that wasted someones time or I didnt do what I said I would that work would be free.

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding automobile service I received from John Esce, the new manager and service advisor at the Loch Raven and Taylor Firestone location. Ive been coming here for 20 years, but for the first time I received the best service, was not led astray and was given accurate honest feedback on my vehicles condition. Right before my July 4th vacation, I came in so worried about my tire pressure check light and my front tire that was plugged elsewhere. I went to a different tire place earlier that day but was told it would be hours of wait and expensive. I passed by Firestone abd my mother had said to try it for my car issue. John E. went above and beyond, rolled-up his sleeves to diagnose my tire problem, and he took the time to ensure my car was safe for the ride. He was really kind and respectful and efficient. This is rare for women coming to get theur car fixed. He fixed my door that had been loose for years. I was and still am, extremely impressed by Johns competencies and his exceptional customer service. Also, he was extremely professional, efficient, and kind. I left with my car tire pressure and door perfectly fixed. I am beyond impressed with Johns service yesterday and my 2014 Aspen White Nissan Sentra is driving so smoothly thanks to him.  I highly recommend everyone to visit John at this location and you will receive the best service ever and your car will be perfectly taken care of. Dropped by when I noticed I had a large dent in my wheel and a tire bulge after hitting a pothole and needed a second opinion. Kelii was super helpful and immediately ordered the parts that I needed so I could return to get it replaced, and kept me updated on cost, parts delivery timeline and the repair was professionally done. I also really appreciated the proper mask wearing in all interactions both inside and outside the facility. Thanks!! Would come back for a future repair. They have a phone number for curbside dropoff which is great too.

This location has helped me a lot and they have always accommodated my needs on my old Toyota 2005 Corolla. They have been able to fit me in for alignments (because of the potholes and the recent BGE repairs around the entire area) and and other issues because my car has over 200 thousand miles. Great customer service and helpful.

Do NOT come here at ALL.....I was told to bring my car in EARLY morning so I got here at 715a. I was asked could I leave the car and I was Ok with that so I left and came back at 540p and the car is still parked where I left it earlier and im being told that once the tech is done with the car he is working on he will get to my car.....it is now 617p and Im still waiting to get a TIRED CHANGED....Something so simple and im still waiting since 715a

Just needed an oil change. Went in expecting to get a list of recommendations for my vehicle and didnt. It was PERFECT. Gentleman at the desk let me know they would complete my service without a list of recommendations at the end, because they knew I was in a time crunch. They still checked everything, completed the service in a reasonable time and the price was good. I would DEFINITELY go back!!! Thanks guys!

I have come to this location on several occasions to get tires. But that is the end of that. I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation and showed up 15 mins early. Expecting to stay 60-90 minutes. I was told when I dropped off my car @1pm that it may take a couple of hours since they were short employees. So I caught an Uber home. I called at 3:30 to check the status of my car. Was told it would be ready at the latest 6pm. Showed up at 6:15 and my car wasnt even in the bay. Melvin was not at all apologic and said it would take 30-45 once it was in the bay. When I asked about all the cars worked on before mine he stated some can after. Totally confused and disappointed. Me and my donut tire will find a company that actually wants my business.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the waiting. Was unacceptable. I had a 11 appointment and my car wasnt scene until after 2. I also had to take it back the next day to fix the issue they caused and had to wait another 3 hours. I know might have something to do with the initial wait time but its still not good service.

The bathroom and the waiting area could be kept cleaner, but other than that, I highly recommend this location. There is a female technician who works here and she knows her stuff. Being a female that doesnt know much about cars, she made me feel comfortable and I didnt feel like I was being swindled for car repairs. The rest of the staff is nice too. One gentleman answered all of my questions in a very helpful Manor. Really appreciate this staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for an extended warranty on a tire for $102.69 in Oct. 2017 thats supposed to cover the tire for up to 40,000 miles. In 3 years I have driven the car less than 15,000 miles and my warranty was not honored. Their warranty accounts for absolutely nothing and the customer service is horrible. Also asked the manager for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me. Instead he gave me a website name in which you have to create an account just to access. He was rude and very nonchalant about my concerns. I was able to get the number to corporate management from a different location manager.

Prices are good but I rather pay $30 more to get quality service. Get oil change on Monday truck bone dry on Tuesday nothing wrong with my truck.I should not have to buy a qt of oil to put in my truck to get back up here. The manager no apology nothing was said. Hopefully no damage was done to engine. My second and last time using there service I want my vehicle.

Terrible customer service. I dropped off my truck around noon today to repair a nail in my rear right tire. They said it probably wouldnt be done until the end of the day because they were busy. No problem - I gave them my cell phone number and left.They close at 5pm. Around 4:30pm they still hadnt called so I called them. They told me they couldnt lift the truck so they didnt fix it. They kept it all afternoon and didnt even call to let me know. Everything is closed now and I wont be able to get it fixed somewhere else.

I think this is my last time going here. They are doing fraudulent things. They tried to sign me up for a credit card. He said it was for rewards and ask for me to put in my number. Which I did, next screen it’s asking me for my social! I said excuse me why would it ask for this. He said oh your get a card like this (pulled one from his wallet). I told him I’m currently trying to pay for my home and my wedding at the moment. This man never had my person. I’m pretty sure you are supposed to ask! He put in a random social and they called as it looked like a fake social and proceeded to tell them I wasn’t interested anymore. It really upset me because he entered by drivers license Info. I gave it to him as I thought he was updated my profile from my fiancée information. I’m really upset. I was a victim of identity theft and this is just unsettling to know you have employees doing this. I’m sure you wouldn’t care but I’ve lost respect for this place and will never come again.

Was completely lied to. Drop my car for tire rotation and one tire needed to be repaired because it was flat. Was told rim was bent and they couldnt repair it. Picked car spare was on tires were not rotated. That was on 1/25. Before taken to get rim repaired filled tire with air and it held pressure. Called talked to Marvin was told it was keeping air in tire because it wasnt on car OK tell me any thing put tire on car and it must be a tire Miracle because its holding. They also lied on the last page showed all my tires were at 32psi. The front was 22psi need air and a spare was on. Do not think they like doing rotations or anything that is free when you purchase tires from their. Mr.Tire here I come

I was recommended to visit this firestone when I arrived from out of town and my car was making a strange sound. My cousin frequents this shop and loves the service. Ive taken her car in order to be serviced last year and it was the most pleasant experience I had ever at Firestone. I called today to set and appointment. The person who answered the phone was able to give me the best advice, listening to my concern, and providing detailed information. I must say they go above and beyond. I trust my car with this location!

If I could give this no stars I would. Dropped my truck off Monday, waited for it, left in frustration. They looked at it Tuesday afternoon, literally did nothing and couldn’t find the problem. Gave me the keys back Wednesday and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get my truck unburied from the parking lot. Still have to take it to get fixed elsewhere. Garbage service and customer service skills.

Terrible place. Made an appointment for oil change at 11 am. Dropped the car at 1030 and told them that I would be back at 1 o’clock. They said they would get it done before that. I showed up at 130 for picking my car up. They didn’t even start and I was told there was 2 cars in front of mine. They just wasted my time and didn’t do the job. Just terrible place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My friend took her car over there last month and spent over 2000 dollars and the car came back worse than when she first dropped it off. After she took it back again, they held the car for over 3 weeks without any update or relevant information leaving my friend stranded and having to spend over $500 on uber. Truly horrible service and I will not recommend to anyone who balues convenience .

I and another customer literally waited patiently 20 minutes (being generous) to even be acknowledged. There was another patron ahead of us; however, my issue is there is one service rep literally juggling multiple calls (severity of the call demands greater attention); incoming customers whose numbers swell while juggling the calls, completing and printing off invoices, discuss matters w the technicians and customers, and occasional leaving of post for assorted matters..meanwhile customers WAIT! Even the service rep acknowledged they need Help! Normal business I was arrogantly told by the manager, despite it being terribly inefficient. Secondly, they have no visibility on deliverable parts...(this is the 21st century FIRESTONE), and from my heated conversation with the manager its not their fault. Not your fault that a 21st century business has zero SYNERGY between itself and its vendors? 21st Century business not able to accurately locate where a part is in transit ( changes due to traffic; vehicle breakdowns; driver inefficiency...21st Century Logistics Solutions in a fast paced world Firestone. Time is 💰. Customers deserve Quality Service not Apathy.

Staff is great, and prices are fair. I have the lifetime alignment so Ill continue to come for those once or twice a year, but Ill be finding a new shop for routine work. 3.5+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, is just ridiculous. That kind of work should take 1.5 hours max.

I have a lifetime alignment for my car. I just got an alignment on the previous Saturday. I just went to a Firestone in PA on the following Tuesday, and was told that the alignment was off. Now I am glad they didnt tell me that it failed because of that. So, as a result I am now paying $200 for a repair that might not be a dire emergency, but for trusting this shop I am out of money. Beware when going to this Firestone. They will do some shady stuff.

We dropped the car off for an oil change at 3pm. The service person told us if we wanted our tires changed, we could call and add it. We called 20 minutes later to add two new tires to the order. They said they added the order so we left the car till 6:30pm. When we got there they still had not completed the oil change and they forgot the tires.

I used to go here for regular service. I will only return for the cheap oil changes. They said i need new brakes when i changed them less than a month ago at a different place and tried to charge me nearly $300. I didnt believe them and when to a friends shop. He said there was nothing wrong with my brakes at all. The sound i was hearing was just rust being removed when braking. Never again

I dropped my car off for an oil change and was told it should be ready in a two hours and they would call when it was ready. Three hours passed and I didnt receive a call so I headed back over. I had to wait 5 minutes for the guy to finish his smoke break before coming back to his front desk. He stated that he hasnt had anytime to catch up on calling customers - but had plenty of time for a smoke break. He apologized again and went to check on my car and said they would NOW pull it in for an oil change and it would be an additional half hour. I am very disappointed that I had to wait almost four hours for a simple oil change.

Reception area staff failed to tell me where to find my car once it’s ready. Silly me thought my car would be right outside where I left it. But I was wrong. After searching for my car for about two minutes, I saw one of the garage workers coming out so I asked him. He didn’t even look at me, he mumbled “no, no, “ and pointed to the parking lot across the shop as he was walking. I walked out of the shop’s parking lot, crossed the two lane path in/out of the strip mall, then half way through the parking lot, I found my car. Since they couldn’t leave the car on their parking lot, at least they could have told me where it was.

Took over 2 and a half hours for an oil change with an appointment.... tried to get me to buy 2 new front tires instead of rotating them because they were “bald”. I’ve road on some bald tires, they were not even close to bald. Matter fact, they put a 5/10 for my front tires compared to a 9/10 for my rears so why i got to buy new tires if they still got that much tread left? Im not coming back, thats for sure.

At around 11am this morning, I brought my fairly new Honda in to have a flat tire repaired. The fact that there were only 3 service technicians on site, on what is probably one of the busiest Saturdays of the year being that (Easter Sunday is tomorrow) was unacceptable and was partly the cause of me having to (unexpectedly) wait 4 hrs before they finally put a new tire on. But on a positive note, my service adviser, Keiyanni was excellent! My flat tire was deemed unusable, so she made sure that I got the lowest price and also the low profile tire that matched my other 3 dealer bought low pro tires, by going above and beyond and driving to and retrieving the tire at the Firestone location on York Rd. So finally after checking out the new tire upon arrival, it was exactly what I wanted. In my experience, auto service advisers do their darnedest to up-sale you. But she was straight forward and all about low cost solutions. So for that, I give Keiyanni 5 stars, but Firestones mgmt only gets 1 star for the above mentioned (mgmt not having enough service technicians on site, on probably one of the busiest auto consumer days of the year.)

Dishonest repair shop. Avoid at all costs. They found $1000 of repairs needed to a 3 year old vehicle in order to meet the safety inspection. I went to Steves Garage down the street (inspections only, no repairs), and he said the only thing the car needed to meet regulations was two new tires. Firestone service is crap.

The mechanic couldnt open the hood of my car and parked it outside of the bay and didnt even tell me he couldnt get it open but left me in the waiting are you waiting I had to get up to see that my car was just sitting there I thought it was done but the mechanic just parked it there because he couldnt pop the hood instead he could have just told me but I eventually walked out and pop it for him
