Excellent experience with Car Stereo One, getting my new car tinted. Brian provided excellent sales experience and was knowledgeable about all tinting options. Went with the Llumar IRX 30%.Installation was scheduled for the next day and took 5 hours, and Brian went to the next level, to give me a ride home in the pouring rain, because Uber wasn’t available.Larry completed the work, which was flawless. The Llumar 30% is a superior product to the 3M ceramic I had on my last car, and CS1 clearly knows how to get it installed right the first time. The Llumar IRX is worth the added expense and works to keep my car cool, as advertised. It looks amazing.

I went in to get subs and an amp installed a week ago, sounds great and I love it! Only problem with my visit was I brought it in at 12 and didn’t get it back until 12 the next day. After a week of having it installed this morning I was doing a deep clean of my car and in the back seat I find the protective positive cover for the battery broken off and under my drivers seat!! They broke my car and didn’t even tell me!? It was my first time coming here and I won’t be returning.

Stopped in the afternoon and 2 hrs later had full tint. Parker Lopez was extremely knowledgeable and great salesman. Already noticed a huge difference inside with the sun and temps. Very happy. Will be coming back for more upgrades to my sweet minivan! Thanks Jimmy and Parker.

On a 12-in subwoofer inbox and at was I told if the system was not matched did the warranty on the sub would be voided which I found out today therefore I will not advise going here since they dont tell you that sort of thing up front had I know that I would have had it installed in match at that time. The sub is clearly blowing I had turned gain down to almost 0 and still can tell its blowing. So I would definitely shop around other places. And its sad because I got here most of my teen years and never had a problem up until now. Definitely do your research people

Came in for radio installation. Overpriced for one but once I got pass the price by the clerk assuring me that they use nothing but the best techniques to ensure the radio is working smooth, which after completed it was not. It took only 3 days for shortage problems to arise and I was also mislead on a few of the features I asked about before purchasing the radio. So I returned to car stereo one only for them to be insensitive of there mistakes and inconsiderate with my time. Was thinking of getting tint and a back up camera installed but after this experience and lack there of to make things right I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I havent been to this store in 20yrs. An back when it was on airport. I was Sponsored by carstereo one for Competitions. Now Ive grow out of that. So I came to the store for a better stereo for my GMC acadia denali. I asked for a poineer 4500NEX. But for some odd reason the last one you had on the shelf was not working. So I was offered a pioneer 4400NEX. Which was fine at the time. Becus I was told that as soon as you got your back orders in...id get a phone call to exchange the one I have for the one I wanted. Mind you I bought this back in the end of march of this yr. An Now it is JUNE. An I still have not heard anything from you guys what so ever.! I dont wanna be stuck with a radio I didnt wanted an yet was charged the same amount for a poineer 4500NEX. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. ***Steve has reached out to me an hopefully things are gonna workout here soon. 🤞🤞🤞

Not a good experience at all. Started off ordering a car starter over the phone and had scheduled an install. Came from over an hour away just to have them inform us we needed all the sets of keys. They said they could install it, but couldn’t program it. Their excuse is because we did it over the phone. I was clearly displeased but let it go. They said we could come back later to get it programmed, and it wouldn’t take long. Well I now understand why they say turtle in the commercials. Because that is how fast that operate here. They also can’t give you times on how long it takes to do things. I can’t believe they can even turn a profit over there. You’d think they’d at least offer something for our hassle of driving back. Nope just Parker, Brian, Steve, and the turtle continue to operate that way. I will make sure anyone I talk too doesn’t go this way.

I’ve had three vehicles worked on here window tinting new LED lights on two different jeeps Car Stereo’s I’ve been very happy with the way Parker took care of getting the job done and on occasion having to come back for follow up because something either I didn’t understand and he would go over it in details as to how it worked the guys who are doing the work did very professional job very clean. It is a very popular store with lots of customers the only problem I see is maybe the store itself could be bigger...the employees working there have always been very professional to me. Purchased a Viper Remote car starter for my wifes Rav 4 for Christmas. and the install was scheduled for January 13th. My wife purchased and had a remote starter installed elsewhere on 12/24/20 (oh she of little faith in my x-mas gift giving), so I had no need for this remote starter. Car Stereo One offered a refund for the starter since it had not yet been installed, or said they would waive the $50 additional install fee for a keyless ignition vehicle, or a choice of other merchandise of equal value. So even though I have no installation experience to share, I appreciate that type of customer service and the options that were offered and will look to them for future car needs.

Over priced and they dont give advice

Got my windows tinted. They were done much quicker than I was told. DO NOT USE A GROUPON!!! they will add charges and fees to make the price the same as without it. The verdict is out on how well they did. I still have to wait a few days until I can roll them down because they need to cure, which is fine. Dont bother with buying and using the Groupon discount!

The guys at cso are very helpful, knowledgeable, and cool to talk too... but most importantly they do good work and stand by their warranty’s. I’ve dealt with them on multiple occasions and always walk away feeling satisfied. Life time costumer for sure!

Over a year ago i got my windows tinted here and they still look perfect. I would recommend this place to everybody. Anytime i see someone with bubbles all over their windows im glad i didnt go anywhere else

I went to get window tinting on my vehicle, scheduled an appointment and put a deposit down. After booking a day a was assured that the wait would only be about an hour. The day of I came in on time waited an hour and my car wasnt ready. Then I asked well how much longer? They said oh your good it will probably be about an hour I say okay. An hour later my car still hasnt even been started on and then Im told it will probably be about another hour. I wouldt recommend this place to anyone I would advise to go elsewhere or just leaving your vehicle if you have no other options. The quality of their work is good I just prefer my time not to be wasted or played with.

As someone who has used this company for years on multiple different occasions I am highly disappointed in the service I received this morning. We had a remote start installed less than thirty days ago on my Kia Sedona and Im already having issues. The van wont stay running when I start it and the regular key fob is connecting to the auto start when it isnt supposed to. I paid for a warranty with it at purchase so when I called they said to bring it in at open 9 am and they would get me right in. Well, its now after 11 and were still waiting. I had appointments this morning that I had to cancel. With it being in the middle of Covid season getting an appointment for anything hasnt been easy. Im extremely irritated! Why tell people to come in right at 9 if you dont plan on getting them in right away? Im disappointed!

First off the system sounds great and the price for the equipment was correct as I had checked crutchfield. However I have had a problem with them on two occasions. The first occasion would be when I had my subwoofers installed. They ran the wire that powers the amp in two separate pieces, one ran from the battery to just about a foot away from the amp then they ran a foot long cable from the amp to the already connected cable crimped them together (see first two pictures) the problem with this is that the crimp camp undone and the subs went out. When I checked on them I saw the cable wrapped in electrical tap melted and sparking in the back. I fixed it by using a metal two-way connector that you screw from each end. I guess the $40 shop equipment wasn’t enough to afford a solid connection. The second occasion is I just had all of my interior speakers replaced with FoCals and ran to an amp, when all was said and down there was a buzzing coming from the speakers when the car is turned on and it gets louder when the engine is rev’ed. To isolate this problem they wanted to charge me more labor fees to fix the problem if they could even manage that. I guess the first $350 dollar labor fee wasn’t enough for them to make sure it was up to their “standard”. Overall I spent $2500 or so and I have had my carpet in my car burnt from a loose connection and a buzzing noise coming from my new system. The two stars is only for the prices on the equipment other than that their installation is very mediocre and downright careless.

I had several cars done at this place with no issues on my tints until now. My truck window tint was done in 15 min but it was a terrible workmanship 2 weeks later tint started coming off now I call to get it fix and they dont have time since Im coming back for warranty work . Now I know customer service at this place is nonexistent. Thank you car stereo one for really showing me how you treat your loyal customers.

Never coming here again. The guy gave me a estimate on hooking up a new amp with a new battery and a couple fuses for my subs and up charged me 648 dollars. He told me the estimate would have been around 450 dollars. Would not prefer for anyone to come here not only that. Something happened with my card and it double charged me of 648 dollars so I got charged up to almost 1300 dollars right before my bills were due so be careful with their system whatever they got going on over there.

The customer service is good, but the quality of my window tint is very bad. I have been there TWO times (once to get my window tint and the second to get the window tint replaced as it was bubbling not even two weeks after getting it done) but now have have to go there a THIRD time to have the tint replaced again!!!! This is so inconvenient! While they are nice, the reality is that this should not be happening to me or anyone else. I understand mistakes happen, but this is getting ridiculous and very annoying. Lets hope THIRD times the charm!

Bought a amp wiring kit from here but once I got home and found out I could get it cheaper online I went to go return it and the guy at the register was so rude you could tell the guy was pised that I was returning the item wont be going back there again.

Called in the morning and they got me checked in when I got there, only took about 2 hrs to get my windows tinted which is totally worth the professionalism and attention to detail. Parker was very helpful and ill be back again.

AWESOME customer service! I purchased a car starter 4 years ago. A month ago a friend replaced my ignition switch and inadvertently disconnected it. Car stereo one reconnected it at no charge!

My appointment was at 3 I’ve been here waiting no one has checked up on me. They told me when I first got here, I took a walk around when I dropped my car off came back and it was still in the same spot. Sat in the waiting room my car was still there. Once again no one gave me a heads up about how much longer. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours going on 3 do not recommend very bad customer service and btw I’m still sitting here

I had an appt set 2weeks ago for alarm system and aux cord attached to my radio. Didnt have my aux cord in stock! Even though my appt was 2wks ago smh. So he said we can still put your alarm in. Then 10mins later cones to me and says we cant put your alarm in because there system is down! I got off work early lost put on pay for NOTHING... and when I asked what be done for my inconvience? He said nothing. Make a new appt for 2 wks out Again. Also Manager isnt coming back til Tuesday SMH ...

Parker went the extra mile to figure it out, and get a quality solution.I ended up with a new in dash unit, new speakers and subwoofer. It looks and sounds amazing. Three months after install started having problems with amp overheating and smelling burning smell. Also, noticed distortion in sound. Took to different car stereo place to get second opinion. Said they used undersized ground and power wires and shouldve went size up in the amp as the one they installed was running at maximum power with what my speakers were rated. Amp had burnt up. Had to spend another $300 to get correct amp. Sounds crisp and clear now, no overheating. I feel like a place that does this many car stereo installs should have known better than to run my amp at max continuously with undersized wires... Will not go back.

On Monday I made a 3:00pm appointment to have a remote start installed on Friday. Got there on time and was told that they were busy and my vehicle may be ready by the end of the day. Said screw it, drove to TAS and they jumped right on it and at a much better price!

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledge in all their supplies. One of the most important things to me was the sales associate, Chris, did not try to push to buy more than I needed, just the necessities. They also worked with my budget and installed my stereo the same day! I am overly pleased with my purchase and give them two thumbs up!

I have been to this store to get car starters on 3 different vehicles as well as other accessories. First class service. Knowledge and professional staff. When I had a problem with my most recent install they had me bring it in the next business day and had it all fixed in about an hour. I cant recommend this place enough.

I have a car starter that I got several years ago, have been back 5 times to get it fixed, it will work for about 6 months and then just quit. The battery has not been disconnected and there is no other reason it should quit working but it does. Took it back for the last time recently and they told me it needed a new module which of course was no longer under warranty, the charge would have been $155 to replace!! What a rip off! Not going to bother.

Parker set my F150 up with great SoCal speakers, JL amp and subwoofer keeping the factory radio. Great sound and clarity. Great doing business with CSO. Highly recommend this set up

I read the reviews , good and negative. I can say my experience was a great one. I saw that people stated that they were pricey. The price for the hardware was the exact same as the large online retail store. The install prices seemed very fair to me. The install was very clean and professional. A trim piece on the dash was damaged but they informed me well in advance. The cost to replace the trim piece probably washed any profit but they made it right. I would not hesitate to do business here again. Friendly. Fair and Professional was my experience with Car Stero One.

Mike is great!!! Bought 2 alpine 12 SWSs and took them back the next day to swap out for the R series instead and he gave me a great price on a matching box and a Stinger dry cell battery. About a week later one of the subs blew and i spent all night freaking out just to talk to mike in the morning and he tells me dude no big deal bring it in and we will swap it out on the spot!!!! I do recommend them, Highly. Good prices, Great selection, Awesome customer service. All my future upgrading will be done there hands down!!!

I wanted an inexpensive, basic CD player. Was led to the premium systems first. Thought I was choosing an inexpensive system. After ring up was surprised to find out it would cost $245! I was asking what the extra costs was about? Happened to be something I wouldnt use or have. Finally the sales person Mec said they had a cheaper system. I felt he was rude and annoyed with me. I would have left but had been waiting a long time to get this done. I had an appointment and he wouldnt tell me how long this would take (took over 2 hours)!! I do NOT recommend this place. I will not do business here.

Mike was very friendly and took great care of me. There was no pressure to buy anything. They also had everything in stock to install my new radio they also tinted my windows and everything looks awesome.

I called on the phone the kid told me $200 plus tax for a car starter... only to get there to find out that it would be almost $300! $50 extra because of my push start...I asked him why he wouldn’t tell me this over the phone and he says “I normally do”. It was a joke needless to say I didn’t get my car done. Very unprofessional and rude I’ll never go back.

I went with a three because my car starter didnt even last me a full year. I purchased it and had installed by Car Stereo One in January. Had no problems with it or there customer service. Fast forward to September 10, 2018 (after leaving work); my car wont start. Not even with my key turning the starter. Very disappointed. The car starters are not worth the money, in my opinion.
