I have all state road serve .with auto up grade .a polacey that I pay extra for .now enterprise will not homer my up grede and charge me cetera why do I pay for this insurance.to not have the free up grade for free my charge is $106.00 for the rental that should not cost me .William moore 5128 alberta ave Nottingham Maryland.I feel enterprises.riped me off.for $106.00 extra
