Beautiful work. Trimmed a Japanese Weeping Cherry tree that was grossly overgrown. Made it beautiful w/out over pruning. They knew what they were doing. Removed bushes and cleaned debris nicely and trimmed a Japanese Red maple. All nicely done.They’re busy so my scheduled day was delayed a day and ½ but so worth it. They’re meticulous.Very pleased!

They quoted me, over $9000 to have one tree removed, another $1700 for a large limb that fell off the existing tree, and then another $2000 to have a additional mid sized tree removed. Oh but I forgot if I kept the wood it would have saved me about ten percent or less of the cost. Had another company come quote the same job and it will all be done for $5600.

The workers were professional, were on time as scheduled, did an excellent job and cleaned up before leaving.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Davey Tree Service. Our lawn was aerated and reseeded and overseeded in some areas. The job was very thorough. This was done about the middle of October 2020. We will see the results in the coming months. I plan to contact Davey Tree Service soon for some others services they have quoted us.

Davey tree gets my 5 stars for the entire service I recieved. From the initial phone call to the office, her quick dispatch to the sales team, Mikes quick response, and the crews impressive work that was done on a weekend for a time sensitive project. The crew left my fathers home better than they found it. M I initially called from the West coast to assist my father in managing the project. I use davey tree in Seattle and was pleased to know that the reliability and professionalism extends through out the country. I have a property with many trees. A month ago, I contacted Davey Tree to provide a quote to prune six trees. It took 3 weeks to get on the schedule, and despite being told they would call as soon as I was on it, I had no idea they would be coming until I had to email asking for an update. Once the date of service neared, I noticed that the weather forecast for the day didnt seem super great in the evening, and emailed several days before asking what their policy was when it rains, as I would be taking the day off to oversee the service, and have a dog who is a bit skittish when it comes to very loud noises and needed to have her go elsewhere for the day. I never heard back. I was told the team would be here between 8-9am. No one showed up. I called the customer service number, and was told by the receptionist that the job was on the schedule, but to contact their branch manager to confirm. I was provided his cell phone number and after no answer, left a voicemail. Still nothing. If the team could not come out due to inclement weather, it would have taken 60 seconds to call and explain the situation. With a $2300 quote, I figured I could at least expect that type of customer service. Make this right, Davey, or cancel my scheduled service altogether, as I do not want to give my money to a company who cant even bother to contact their customers about the status of their service.

Called on Monday to set up a stump removal of a small tree and was told it would be removed by Friday. Called Thursday afternoon to confirm that they would still be out by Friday and I was told yes they will have the stump removal equipment out at some point Friday but that they could not give definitive time.They never showed up.Called Saturday morning and asked why there was still a stump in my yard and was told that they could be out Monday.Davey Tree service is unreliable.

I called to receive an estimate to remove a large silver maple, The representative arrived as scheduled but did not leave an estimate and after 9 days Im still waiting. Dont bother!

After seeing all this negative review. I changed my mind of calling them to give me a quote.Thanks everyone for writing your review.

Had them out to elevate some trees and get them away from my roof. Very professional from quoting all the way through cleanup. Would easily recommend them to anyone in need of tree servicing.

What a nightmare. Met with consultant 3 times. 3 times out of my work schedule. Waited 3 weeks for appt. Said 1 day, took 2. Never took branch down that was 1 of 3 agreed on. Consultant does not do the work. He said they only have 4 staff members. So upset, ruined garden of 20 years for such terrible results. Took garden shade branches that were supposed to stay. Left dangerous limb so that I have to hire another company now. Will not deal with such unprofessionalism againTwice the time and half the job. Expected so much more for such high dollar quote and an established name. Hire local. Small shop, cant get worse than Davey.

Arborvitae died and still waiting two years later for a replacement! Once they get your money its all over.
