I took my New Home sewing machine in for a tuneup. When I got it back, it was very noisy and not sewing correctly. I took it to a New Home dealer and the motor had to be reinstalled. When I went back to explain, the older man told me I should have brought it back. He was rude and walked into the back room. Never again will I go there nor recommend them.

I got my cowboy 227 a couple of years ago. Im a beginner at sewing, (leather and otherwise) and these guys walked me through everything on selecting the right machine for my projects. I was able to learn on this machine and its a good sport with my many mistakes.I bought some strong magnets that conveniently hold my scissors to the machine. I made the Captain Picard for the foot pedal as an extra touch. Love this machine and I continue buying thread and accessories from these guys.

Machine head came with the table assembled. Its pretty much put the head on the table, plug it in and sew. The machine sews like a charm. I purchased my Cowboy 4500 sewing machine a few years ago from Ryan Neely. I just really started using it and now that I understand it I love it! Whenever I didnt I understand something Ryan was always available to talk me through it, even one time when he was out of town in a different country, but he always took my call or would call me back.
