This company sells solar pool covers with warranties that define the standard for the need to read small print. From my standpoint, the warranty is worthless, which is critical to consider before buying from this company because the cover we purchased didnt even last half of the warranty period before it started to degrade. The companys escape clause is that the cover, in essence, has to be used in such a way that is more like how you might treat a priceless piece of artwork in a museum as opposed to covering a pool with water treated with chemicals.

Dont buy here, go to in the swim, at least they have warranties that apply and will take care of, more over this company will ship you anything you order but dont ask them to refund they will simply say its past 30 days so no way, even when told its in original unopened shipping package, u will get the same bullcrap answer this company is a shame

Over the course of 9 years we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on pool supplies. In april we purchased a pool light that does not work. Because it was past the 30 day warranty when we opened it and installed it, they would not issue a refund, nor replace the light. So much for customer loyalty. We will be taking our business elsewhere and telling our pool owning friends to shop elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I have an Intex 12 Metal Frame pool. After assembling it early in June I discovered the Intex pump didnt work. I tried fixing it with no luck. We called every pool place in our area and nobody could help us. Fortunately we live near Pool Supplies Inc. We stopped in but they were sold out of our model pump. The very friendly secretary said hold on, let me check with Gary. So here comes Gary with a SPLASHER FILTER sand type pump meant for small pools. He said give it a try and let me know how it works for you. Lo and behold it works better than the small Intex pump ever did! The water is crystal clear and it is very easy to put together and use. We love it and cant thank the people at PoolSupplies Inc. enough. They saved our very hot summer. Thanks for your help Gary Williams.Peter and Liz Elinski, Tonawanda,NY

My office Nickel Realty is right across the street from them. Their building and warehouse area is always clean and well taken care of. Its nice to have a company that really cares in the city of Tonwanda.

I purchased online swimming pool cover solar blanket with 10 year warranty 3 years ago with the intention of covering the pool at least 10 years, under the warranty term. The cost was $164.99 Unfortunately, the cover is crashing in small pieces already, it is ripping where the pieces glued together (like stitches), millions of small pieces peeling off the bubbles and floating the pool and clogging the filtration system. I contacted the company LeisureLiving, provided Hi Resolution pictures as a proof, and asked for a warranty replacement or a refund. The answer i got is that it is covered by the warranty and I have to pay almost the full amount of the purchase price to get the replacement, just as I was to buy a brand new cover. The cost is $135.73 and Im responsible for paying it.They are trying to fool you with stating the warranty term. I know for sure that each year this cover gets less in price since there are competition, so they just trying to sell you a new cover once you get your original wasted. I would recommend stay away from this seller.

I have ordered from this company several times in the past. They have good prices and are prompt to ship. A couple of weeks ago I ordered an opening kit from them and a couple of filter baskets. One of the baskets they shipped didnt come close in either description or part number. I called Customer Support and kept getting sales. I was told I would have to keep calling back until they picked up their phones. They were being rerouted to sales because they were so busy or...I could just email them. I did and sent all the information as to what I ordered and what they sent. I got an email back telling me they needed pictures. I did this and so far..after several days have heard nothing. I just want what I ordered and paid for...now. I wont be ordering again...had rather pay more locally.

They sent a pool cover and it started splitting after 2 weeks. I contacted them and they were very slow in responding. They said they would sent me a refund and when they FINALLY DID, it was the wrong amount. Thank goodness I charged this on Discovercard and they are now handling it. I have been using pool covers for more than 25 years and have NEVER had such poor quality and poor response.

Would like to commend Gary for his outstanding customer service. Went above and beyond to assist and was knowledgeable.

They advertised an above ground pool stair system that we needed for my elderly mother to safely access the pool. It was the Confer PES-DBL-X. They sent a less-sturdy stair system (Confer SES-X) that did not have the pickets on ALL of the handrails as we required. We tried to come up with a good solution by asking them to just order an extra set of pickets for us to add to the system we ended up with. Even though the system that was shipped to us was not as sturdy as what we had ordered, we thought we could compromise and make do with what we already had. I had to contact Confer myself and explain that poolsupplies.com was falsely advertising their products. The sales person at Confer was rude and dismissive, and he argued and questioned my knowledge of the product and tried to tell me that it was impossible for pollsupplies.com to have advertised the wrong stair system, but he did agree to send the pickets we needed for free. I have screen shots of what we saw on the website when we ordered. Notice the ITEM # on the product page matches the SKU on my receipt. Also, in the description close to the bottom of the screen shot, it notes the PES-DBL model. There is also a screen shot of what what they changed the web page to once we needed them to look into the problem. They changed the photos but the ITEM # and description noting the PES-DBL model are still displayed. They rushed to correct the website but did not put the same energy into solving the problem for us. Im not as upset at getting the wrong thing (that happens sometimes) as I am about them being so unresponsive when I was willing to accept an easy fix.

Received damaged product. I have emailed them three times and no one has returned my e-mails. When I called to make them aware that I received a horrible product they didn’t even apologize. It was almost like I was annoying them and I was in the wrong. Horrible customer service. Such a shame since most people are quarantined and relying on online stores to get products.

I ordered a replacement liner for my above ground pool. I chose poolsupplies.com to purchase based on price and delivery time. The liner arrived ahead of schedule. The installer had the new liner installed to the point of setting the liner---return and skimmer holes not yet cut. The water supplier put 6000 gallons of water in and it began leaking from every side of the pool until only 1/4 of water remained. My yard flooded and the water truck got stuck. I have the cost of the liner, installation, water, and dirt to repair the yard. The manufacturer (Swimline) nor this distributor will pay any of my associated costs with the product failure. As a result I will no longer have a pool so I do not need a replacement liner. To date poolsupplies.com has not agreed to refund the liner costs....but want more pictures and want me to find the leak! Poor business practices. One or both of these companies should help offset the wasted money incurred by their product failure. Definitely dont recommend.

I must be honest that I did have an issue with this company on my 3rd order, however, Im glad to report its resolved and Im satisfied. Always remember that if you have a problem reach out to the owner and or upper management. This company once again proved my belief that most everyone will do the right thing if given the opportunity!

Ordered 16 mil solar cover that claim to have one of the highest durability and 10 years warranty. After 2 seasons, the bubbles started to detach and float on the pool. Customer service stated that its not covered under warranty. So much for paying more for unsupported quality.

Horrific customer service!! I bought a new cover with a 7 year warranty. After 2 maybe 3 years, it failed. I get a new cover under the warranty and after 2 years IT failed. Now they tell me the warranty goes to the first cover not the new one?! So I was told thats just the way it is?! So they graciously offer me 15% off a new cover and I only have to pay $72 dollars! This is BS and I recommend you do not patronize this business! I had to check a star to post. They dont offer a minus column!!!!!

The order was very easy to complete. The item arrived in good condition and on time. Very important when depending on chemicals to open a pool.

I have used this company in the past and was always satisfied. I ordered a new skimmer for my pool and the agent assisted me saying that the one she selected would fit my pool. It did not fit so I returned it. I paid 5.50 to ship it back. They credited me $16.79 of my $31.94 purchase price. When I called to ask why they said its policy to deduct their shipping (that was ok with me) and then 20% as a restocking fee. In other words they charge to you pay someone to put it back on the shelf. But really if you do the math and they cant, it is way more than 20%. Try 52.5%. So if you are absolutely positive what you order is what you want then I guess you are OK. I wont order from them again and will pay the gas to go to the local pool supply store. Its a lot cheaper.

This is the second time I ordered from this co. Both orders were shipped timely and complete. Very satisfied and will order from them again.

Have been using PoolSupplies for several years. Great Service. Telephone agents helpful whenever I had question on what to get (for example, finding unusual part, or recommending which algicide or which pool liner). Prices competitive or less than other on-line retailers. Delivery in promised time or less.

I have never had such poor customer service. Mark was my sales ma . We ordered a heater and a few small parts. Was told it would be shipped on the Tuesday after the holiday. Come Thursday we received all bet the heate . Could not reach Mark for another da . He told me the heater was on back orde . He never told me that initially only after I did not get i . When i opened our parts i discovered i was sent used parts with missing gaskets. I have called several times and my wait time is 15-20 minutes on averag . Unacceptable. Lets say it is over a week later and still no heater and nothing from Mar . Dont waste your time with this company. Better service and delivery from a local business.

Ordered a 20x40 clear 16mil solar pool cover + 4 set of grommets. The cover was delivered very well packaged (with free shipping via fedex ground), and an envelope containing just one set of grommets.I contacted their customer services and they apologised for the order omission and I quickly (within two days) received the missing grommets.Excellent customer service and the pool cover is already heating my pool and I wont need to use the pool heater until the fall.

Horrible, ordered my product on 5/27. product is lost somewhere, I called Fed Ex and they say they have 14 days to find it before it is really lost. Called Leisure living and they said they are looking for it too. I asked them to send me another and when/if they find the original order that they could keep it. They told me that would let me know something yesterday, so far nothing.

Liner failed after 1 season. Company refused to honor warranty. Multiple contacts resulted in multiple refusals to stand behind their product. No reason was given for the refusals. Wasnt until I opened a complaint with BBB and NY States Attorney that they suddenly decided to live up to their posted warranty. Of course, I had to pay exorbitant shipping to get the new liner, which I really dont want to put in my pool anyway, as I don not want to replace it again next year.Buy somewhere else. Product is not up to par and customer service is non-existent.

Very poor and misleading warranty information. Nowhere does it state that the 20 year warranty on the 20 guage pool ONLY covers seams.  I was sold a liner with a hole in it and because the hole wasnt discovered until we had used it for 2 months (it was obvously a small hole). They wouldnt replace it.  For selling thousands of pool liners they should have better warranty information and options. Stand behind your product. This liner lasted 2 months.You need to update your warranty options on the main sale page to display that holes are not covered in warranty information.Absolute worst retail service I have ever experienced.

Called to order an additional item 20 minutes after I placed an order, spoke to Brian Luke. He assured me the additional item would be added to the first order. I received 2 separate shipments and was charged the $10.85 handling charge on each. Not happy !
