We rented the upper room. Was incredibly hot. Had no option for us to refrigerate food or drinks. Had to bring our coolers and ice. For the cost of the venue (too much) we basically got the room, tables, chairs and linens. The coffee service was keurigs.The staff in charge were not very professional with the guests of honor. One even was bad mouthing us to her employee in Spanish (unaware that we spoke Spanish🙄) After that she said I don’t have to help you other than the tables.We could have dealt with everything up to that point. The guests of honor were very unhappy and unimpressed with this location and its staff. The only redeeming staff member was the assistant they sent up to bartend (after the one we paid for never showed.)I honestly wouldn’t recommend it for even a conference call, let alone an event like a wedding, shower or party. They aren’t very helpful or clean, but are happy to take your money.

I booked a party for a one year old. On 1/9 the owner was very much so about the money. The staff wash very unprofessional the owner unprofessional. The place was not ready for the time of my event. The place was not clean at all things everywhere. There was not help the owner lied and said she had help to get my party together. When I got the she the owner and one guy helping her. The health department needs to got and inspect that place. No one should purchase food from her at ALL kitchen is not clean AT All . My guess was disappointed I was disappointed and she didn’t return a dollar and I came in and decorated my grandsons birthday party and I paid $1060.00 for a mess. The pizza was box hard pizza the chicken tenders was not cooked well done. She over books party’s and to cheap to pay staff . I wouldn’t uses this place every the county should inspect it and shut it down period.

RUNNNNNN !!! I would not recommend this place to anyone !!! The owner GIA is one of the rudest most unstable people I have ever met. I booked my daughter 1st Birthday party here very last minute due to the rain possible ruining her party because I had a outdoor venue. I was told I could come in early the day of my daughters party to decorate. When we arrived the place was not cleaned at all from a previous event that was there the night before. Tables, floors, bathrooms were despicable. After my sister wiped the tables down so we could try to set up , the whole time we were there Gia was showing the venue to different people ( at least 6 different people). So we never really got our own setup time. Only for her to come to me as rude as possible to tell me we had to leave and we had to leave now because she has more showings to do !!! She then called me while we were gone to get ready for the party letting me know she could not rent the space to me and I could come get all of my money back and my belongings ( less than two hours before my daughters party after spending two hours decorating). When I pulled back up to the center Gia had a complete meltdown crying hysterically claiming to be overwhelmed and not having any help basically telling me that she could not have the place ready in time for my party. With it being less than two hours before my daughter party and not having any other options I felt helpless !!! I agreed for one of my family members to set up the Moonbounce that she forced me to purchase because she would not let me bring my own. Not to mention hers was to heavy for her to carry and I had to carry the blower from her warehouse! The young lady that she called to work during the party was the total opposite of her she had the tables set up and the floor mopped as best she could after GIA telling her not to use any soap just hot water !!!!! So needless to say the floors were still dirty. Once we arrived back to the party my family set the moon bounce up and the condition and the way the moonbounce looked was by far the most embarrassing nastiest thing Ive ever seen!!!! It took us a whole container of disinfecting wipes and spray and that really did no justice at all !!! The place was scorching hot!! After all of this I was not going to write a bad review because the ACT she put on crying yelling just out right performing had me feeling sorry for her but after all that we had to do on our own and the place or the filthy moonbounce not being set up or cleaned, which caused the kids not to be able to even get in it for about 30 mins while tried our best to clean it. She had the nerve to call at 6:30 and told the young lady to make sure they are out of there by 7 knowing I requested my party to be from 4-8 but with all of her ridiculous prices and fees she forced me to have it from 4-7 which actually turned out being 5-7 because of the condition of the place . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!

Really great place to hold an event. The lighting was great. Tables and sitting arrangement was spacious. It was very clean. Bathroom (Ladies of course) was very clean and contain all necessities.

Do not recommend. Incredibly rude when the venue was not ready in time. Still mopping floors (which were still disgusting). I really cannot get over how rude the the young lady in charge was. It was absurd. I can’t imagine any of the five star reviews here are real if they interacted with this individual. We were VERY close to walking up the street to Holiday Inn and seeing if they had space available.

If you ever needed someone or just a place for one stop shop this is it!!! I love Gia and her staff she’s always so helpful pleasant and has the best ideas for whatever you can dream up. I have had several events with this company and many more to come. I refer everyone having an event to them whether something small or a grand scale event they have you covered!!! Go with Baltimore’s Best Confetti Event Center and you won’t be displeased!

My event was a success! The venue was opened on time for setup. The tables and chairs were in place so that we could add our place settings and decorations. The kitchen was ready for our use. The main downside is that after you pay to rent the space, there are additional costs. There is a cost for using the kitchen, a cost if you need extra setup time over the free 1/2 hour thats included, a cost for a bartender and a cost for balloons if you dont use theirs. Thanks Brittany and Jessica for all your help and patience!

I felt this place might have potential for my anniversary party. However, I never got past the phone inquiry. I spoke with Gia and noticed she was short with me in a manner that showed she obviously did not feel like answering my questions. I tried to lie to myself and treat the situation like maybe my perception was wrong. After a few more questions, it became apparent that Gia was in fact speaking to me in a condescending tone. When I politely informed her that I noticed, it was evident that she put a lot of effort in tolerating my questions and placating. I asked questions about the whether the ceiling drapes were in the room that I inquired about and she replied, whatever is in the room will always be in the room. She was very nasty and made me feel bad about calling. I later read the reviews and realized she was the owner. Yet, on the phone, you made me pull the answers out of her. I called back and Lisa somewhat spoke to me in a condescending manner. Again, they just dont like to answer questions. Not to mention, when I mention my take on the situation, they acted like it was a real strain to be professionally engaged. Truly a bad experience.

My 50th birthday party last August at Confettis was the absolute BEST! The first time I went there was to monitor a local high schools senior prom and I was very impressed the first time I saw this beautiful place. I love the open space, high ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, drapery, beautifully decorated entryway, ceilings and bathrooms. I also like having the option of bringing your own food and beverages. Confettis offers the best value for your dollar for entertainment rental place and convenient location, right off of the Baltimore Beltway. The owner is a hard-working woman who is all about making the customers entertainment experience the best and I applaud her for business and excellent customer service.

I had my wifes baby shower at Confetti and was more than satisfied. Everything we asked the planner for was done. I also love the option that you can bring your own food. I definitely would recommend any of my family and friends to have an event at Confetti.

If you decide to book this place I found Brittany to be very helpful she was a pleasure to work with and fortunately but unfortunately had to take over for the owner of this place. She is very hard to work with and is only looking for the next dollar to put into her pocket. She LACKS Customer Service Skills and only gave my clients 30 minutes PRIOR to the start of their wedding to get into the venue as. Yes thats right 30 mins prior to their wedding to be able to get into the venue and get setup. In turn which made the wedding start almost an hour late. The bathroom smelled of sewage the day before wedding. The venue needs to be cleaned and scrubbed top to bottom. with some needed upgrades. Stay away!!! It is not worth your time and money.

So Gia really helped me out. I booked a party last yr that I had to cancel for personal reasons.. So i just recently booked another event and she was nice enough to credit me some of the money to my current event that Jessica booked for me. These 2 ladies are professional and very knowledgeable about there products. They have so many options for you. So yes book book book!! Ask for Gia or Jessica.

My event hall got shut down due to Fire Marshall cease and desist so I needed to find another hall to send my customers I was in a serious bind so I decided to call Confetti’s and send my business to help them gain however the owner Gia was plain up rude and uncaring of the situation. All she was worried about was her mortgage payment and making money. If I’m sending her customers this means you will make money, she began questioning me and not really concerned about my situation. I had to swallow my pride to even call another hall to ask for help along with Gia just not caring at all. Her attitude for business unprofessional and I ended up hanging up on her. I will never recommend anyone to use this place. For all the money she tries to get out of the updates seems like she should focus on that outdated ugly paneling on the walls. The waiting room looks a hot mess and as a business owner to another her customer service and the way she speaks to people is less than ok. Gia get off your high horse you never know when your business will need the help next. You will never get a mention or recommendation from me use your place. Stay humble and maybe you would have better reviews on here. Rude and not professional. Save your money and stay away from this place.

WHEN I REALIZED THAT MY HOME WAS TOO SMALL FOR OUR EXTENDED FAMILY CHRISTMAS, WITH SANTA, OF COURSE, CONFETTIS HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. BECAUSE EVERYONE BRINGS THE LASAGNA, SALADS, APPETIZERS, BEER, WINES, ALL BAR ITEMS, MIXERS, & DESSERTS FOR 50, WE NEEDED A VENUE TO INCLUDE A KITCHEN, DINING AND SERVICE TABLES, CHARIS, LINENS,. I WENT TO PARY CITY TO BUY ALL DISPOSABLE EVERYTHING. WE BROUGHT OUR OWN BAR ITEMS, INCLUDING EGG NOG, BRANDY, ALL BOOZE AND MIXERS.. BECAUSE CONFETTIS HAS A DANCE FLOOR. WE BROUGHT OUR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, GUITARS, & TAPE DECK FOR CHRISTMAS MUSIC. WE ORDERED EXTRA TIME AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF OUR NORMAL TIMES SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD NOT BE RUSHED NOR FEEL THAT THEY HAD TO LEAVE EARLIER THAN PLANNED. MANY PEOPLE DROVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO ATTEND. THE CHILDREN PLAYED TOGETHER. THEIR PARENTS TALKED TO ONE ANOTHER, AND WE GRANDPARENTS HAD A GREAT TIME, TOO!CONFETTIS DOES EVERYTHING BY AL A CARTE, MEANING THAT WHATEVER SERVICE OR ITEM YOU WANT, THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL PAY FOR. THIS IS FINE WITH US. WE WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

I wouldnt recommend this venue to my worse enemy. If it wasnt for an outstanding coordinator that I hired and family and friends this venue would have completely ruined my wedding. After signing the contract their pleasant demeanor completely changed to an oh well attitude. They lied to me saying that if I didnt like the ceremony room upstairs I could always change it so agreed to add it to my contract. The ceremony room is not only a tiny furnace but has filthy carpet and the tacky drapes and a loud fan. After telling me that it would be no problem to move the ceremony downstairs and drawing up a floor plan. I find out 1 week before the wedding that they could not move the ceremony down stairs do to staffing issues major inconvenience... decor plans and floor plan destroyed. I understand that things happen but Jody and Gias attitudes about it were horrible. They continued to pass the buck back and forth to each other until I gave up. I was late to my rehearsal because I had to pick up my dress just to see if it would fit down the aisle. It did not. Had to remove the hoop skirt to make it fit. They never once apologized for the inconvenience which would have went a long way. They left without turning the air on the the whole venue was a swear box and it was JULY. Then for my reception they forgot to put up the uplighting that I paid for months ago. When contacted about it instead of apologizing and fixing it. They said they had to make sure I actually paid for it..... what? So while they made sure I wasnt being dishonest half the reception passed with no uplighting. When the person Finally set it up it was poorly done and thrown any where.... never again.... avoid this place.

Please do not allow this venue to do anything for any special event that you have. The owner, Gia, is very unprofessional, and does not treat her clients with respect. She will also blame her employees for her inadequacies, rather taking responsibility for ridiculous policies and charges that she is obviously coaching them to state. Her coordinator/cook, Jody, is the most disrespectful, mean spirited event coordinator that I have ever met. These people will take your money, especially if you pay in full up front(as my sister and brother in-law did for their wedding), and then completely screw up your event and add on $1,000 of additional charges that they claim are mandatory in addition to the package that you have already paid for. They made my sisters entire wedding week miserable by first lying to us and telling us that Jody, who had been working on (and completely screwing up) my sisters wedding from the beginning, had just suddenly quit, and that they had no info about the wedding. So they had to be given everything all over again four days before the wedding. They still did not get the decorations or the cake right. The day of the wedding, even though having alcohol served had been discussed in writhing with Jody, Gia informs us that the $300 worth of alcohol could not be served unless we paid them an additional $45 an hour to hire a bartender (which actually looked one of their staff members that they pulled from the kitchen). They tacked on a few other additional, ridiculous charges the day of the ceremony, and attempted to email an extra bill to my sister. Upon receiving the bill, my sister went back to Confettis, only to find that Jody, the coordinator, had not quit at all, but just went on vacation and did not leave any of the details of my sisters wedding for her coworkers. Needless to say, the false charges were taken off of my sisters account. These people are despicable, and will do everything in their power to suck as much money from you as possible, even after you pay the full amount of your package in full. PLEASE do not give these crooks any more business.

If I could rate a 0 i would, They tried to not only ruin my wedding day, They tack on extra charges every chance they got! Stay far away from this fraudulent business! Not only do they lie they admit that they lie and say they dont lie on purpose! The owner Gia is a fraud and refuses to own up to her companies unethical behavior! When my husband and I met with her about all the things they did wrong she admitted to everything and tried to cry as if we would feel sorry for her over charging us! Just sick! She also had a horrible Coordinater named Jody who is the most unprofessional disrespectful women! They went as far as pretending Jody quit and lost all my information pertaining to my wedding and needed everything from my colors for decorations, seating charts, food menu the list goes on. They later told me after my wedding that Jody actually just went on vacation convienently the week of my wedding and didnt give her coworkers any information for my wedding which was a sabotage to purposely try to ruin my wedding day,she and I had numerous disagreements with her unprofessional conduct! This place did so much wrong the week and day of my wedding its despicable! I really dont want anyone elses wedding day to be ruined like mine so STAY AWAY!

My birthday was september 16th and my mom organized a surprise party for me which was held at confettis event center. It was amazing, they had all of my favorite foods and the most delicious build your own sundae station!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yum! we had the bouncy boxing ring set up. all of my friends were taking turns competing against one another... it was hilarious. the best party of all my life!!!Ms Gia is so nice and the staff made me and my friends feel really special.

It was somewhat hot inside of the building and where the bride got dressed there was no AC. They threatened to tow peoples cars because they was parked along side of the building while they was at a wedding, but no one told the guest that they had overflow parking across the street in anothers business parking lot.

I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a special event unless you are willing to spend a lot of money for it. It seems they show the best service to those spending a good wealth of money. I had my daughters 4th birthday party, which was special to her ( a princess tea party) with the expectation that it would be great to find that the staff showed little to no interest in accommodating us on making sure that the party was flowing nicely. Her party was planned a month and 2 weeks ahead of time. Having this much time, I was under the impression that everything would be perfectly set up and my guests would feel welcomed. Well let me begin from when we arrived until we left. Arriving, my guests had to enter from a side door that was led by a narrow spiral staircase(some families had baby carriages) . Mind you this was not explained in our consultation or during our tour. Moving forward, 10 minutes before party guests are arriving they were still setting up. When we entered the room it was freezing. I called down about the heat not being on and the lady on the other end said, oh i turned it on, i just forgot to open the vents. It is February 14, 2015, the coldest month of the winter season and you forget to open the vents so that my guests are warm? My guests had to wear their jackets the whole time... Not acceptable. The next issue was the inflatable bouncy house we had which kept deflating on the children jumping in it, and the inflatable throne that i was told is not included in my package which it was, as it is advertised on their website was deflated as well. The third problem was, they had this weird creep guy walking around with an attitude. Im guessing he was the guy who set up the inflatable bouncy house, but he act as if he did not want to help. My daughter had a special guess Elsa arrive at her party for a 15 minute meet and greet. The meet and greet was horrible. She act as if she did not want to smile in the pictures with the kids or interact with the other guests that were there. The kids were excited to see her but she wasnt excited to see them. To top it all off, as she left, I said, Thank you Elsa, and she replied yup. Really??? I was told the kids would receive turkey and cheese tea sandwiches but to find out they gave them cream cheese and jelly sandwiches. I called 10 times in total for issues that i was having in my party that should not have happened. In the package, they had an arts and crafts activity, no one showed up, i had to call downstairs about it on when they were going to do it because the party was almost over. When the party was over they turned the lights off in the back as we were cleaning up to let us know that the time was over. (Who does that???) So many issues occurred at my daughters party that I insisted on having a talk with the manager on site that day. I felt it was a waste of breath to even explain all the things that went wrong because she insisted that I tell the owner on Monday. If i was her I would call the owner the same day to have the complaint handled. To add, when having the complaint about my party she felt the need to bring up that the other party costs $4,000.00. I do not give a crap about how much their party costs it had nothing to do with mines. My money is just as valuable as theirs was.To add insult to injury, Monday came around and the owner was just as careless as her staff (the apple doesnt fall far from the tree). Of all the issues we had, I personally will not recommend this place to anyone who wants to plan a special event and to feel that no matter how much or how less of money you spend that you will always be treated with great customer service, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BOOK YOUR PARTY!!! Lesson learned I will never plan anything special there again. IT IS TRASH FROM THE ATTITUDES TO THE SERVICE!!!!

I had a party for my daughter here, and there were quite a lot negatives about this place. The first is that there were not enough chairs. When I told Gia about this, she started pulling chairs from another table and putting them at other tables. Then the peoples who chairs were taken, had no chairs. For the first 45 minutes, i had to worry about chairs instead of enjoying myself. There was also not enough glasses or silver ware. Gia is very rude and does not help these problems. Also, peoples were missing name tags telling them where to sit. Gia did nothing so I had to tell people where to sit. The whole event was disorganized, my daughter did not have much fun. We ordered a sundae bar for the kids, There were no sprinkles which was the one topping my daughter wanted, and also a basic ice cream topping, When I asked Gia if there was sprinkles, she just made excuses and was very rude. The dinner was was not very appealing and I did not care for much for it. Another thing I want to point out is the dj asked me where the list of songs I wanted was, since there was supposed to be one. I was never told to bring one. Gia did not know when to bring out the food, I could keep going on and on. The only positive was the photo booth was good and the dj dancer was too. You will regret booking this place. STAY AWAY!!
