For more than five years Eyler has managed the website for the Baltimore Museum of Industry, overseeing two design re-dos with great success. Their staff response time is excellent. I once accidentally deleted a page and emailed them frantically, and they had it restored within ten minutes. Ive reached out on occasion after hours and received a similar quick response. In addition to their work on the website, Eyler staff was brought in to oversee a crowd-sourcing project, and was able to build it out in a way we had not thought of, to great success, and we turned the project into a permanent installation in the museum. They have done training with our staff to be able to make basic edits to the site, but we still use Eyler to handle bigger changes, and rely on their expertise for things like plugins and additional modules. Eyler makes it easy for us to have a functional, user-friendly site, and they are an incredible team to work with. I couldnt recommend them more highly.
