Very professional and was pretty fast. No freight damage and the lady that helped me was awesome!!

Fed ex lied to me. They sent me a text stating my shipment would be recieved Saturday and no one showed up. I called sunday and was told sorry and was told to call a different number to solve my issue. I am extremely angry!!!

As a business owner who used them for personal reasons, they are not recommended. They are listed below:I will not cover them all in this post as I dont have time at the moment, but here are a few big ones.1: the lady at the front essentially told me that it didnt matter at all if I signed my package before or after I saw it. I later found out that my signature ensured that the package was un damaged and as specified. (It ended up being damaged but luckily the company believed me as I didnt realized, nor did the lady explain, that my signature ensured it arrived with no damage.)2: the company literally tried to give me a $10,000 item that I could have gladly accepted simply if I signed on it simply because my item was similar and they lost it. (We are talking a $10,000 motoriZed wheelbarrow vs the one I ordered that was a $3000 one).3: the worker who helped me has a piss poor attitude and was extremely rude and pushy.4. My item arrived damaged. And as I stated, I was lucky that the company that shipped it even agreed to refund me as the lady at the front counter essentially told me that my signature only ensured that a product arrived, but not the condition.This place sucks honestly and is a poor representation of the national/international brand. They need to do some serious checking of their employees work ethics and efficiency.

These ppl are lazy!... 3 times. THREE TIMES Ive have my free two day shipping Amazon prime package be on the truck. Out for delivery ALL DAY on the date of delivery and then not get it delivered until the third day. If you live North or East of town choose UPS if you ever have the option!!!!!!!
