Went to the Towson Mall location today around 3 pm. The young man serving cookies had his mask pulled under his chin. I politely asked him to please pull it up while he completed my order. He repeated the question incredulously. When I repeated the request he refused to serve me saying this is why I dont do the register.The second employee came over -her mask was also off - I explained I work in Healthcare and lost three people to COVID that morning and would she simply pull her mask.up She replied that wasnt her problem. Then I simply said this is your job why does someone even have to ask. She moved to the next customer saying she wouldnt do it just because I had a problem. EVERY other restaurant in the food court had the people who at the front serving food masked. I understand people pulll it down if no one is there. But to adamantly refuse when asked on this climate of rapidly expanding cases is beyond comprehension.

Absolutely horrible attitude by the short young lady every single time I come....1st time I thought she was having a bad day however the 2 succeeding times she was worse.....Nasty,Short(no pun intended) and dismissive....I asked when will some oatmeal raisin cookies be ready because there was none out and her response was We aint got none so what u want ....I left before I cussed somebodys child out.....Shes not fit to sell anything

The cookies are good. I like the m&m cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Their best cookie is the m&m cookie.

I called ahead to verify closing time and was told 7:30pm, ordered $60 worth of cookies over the phone, and drove 45min to the store, only to to be told that the store closed at 7pm. Store rep didn’t really try to make amends. Disappointed. Total waste of time.

I use to love this place. Cookies taste great but the cs I had today on 08/03/19 sucked! I asked their prices, he said depends on what , and after a minute he finally told me. I said thats what I wanted to know and then argued about how I wasnt specific. Seriously!!!!! He needs cs classes! The cookies with designs looked thrown together! A manager needs to check their work! Above all, no receipt!

Linda and Kayler were my servers and they were very helpful and kind!! The cookies are so delicious, I prefer the M&M ones! Good baking tasted fresh

Tasty cookies, staff was friendly. Ordered one of the massive cookies with custom art work. Very well done with attention to detail. Took about an hour for the massive cookie with artwork.Heads up: the black icing stains.

A waste of money... I just brought $5 worth of chocolate chip cookies and a fountain drink and my cookies are very hard and stale i asked the cashier could he give me some fresh cookies and he looked me and said they are fresh not to mention my drink was watered down it taste just like water I’m very disappointed and unhappy and will not be back

Ordered a cookie cake for my coworker. The service at the Towson location was great and the cookie was nicely decorated but man was I disappointed with the taste - it was dry and hard and just not good at all. I’ll stick with Giant next time.

The best Snickerdoodles in the world. The cookies are costly at $16/pound but they are worth it. This location is in the food court on the third floor. This is also a cool place to get a cookie cake made for a special occasion.

This is the second time Ive came to town on leave and the Towson location has nasty attitude little hood rats working there. I dont know where they get these people from but clearly theyre used to dealing with people from the hood; definitely not anyone going far in life. A spade is a spade. However being that its the Towson Mall you would think they would have people of a better caliber working there. Anyway I will not be returning. I see why the Great Cookie has a hard time franchising to my neck of the woods in America smh
