I always appreciate a company that is honest and will fix something if it can be fixed rather than just replace it and charge me a ton of money. They are super responsive and are always on time. They are friendly and respectful of my home and my time.

Id like to give a shout-out to Doug, one of Actions servicemen. He did a great job at a fair price. What impressed me is that he was humble and understanding when I called to let him know he accidentally ruined my roommates food when he failed to plug the freezer back in after using the socket for his machinery. He made the situation right, no questions asked. A real Pro.

I have been extremely happy with this company. They have done a few things for me including installing a new shower head/faucet, a kitchen faucet, and fixed a toilet. They are always responsive, honest and I trust them completely. Highly recommend!!

Doug is the man give this guy a raise! He came out on to separate occasions to fix my backed up sewage line. He was on time, gave me advice, and was super friendly thank you Doug!

Great service!! Nick and Jake updated our shower and fixed the cold water in our half bath. They went above and beyond by being super patient with my kids asking questions and watching them work. Thanks to them we can take showers without using pliers 😆

The Best service Ive ever encountered with a plumber. I had the pleasure of dealing with Doug who from start to finish was professional and courteous and treated me like family. He quickly identified my issue and had it fixed in no time at all. The quote was more than fair and we couldnt be happier with our service!

At first, it may seem their price is too good to be true. I think people have been trained to be distrustful of any company that does repairs. But this company walks the walk of the Christian company it says it is. New water tank, shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink faucet with all new hoses for the price another company wanted for just the tank. Plus they stayed until they were certain it was fixed.THEN it came in LESS than the estimate. I paid them the estimate anyway because they have a program to support families who cannot afford immediate service and I told them to give it to that program.Honestly, I wish it was Action Sewer, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Car Repair, ITS, and iPhone Screen Replacement. Id use them for everything.

Nick and Jake were very professional and personable and kept me updated on where they were at throughout the whole installation. They also cleaned everything up and left it spotless. Would highly recommend Nick and Jake and will definitely use in the future!

Left a message and then did not get a response. Waited almost 2 hours and called again and asked them to at least text me if they were not interested so I could call someone else. Waited another 90 minutes and never received a response. Will not recommend them. Calledanother company and had someone here within 45 minutes and they did an excellent job.

Lowes recommended this business for a water heater install. They canceled and rescheduled appointments numerous times and never takes any responsibilities. The worse business in town

They were on-time, courteous, thorough in their assessment of the problem and went out of their way to fix it right then, even though it was more of a plumbing issue. The price was fair and the work was done efficiently and well.

Best prices in town...believe me, I have checked! Wonderful customer service and always timely!!I called and left a message at 8am today. Someone called me back by 9:15am to check my availability. We arranged for the service man to call me and I would meet him at my home on my lunch. When I got to my home, the service man had already assessed the problem and had begun snaking out the clog. It took less than an hour, and I made it back to work on time. He was polite and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely kind. I appreciate good customer service and a great product, and you guys are top notch! Thank you!

Ive been using this company since 94. They have always been prompt, friendly and very professional. Their prices are reasonable.I have used a couple of other companies over the years that were recommended to me by friends. Action was always better.I left a message on Sunday afternoon and they were at my house by 9:30 AM and finished by 10.

The service guys were Steve & Ray & she said they went above & beyond to help her with her issues. They were respectful & nice. It is nice to know that there are companies & workers who still put customer service first.

Action sewer came out to run a camera inspection for my grandfather. They showed up on time, beyond polite and knowledgeable. My grandfather is a very ornery man with a ton of questions, they answered every question patiently and to his satisfaction. The price was more than competitive and we will certainly call them back for any future work.

Very unprofessional. Had them replace a garbage disposal unit about a year ago, and they had to borrow a wrench from me, and were using a cell phone as a flashlight...they had lost their flashlight.Why am I writing this review now? Well yesterday I called another company to service a water heater that Action Sewer had installed a couple of years ago, well no surprise to me, but the connection to the water heater had been cross-threaded, and the technician had to replace that part too!Personally, I would call any company but this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! overpriced, unprofessional, horrible customer service, & rude ownership. I decided to go with this company because they call themselves a Christian business. But when I got the rediculous price quote I voiced concern that i thought it was too expensive and the owner Greg became rude and condescending with me. This guys the worst plumber in Toledo. Anyways I called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out and fixed everything for less than half of the price these guys wanted. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
