Ive been bring my son here (hes 9) for a year now and we love Jenna!! I love the way she cuts his hair, but shes also very sweet and patient with my chatter box of a son! Great prices, I highly recommend!

They run a special of $10 kids haircuts every Tuesday and Jenna, the hair stylist does the perfect job on my 5 year old. I have never had someone make his hair look so perfect. For the last 1 month, every Tuesday I have been trying to get an appointment with her and she is either booked or on leave. I have been asked by other stylists to make an appointment on other days- well they dont honor the $10 on other days!It is time to say goodbye due to unavailability. Guess it is time to find another stylist in the area.

This has been my focal point for cuts for a while. And service used to be fairly good.Lately it’s becoming increasingly more difficult to get a walk in appointment, on off days (wed - thu) I’ve tried to arrive around 11am and often told there is a 45 min wait period. It does appear to be getting worse.In summary, I guess walk-ins are not a reliable option.

I have been a frequent customer of this location from the day it opened. However, today I went there with my 5 year old son. I was very disappointed when I had to use the restroom and was told to go to a different business next door. I have frequented and know they have 2 restrooms for their customers. Needless to say after telling a customer to go somewhere else to use the restroom. I asked they remove my son from their list and we walked out. Youll take my money but I cant use your restroom. No thank you. Disapponted at their lack of professionalism and concern for their customer.

I went in to get my hair cut, the stylist was friendly. But my cut is not what I showed her. Also when she cut the back of my hair she used an electric trimmer, because she said she could never get a strait line with the scissors. I now have this huge red mark across the back of my neck, we’re I am guessing she cut me, that hurt so bad. I have never had this happen before and stylist use clippers all the time on the cut I get.

The ladies there are always so nice and personable. Katie was exceptional! We will definitely be back!

If you want a toddler haircut do not go here. I showed a picture to the woman and I said he just needed a trim and she said ok. She did ask me if I wanted it off his ears and I told her I wasn’t sure just not short. She cut a little off and told me she was making it even. I said ok. Then she just kept cutting and cutting and cutting. She then asked if the front was to long and I said no it’s fine. She then cut more off the front. I regret not walking out when she made the first cut. After we got home and looking over his hair cut again trying to come to peace with it I noticed a scratch on neck. He said to me I told you she hurt me. My thought was he was just scared of the clippers but it scratched him. He moved a bit but not that much. Fairly still for a three year old. I will not be returning. They may be decent for adults but for a child no way.

Service was PHENOMENAL! I went in for a basic cut/trim and Kimmie took her time with me, giving extra attention to other areas needing to be cleaned up a little (even though there was a wait in the lobby). I can’t remember the last time I’ve been treated as a highly valued customer for something as simple as a basic haircut. Always get a decent haircut. Their check in system is usually broken but thats not too much of an inconvenience. They usually have only one person opening during the week which can make a longer than expected wait. Also my fiance wont be coming here again. They do better with mens haircuts than they do with womens.

I’m always nervous about someone cutting my hair. And I’m concerned about how much is charged for a trim. Not a haircut. But I took a leap of faith and tried Supercuts. I visited the shop around 4 pm and it was a little busy. But I didn’t wait long and Jenna didn’t take long trimming my hair. She’s great. She did exactly what I asked of her and made sure I like what she did before I left. I’m happy with the service and price. I will be returning.

Absolutely love this place!! Jamie cuts my hair and my grandsons hair and does an awesome job. I usually get a bob cut and Jamie cuts it just the way I like it. My grandsons hair is a little more difficult to cut because of his cowlicks but Jamie always cuts it so they are not so noticeable. Jamie has never disappointed!! I think the prices are good also. Definitely a great salon!!

I know its a salon chain and exactly what youd expect. However Kimmie and Nikkia are awesome at what they do. Both are always very friendly and its always a pleasure to sit in their chair especially when they know you by name.

My hair got chopped up by someone who got her certification in high school. I asked for layers and it looked like something my daughter would do to hee dolls hair smh.

These are people who know how to cut hair. They are friendly and work with you so that you get the haircut or style that you want. Two of my sons go there and they are “fussy” about how their hair looks. As a result my grandkids go there, my wife and I do too. No problem with parking and wait time is usually minimal. They take walk-ins but we find it best to call beforehand.

A couple of months ago, I had a bad experience with Supercuts. First, I called in for 11am appointment on a Wednesday to have my hair done, cut, color and style. I had straight medium length hair with a bit of gray, almost a salt and pepper look. I get there 10 minutes early, there was 1 hair stylist busy with 1 customer, I see my name (the only name) on the TV screen as 1st in line. The stylist asked me what I needed, and I told her cut, color and style. Her response, Oh no Im not certify to color hair. But someone will be in at 1:00 who is certified. So we changed my appointment to 1:00. I wasnt mad about the delay, I came back at 12:50 and again I see my name (the only name) on the screen as 1st customer. So I waited, I noticed theres 3 stylists and one customer getting a haircut. Now its going on 2pm and Im pissed! I started walking out until the 2nd stylist stopped me. She asked, Wait, why are you leaving? Ill be with you in a minute, can you just wait 10 minutes? I said, Oh really, youre going there??!! Ive waited/wasted 3 hours already!!! Did you not notice on your TV screen my name/1:00 appointment time and it is now 2:05? I walked out and had my hair done somewhere else and will never go to any Supercuts ever again!

Great experience. We saw jenna and she has helped me several times in the past. This time, she did my haircut, amd she also had to deal with my 4 year old. It was time for him to have a haircut as well, amf he usually protests and ends up looking like loyd from dumb and dumber. Jenna took her time and had more patience than most people. In the end we both got hreat haircuts and we will be back for sure

Highly recommend Kemmi! If your a guy who needs a fade she will make you look sharp I will be a regular here as long as she works there.

They dont know how to do a simple edge up. They messed up me and my sons edge up badly. Especially the barber named Dan...she should not be cutting anyones hair

The ladies are nice to work here but the price is a little crazy for my taste. I know $15 doesnt sound like much but it should be around eight bucks for haircut really.

My 6 year old picked a haircut from a picture off the wall. She did a great job and he has gotten many compliments on it.

Some people i guess dont want any business. i took my teen son there on march 7th at 6:30 pm. they dont close until 8:00 pm. 2 ladies on staff with 4 ladies in store, 2 that were seated getting a cut and 2 more waiting. after my son sits there for 10 minutes on e of the workers tell my son , sorry we wont be able to serve you today you should come in earlier. we have been getting a cut there since they opened. it never takes more than 5 minutes to trim his hair! unreal. this family is done with this store!!!.....if you have appointments scheduled, fine... but dont make us wait 10 minutes then say sorry?... very disappointed.
