The crew from Browns Tree Service were professional & thorough. They were at my home on time & did a fantastic job (one tree that was removed was over 80 feet tall, very close to my house & rotted at the base). Exceptional clean-up & except for the missing trees, you wouldnt know they had been there. Even more important - I have an older family member with intellectual disabilities living with me & each person that came into contact with her were very kind & considerate; they politely acknowledged her presence with a Hi & some even took the time to participate in a short conversation. There were no unpleasant surprises with this crew; I will be calling Browns Tree Service again.

Browns Tree service is extremely professional! They use safe measures to remove trees and even their stumps leaving behind very little evidence that they were even there! I love watching the trees get lifted into their tree grinder truck and turned into mulch. It amazes me how many trees they can remove in a day too! If you need one or one hundred trees…give them a call! You won’t be disappointed! 😃

This is their new home. Not easy to find unless you live on North side but it is convenient to Topeka Blvd Bridge. They are truly sons of Topeka. They are also dependable and easy to work with. Best choice for supporting local businesses.

We had a very, very large limb come down during the thunderstorms this weekend. I called Browns at approx. 10:00 Monday morning and requested a quote. Thad, their rep, arrived within a half hour and quoted me a very good price. Within another half hour, a crew arrived and took care of the whole mess, including clean-up within 45 minutes or so (they left my property at 11:50. I couldnt be happier with the service Browns provided, and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing such services

In a confined area Browns had to remove a slanting huge old tree hanging over our neighbors property that was entwined with another huge old tree that had a big split limb filled with a huge honey bees nest.

They did a great job and were polite and kept me well informed. Will for sure call them back when more work is needed.

Received a bid in late January. I was told it would be late February to perform work. Called in March and was told it was too wet. It is now May and have not been contacted. DO NOT waste your time with them, even for a bid!

By far the most shady tree operation in town. The owner is an absolute crook, rips off his employees and sells a scam that doesnt benifit the trees at all. Dont let the fancy words fool you their just smart sounding scam artist

Brown’s came out to remove our maple tree, trim our very large oak and also to remove our neighbor’s ash tree. From Adam’s advice and quote process to the crew that came to do the work, we were very happy. The prices were fair and the first crew that came out was friendly, professional and efficient. We would use them again.

My husband and I noticed some small insects had starting eating our large Cypress trees and called Browns to come look at them. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable, and professional. We also asked about pruning the trees and some others. I asked about pruning a particular tree and they said it was healthy. Another company could have gone ahead and pruned and charged us for something it didn’t need. We really appreciated their integrity and I have since recommended to others. They sprayed and pruned trees for us.Then about a week later I got a call from their business office letting me know we were overcharged by twenty cents by mistake and wanted to offer a refund on our card. I laughed and said no but again was moved by their customer service. We will always use them in the future.

As I was going to the store I noticed Browns working down the street from my residence. I had the boss on the job come up the street and bid the job, with the bid he gave me I couldnt resist. The Foreman said he would be over after they finished with there current job. As I was inside on the couch around noon I hear cutting. I sit outside and watch and they take down a large tree faster then I can mow my lawn and cleanup was just as fast everything even cleanup was done by 3 pm. Everyone know there job to a T like a well oiled machine. My neighbors were so impressed they wanted to get quotes. Thanks again staff at browns for a professional service. I have 2 more trees I would love to cut down and would use them in a heartbeat.

I dont often write reviews, but Browns Tree Service deserves commendation! They cut down a 100-year-old pin oak behind our house. The tree was in a difficult location, very close to power lines, our garage, and the neighbors deck. Browns took the tree down skillfully, sparing all vulnerable structures. Browns Tree Service did an excellent job!

I never do reviews, but these guys were AMAZING! They were so prompt and got this tree down in a day and right before some nasty freezing rain came! They worked with our budget and really helped us out. I am so grateful to Brown’s Tree Service and will definitely recommend/use them again.

They say they are very busy having a 6 weeks wait. After 7 weeks of waiting I called and they told me they was a 6 weeks wait. I canceled my order and went else where.

Never showed up. Called three times and was told he would be coming.

The food is never right. As a business owner i would fire all my employees if we did as bad as they do
