Both my experiences here were incredible due to the amazingly friendly staff members Morgan and Robin. They quickly completed their service while being so kind and accommodating, helping to answer my questions and making me feel like a valued customer. A little bit of great customer service goes a long way, it really made my day!

Before, I loved going to this place to get fingerprinted. It’s very continent and usually professional. Now, vaccinated employees are not required to wear masks which made me extremely uncomfortable. If I were a company that serves the public, I would not put someone at the front not wearing a mask. It does not look good for the business and is bad customer service in my opinion.

Very quick process. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I did have to make an appointment but they were able to get me in within 3 days. Every team member I encountered was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Poor customer service. The person sitting closest to the road (Jen or Robin?) was gossiping about her coworkers on the phone instead of assisting the customers. There was a long wait time with only one other customer in line. I suggest you try somewhere else for your fingerprinting needs - I will not be returning and I will make sure to tell my friends and family to not use their services.

The office is looking outdated, yet it is clean and organized. The parking is available for free (first come, first served). The front desk receptionists are courteous and helpful. While waiting, do not expect to receive complimentary services, such as a cup of freshly brewed Keurig coffee or a bottle of spring water.As of December 2020, fingerprinting service (it is an inkless, electronic way of capturing a persons fingerprints in a digitized format) costs $24.00, and Maryland Criminal Record Checks costs $18.00 per customer. Payment methods include cash and major credit cards (including AmEx, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted.If your employer requires fingerprinting services and/or a state of Maryland criminal record check, this is the place to be. Please, note: Appointment is a must.

Half the people working here weren’t wearing masks which is pretty bad for a place that medical professionals and child care professionals are required to go here for background checks for work. If the employees here aren’t wearing masks how am I supposed to trust that the surface I touched to get finger printed is even sanitized?

I have used this finger printing location about 5 times. They are reasonable and competitive price wise. Small parking lot behind. Its in a house type building with a sign out front. Would suggest using a GPS if first time going. The last time it took as long as some of the city sponsored finger printing, as there was a decent crowd, even at 1230/1 pm

Wait time was pretty much -3 seconds. Everyone was friendly and explained the process. Only downside is my fingers smelled weird afterwards.

Fast, efficient service by knowledgeable and helpful staff! They doublecheck documents before you leave to ensure all dates and signatures are completed. Ive had great experiences here over the years with everything from fingerprinting to notary and passport photos. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Hayley! She fingerprinted our entire faculty and all of our substitutes. She was incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Absolute Investigators and especially Hayley!

The staff is very friendly and helped both me and my wife very quickly! There was a small issue with them submitting my fingerprints with my name misspelled, causing delays, but otherwise, cheap and quick, whilst being quite friendly! My wifes prints went through without a hitch.

I would like to give a shout out to the very kind gentlemen who work in the Joppa location.. I had brought my baby in her stroller and was having a hard time getting her up the steps to the entrance.They immediately asked if I needed help, and then proceeded to lift her and the stroller. They even noticed when I was ready to leave, and offered to assist me once again. Instead of what could have been a very stressful experience, I left with a smile and heart full of gratitude. Thank you!

I was in and out of the place in 10 minutes. I came at 9:50 and left at 10:00 am. The staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for fingerprints.

I was in the Towson location on Monday September 11th just before noon and did not have a great experience. I walked in, was not greeted by anyone behind the desk, and walked up to the counter to sign myself in (after looking at the signs to see what I needed to do.) The two women behind the counter were having a personal conversation that I had to interrupt to ask a question about what I needed to do from there. When I was called up to go get fingerprinted, the woman who was leading me away to fingerprint me said to her coworker something like I hope I dont start bleeding profusely! I was stunned enough to not ask where she may be bleeding profusely from. I realized right away when she started fingerprinting me that she had a band-aid on her finger that she was using to touch my hands. In retrospect I wish I had asked for someone else to fingerprint me instead because its very disgusting to think about, but I let her do it. More personal conversations ensued between her and a different coworker over my head - I was barely acknowledged while I was there. This felt like a very unprofessional environment and I dont think I would come back here if I needed to. I would STRONGLY suggest that if anyone has any bleeding wounds on their hands, they should not be fingerprinting anyone else, much less announcing it to a lobby full of customers. I provided this feedback directly to Absolute Investigative Fingerprinting a week ago and never received a response.

They are very professional and friendly. The entire process doesnt take long HOWEVER parking lot is subpar -- especially if they are busy. Would recommend being dropped off instead of actually driving & parking there.

Second time going their for fingerprinting and I never come out disappointed, one time there was a wait but they moved through it as fast as possible, staff are helpful and very nice, and affordable pricing. My experience both times going to get paper work done I give it 5 stars all the way!

I called before i came. I was given all the information needed and was very satisfied with the customer service given. When i arrived it was a bit of a wait. There was an employee to seemed to be in training. There were maybe 3 people ahead of me when i arrived. My wait wasnt too bad im usually an impatient person. Once it was my turn i was called to the back. I came for live scan fingerprinting and was happy to find out that they could also do the photos which saved me an additional trip. She took approximately 3 minutes and i was done. I was satisfied with my experiebce. Refered my coworkers

I visited the office at 604 East Joppa Road, Towson, MD and discovered this business is not wheelchair accessible. No ramp, no nothing.I spoke to an individual who was unlocking a side door, and who said, accessibility was the landlords problem, not his.Anybody whos that sloppily indifferent to Public Access is likely to cut corners on important private matters.

It is a walk in service. I had my job done in like 5 minutes. The people there were extra nice.

In and out. Was here a total of 5 minutes to get fingerprinted for school work. Only thing keeping me from 5 star is the secretary was on a personal call and made me wait to handle sign in.
