Right when I walked into the store I was greeted by a very friendly Brandy, and she was very helpful! Did not originally have what I wanted but I think I got something better thanks to her recommendation. Great customer service!

BEST PLACE, BEST PRODUCTS, AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ASKING FOR ZACK IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING.AND HERE ARE THE REASONS WHY:This place is the best place to go for any and all adult toys or accessories. As soon as I walked in an employee named Zack (sp?) Immediately welcomed us and offered his assistance. I was very much in need of assistance at this point as I had a basic idea of what I was looking for (and with so many options / brands) and no idea where in the store to look (as it was my first time) or what exactly I wanted to walk away with, I was so grateful to have his brain ready available. Zack was incredibly knowledgeable about ALL the items (guys and girls toys )it was like having google at my finger tips with an instant search result return on the product. He even had anecdotal evidence of some of the products functions or capabilities and even their limitations. I was extremely impressed and grateful to have had zack help me. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the staff are either clueless about the products I am interested in, OR they are too embarrassed to talk.Zack, on the other hand, was very outgoing, professional and sweet the entire time. I felt so comfortable speaking about such intimate topics and not once did I get the creepy vibe from him. I have been back twice since then and will continue to specifically go to this shop because of Zack and his unbelievable customer service!! He made me feel so comfortable with my decision and purchases. Oh and he was absolutely 100% so accurate with all of his recommendations !! I think its fair to say that I am one satisfied customer! ;)

I always get the same lady helping me. Ask for Heather the manager. She is great and makes you feel comfortable. everyone is really pretty friendly. Considering the kind of store it is. Im sure most people are embarrassed to go in there first couple of times. I used to be. Now Im in there Every other day now. Trust me the ladies at Kats defently know what there talking about. When i walked in there were 3 employees in the store 1 of the girls told me they were marking alot of things half off i said ok and started looking around they asked if i needed help maybe 5 times the 2 mins i was in the store when i got ready to check out there was 1 employee left, one that said half off i got my item from that rack but then after she scaned it she said the price on this item doubled it went from half off when i guess boss was around then it went to doubled hope she not pocketing the money

I loved my experience here!!!I had went to the other Katz on North freeway and that experience was horrible. This Katz is 1000 times better!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly as if I was I was an old friend. I was able to get help and it was overall a phenomenal experience. Come here, its definitely a party!!!!

The other reviews on here pretty much sum this place up. Wish I would have read them before buying here. Bought a gift and tried to return it 15 minutes later. They will NOT take returns. Stay away from this place! They wont be around long treating customers like they do. Spend your money elsewhere. All the good reviews for this place are from employees or friend of employees.

My cousin is a veteran that accidentally dropped his wallet outside. An honest customer picked it up, brought it inside to an employee with over 600$ and his military ID still inside. They contacted him and before he could make it back another employee stole the money and threw his wallet and ID in the dumpster. Katz employee accepted the wallet, then another employee stole it and the company still has yet to respond to his email stating they will reimburse what their companies employee stole while on the clock.

BEWARE Katz sells defective items and will not honor their mistake of the broken item and will NOT give you a already( paid replacement)

I had bought something from there right before they close andI had tried to go back in and return it but she had already locked me out the lady asked why we were in there for an hour and it was because the lady had felt unsafe and she wanted company because two males went in there and they told me that theres no possible way that I could return it because I bought it at 10:20 and there is an hour and a half in between when we were actually in there talking to the lady never left the parking lot
