These guys are the real deal. Five years of gunk, junk, and whatever else they could find in between, underneath, and all around every crack and crevice gone within two hours for an absolutely spotless finish. Edwin took care of me and hes the man. Definitely will be coming back for all my auto detailing needs.

So happy with the quality and seclusion. The process for exterior detail, felt like all that was actually done. The 3 gentleman worked on my car together and were kind, courteous and very polite. The vehicle as you can see was taken care of nicely and quickly.

The staff was exceptionally professional and ON TIME! When i arrived to pick up my car they were going over the car with cell phone lights looking in crevices to ensure that it was spotless. The customer sevice responded immediately, evaluated the damage, explained what needs to be done, and gave me estimates for the work. I especially appreciate how much attention Joel paid to my car with with *multiple* extractions to make sure the offending juice spill is removed from the thick upholstery. He even took the time to spot clean the back seat. Totally unexpected and SOO appreciated! I higly recommend Auto Doctor to anyone.

Do these guy need another 5 star review. Yes they do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We hired them a couple months back for a deep clean of our minivan. Im kind of picky. I really want every corner vacuumed, and want it done thoroughly under the seats, between the seats, all those tough places. The whole job was top notch. I will most definitely contact Auto Docotor again next time we need it.

I had made an appointment using Auto Doctors portal (very easy process), and then called at 9am this morning to cancel, as it was no longer convenient to get there. I received a very prompt call back from Travis, who immediately offered to come to my house to pick up my car and then deliver it back to me. Wow! I jumped on that offer. I arranged for the In & Out wash at $45 (great price), and my car looks so pristine. Further, I had a bad scratch all along my cars side, which they buffed nearly out of existance. They worked with me on price for that, which I really appreciate. They are clearly motivated to offer excellent service and quality work. Im impressed. My sister was so impressed that she immediately started arranging for the same service. Highly recommend and intend to work with them again.

Was referred by a friend to use their services. They did an exceptional job with cleaning the interior and exterior, vacuuming the floors, and washing the wheels. They told me it would take 2-3 hours, and it was finished in 3 hours. My first impression when I saw the car after the wash, was that this was a brand new car. The wheels looked brand new (which was one of the biggest issues we had). Will definitely take my cars back to Auto Doctor in the future and refer my friends.

Brought my car in for a full detail. Had not washed or detailed the car in 2+ years. They made the car look as clean and new as it did rolling off the lot in 2016. Wow! What a great experience! Curt went above and beyond to detail my car. First off he was able to accommodate what I was looking for and even do it same day while helping me pick out the right package for my car. He offered to come pick up my car and provide me with his car if I had anywhere to go. So the customer service for me is already a 10/10. For the detail and job at hand I couldn’t be more happy. The interior was meticulous when it came to cleaning I honestly can say he did not miss a spot 10/10. The exterior was amazing. He was able to fix a scratch and the wax coating looks amazing. Very friendly and professional. I had a few stains and wanted my seats cleaned anyways. Today was the day. I spilled a coke soda and there was No Way I was gonna leave that on my seat. I made an appointment to have my car washed and detailed at 4 pm today, a time which auto doctors website said was available.. I received an email confirming receipt of my appointment. Only to be told when I arrived after driving 18 miles that I should have known the website and email notwithstanding, that unless they called to confirm I didnt have an appointment and they were booked. I believe their website is deliberately misleading, wanting a customer to think the time they want is available so they dont go elsewhere. Deceptive business practices are not okay.

I had no idea this place existed and only found it on a Google search after attempting to go downtown to WashWorks during the Baltimore Running Fest and finding it closed. I was delighted to find this place right in the parking garage of the mall! I did the express detailing service while I grabbed a quick bite and did a little shopping and it was done in less than an hour. Not only convenient but they transformed my husbands car from a beater gathering acorns under a tree to sleek and sale-ready! Thank you!! This is my new go-to.

I needed my car upholstery cleaned, and dreaded another encounter with Auto Spa’s rude receptionist. I checked online and found Auto Doctor...so glad I did!Curt asked what “my main areas of concern” were, and thoroughly answered my questions about the cleaning packages. He noted their satellite location in Lutherville and offered pick-up and drop-off service in the area.In less than half the time that the other car wash takes (and half the cost), my car was done- full interior detail plus exterior wash. The staff stood by watchfully as I inspected their work to make sure I was satisfied, but the car was absolutely spotless- even the small sliver of rear windshield that usually gets missed, the spill stain under the driver’s seat, underneath the mats, the crevices between the seats...nothing skipped.This place is a class act. You DO have a choice!

After hauling boxes for moving and loads of trash to the dump in addition to my shedding dog and messy kids my car was in a sorry state. I don’t have a fancy car- a 5 year old Mazda 5- but even still I wanted to it to feel clean again and it was way beyond what I could do myself- even with the shop vac. The guys at Auto Doctor fixed it up wonderfully and got me in same day. It didn’t matter to them that it wasn’t an expensive, custom car- they treated it just the same with a high level of attention to detail. I got to do my shopping instead of waiting in some lobby and then drove away with my car feeling like new. Excellent service and a good value.

Would definitely recommend - found Auto Doctor online and realized it is within walking distance of my office. Dropped off my Atlas two days ago for the express detail option. Got it back and it looked just as good as what Ive paid for full detailing, but for 1/3 of what Ive previously paid. Will be bringing our other car here as well...UPDATE: Went back for the first time since they moved to the Sheraton garage just down the street (lost track of my kids spills in the car during COVID). Just as professional a job as the last time...had it back in 2 hours

Recently moved a car out to Towson and was looking for a regular place. Most car drive throughwthrough in the area use harsh rags and brushes so I knew I needed a hand car wash. Luckily found these guys with a quick Google search and decided to give them a try. Ended up very happy with the service. It was quick and throrough. The car was looking pretty rough after a long cross country transport but after a quick wash they had it looking like new. Highly recommend their service and its great because its near a mall and Towson U so easy to reach.
