Went for lab (work ) . The staff was very friendly was not in the lobby area. Not even ten min. they was calling me to the back for my service. . Very fast and convenient. 😊

Simple check in. Got me in and out in less than 15min with no appointment needed.

Never again! They sent my results to unknown clinic! So.. someone has all my info. And try getting a number to the office. Impossible! I can’t believe this can even happen..🤬

Went into the LabCorp office as a walk-in patient and while checking in I was notified that no appointment was available until the next day. Thankfully, a gentleman named G still offered to help me out since it was urgent and I was out within 15 mins.

This morning early I went for a routine lab work. On the elevator coming up a lady was very distraught. She went to the first floor and was told she was in the wrong place. She went up to 2nd floor and was told the same. It had todo with her insurance. As we rode in the elevator she was crying from frustration. We got up to 2nd floor and a young lab tech named G talked to her. He then told her to come with him and took her downstairs to get it straightened out. He came back quickly and did my lab work which I can say was absolutely painless! I told him she had been crying coming up to the 2nd floor and you could tell he was concerned . I just wanted to write this to let you all know there are people out there that will go out of their way to help someone in need. One of the kindest young men I have met. That made my day ! Thanks G !!!

A must visit lab! Room no:1 shortest wait time, gentleman name “Gee” 5 stars for him, my whole family give him great complements he’s such a great lab tech with a great experience. Visited this lab many times Never had any problem. This guy always welcome/greet us nicely, taking blood without any pain in such a short time......We would highly recommend this labcorp👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most of the time, LabCorp and their top competitor have terrible staff that is rude and unfriendly. This location is better than average and this last time, I was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly, caring, staff that smiled. Keep up the good work! Check in was a breeze being able to wait in the car and they text you when they are ready for you. Lab is on 2nd floor so dont check in unless you are near their office or ready for a sprint from your car. Wait time was minimal.

I love this place. At one point, I was coming here weekly and that lasted for several months. Im a very hard stick but Scotty got me on the first poke every time!! Thanks Scotty. See you soon

Horrible! I arrive a couple of minutes before they closed. The girl had just locked the door as I walked up... so I knocked because she was right there. And she just turned the other way and walked off!!! What kind of person does that?

Dee was phenomenal! No wait, she calmed my son with soothing conversation, got him on the first stick! As far as labs can go I consider this a great experience! Would recommend!

My husband and I have used this LabCorp many, many times. The staff is always polite and professional. They are experienced and the blood testing is basically painless. We would highly recommend this LabCorp.

My doctor’s office sent over lab orders electronically as witnessed by me. I scheduled an appt, fasted and then went in. They somehow could not find my orders! And they refused to call my dr to confirm orders. The guy was abrupt and rude and told me I would just have to reschedule. No customer service at all. I wish I could give zero stars.

I arrived around 8:20 am to get a drug test for a job. There were about 6 people there when I arrived being tested for COVID. At around 9:15 The people that were there before I arrived were almost gone and others had arrived, been called to the back, and had left. I watched patiently, a little annoyed but patiently as they called people that came in behind me to the back. A lady that came about 40 minutes after me got up at ask how much longer. The guy told her she had 4 people in front of her, I asked and was told I had 3 people in front of me. He comes out around 9:35 calls the lady that had 4 people in front of her to the back, I thought about leaving several times because the job I was applying for gave me several places to pick from but I knew if I just endured this I would never pick this company again. In the end at about 10:15 I was done. From the looks of the ratings and reading other reviews I see I am NOT alone.

Got me in on time. Nicest woman took my blood and didnt hurt at all, and left no mark. Thank you for the best blood draw experience, and I have had many ;)

I got there for a drug screen on a wednesday and there were 3 people in front of me. waited 10-15mins and then they started calling 2 people that came after me. annoying but they called me in shortly after and it went fine. this was on wednesday morning- they said results in 48 hours (friday)- they wont answer their phones and have not emailed me or called me back (ive called over a dozen times at different times in the day) with my results and its now monday afternoon. extremely frustrating.

If he cant find you vein, he will just start digging around with the needle inside your arm and then blame you when you have had enough after pulling away in the worst pain. Give me a break. I have had my blood drawn many many times and IVs multiple times, never ever has someone done that.

I thought I leave a review because they took me in super quick. I had my appointment already, they call me with in 5 min . I was out of there quick , Also the gentlemen that drew my blood was very friendly and Did not hurt at all. 👍🏻

I had blood work done here a couple weeks ago and the staff was very fast and efficient. I had an appointment and they took me right on time. There was only 2 people working and they both were working so hard. Its not fun to do blood work especially being pregnant and fasting so it was nice that both employees were nice, fast and gentle.

I am leaving this review because my husband had to get labs done and after reading reviews had decided against Labcorps. I went to Quest around the corner, I asked the lady how much it would cost before we went back and she quoted me 523.00...so my husband said no way thats too much... she just shook her head and said yea and let us go on or way. We decided to stop by Labcorps on the way home... we walked in and a lady came out to see if wed been helped, I asked her if she could tell me how much it would be, she quoted me 301.00... and on the bottom of the paper wrote down a site to go to where she said would cost about half that... anywho wonderful person she was because I went on that site and ordered his specific tests and paid 156.00! Well we go back and the gentleman drawing the blood couldnt find the order, he searched and searched etc... finally thought wed have to go to a different location, we got right down the road and the man called us and said come back, it finally came through. So, the reason for the long post is to say how much I appreciate everyone we dealt with at Labcorps... they went above and beyond!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place. sign in at kiosk is too complicated. had an appointment so I went inside to see if I could sign in there with my appointment information . No one to be seen except for a room full of people, standing room only . Waited a long time for some human to come out so I could sign in for my appointment. Never saw anyone . Folks leaving said good luck in there to me. Plus they never answer their phone no matter what time of day you call.

People were complaining about the new kiosk feature. But I have found it very appropriate for setting up for next time. I waited no longer than 15 minutes without an appointment so to me my experience was really good.

Extremely poor customer service, you will wait for a long time, the guy literally asked me bring him pizza if I want get my labs drawn.... refused to do it otherwise

I have use this facility for over 10 years and the phlebotomist are extremely kind, considerate and competent. It is easy to schedule an appointment and check in.I have never had any issues.

Even thou I never have had a problem with staff and always a good environment. The billing dept on the other hand! Wow. You want to charge several hundred for normal blood work? Then send out past due notices, it seems I do not make as much as the corp big wigs do. God knows you dont pay the staff doing the work good wages. So just FYI. I dont care if you put it on my credit report. Doctors dont count against your score. But when I make as much as these alone balls maybe I will pay in full the first time.

Noone greeted me nor was around when I went in. I didnt see anyone for 20 minutes plus, was skipped in line to top it off when someone decided to come look at the list of patients waiting. Had 4 people sitting and nothing being done at all.

Kiosk is very easy . Wait is minimal :most days 10 minutes. Staff is friendly considering the volume of people & occasional computer problems.

I had an appointment at 9:30. Not only did they not see me until after 10 but they let people go in front of me who arrived much later even after I told them about it. Then, when I finally went back, they said they couldnt do a drug screen because their internet was down. I asked why they had not told people in the waiting room about this because it had been down the entire day. All they said was I could go to the willowbrook location and still didnt tell the waiting room about their situation. I took it upon myself to inform them. The staff was rude, disorganized and completely inconsiderate of peoples time. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.

Wow....best place ever with no wait, kiosk was freaking fast, easy, and I was a walk-in. Mr Tommy was very friendly and the front window guy too, but didnt get his name.

The lady behind the glass was incredibly condescending and rude! She talked to the patients like we were in a charity line and she was serving court ordered community service.I am paying to be treated like this???

I arrived at my appointment on time, signed in, and waited. No one came to check or communicate what was going on. At 20 minutes, I knocked and someone told me they were with a client. I am still waiting. Not the best service at all.

Waited for 30 minutes. Saw no one. Knocked on door and she you need to sign in on the kiosk. Which I did when I came in. Went though the kiosk twice and it displayed the same thing each time. She said to do it again. Poor help with poor attitude.

I have had many years experience with LabCorp and sadly have to say that many of my experiences have not been pleasurable. Any location I have been to with black women at the front desk have been beyond rude. They act like you are imposing on them. One time I was there and they called this very elderly man back and he had trouble opening the door so he said something about not being able to get the door open and the gal said get your hand off the door and I will help you. I felt terrible for him. That was unacceptable. It seems like most of the black women at LabCorp are like that

I came to this location because the lab Corp lady at my Drs office was very rude to the point I got up and didnt let her do the lab work. The Drs office said they cant do anything as she works for LabCorp and they have filed complaints with no luck. So I go to LabCorp (this location) thinking I could report her rudeness (I know I would want to know if it was my company and employees were behaving in that manner). However, the people in the LabCorp building just laughed and said she has been that way for 20yrs. Not at any moment did anyone apologize or anything. They gave me the regional LabCorp number but said good luck. Havent called yet as I dont believe LabCorp cares based on the feedback. After 30 mins of being on hold, 3 disconnections and 2 wrong connections, I gave up trying to let corporate know what was going on. Apparently they dont care which is demonstrated at the worker level.

Dont make an appt online, it means nothing to them. Get there when they open if you can, or else you will be waiting. POOR managment at the office level

Horrible, had to do a drug test for my job here and went to one location and that labcorp doesn’t do drug test at that location. So I go to another one which was far, during their business hours and tell me to come back at another time because they only do it during certain hours.

Get ready to wait two hours....bring a book, phone anything to entertain yourself. Never will I be at this place again.
