I have never used a moving company before and I was very apprehensive when I scheduled my move. It was needless worry because the team that moved me were very professional and careful. They had me out of my old apartment and into my new one much quicker than I expected and without any problems at all. The price I paid was well worth every penny. The office staff kept in contact with me to make sure everything went smoothing throughout the move. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is planning to move.

As seniors we contacted 2 Men and a truck for our heavier belonging for our move. We actually got 3 Men and a truck. Shaun was our driver and Kevin and another young man did an excellent job moving items from our basement and second floor as well as the main floor to the truck and off loading at our storage facility. Very polite and professional we will be calling them again when we find our forever home. Thanks guys!

We have never hired movers before but would absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck again. The office team was super in getting us organized and booked during a hectic time. Three members of Marcus crew were polite, fast and we had a great time getting the truck loaded/unloaded super quick. Nothing was damaged they had such great communication for delicate and odd items we moved. Cannot say enough good things about Two (in our case Three) Men and a Truck!

Just over the state line from Ohio to Michigan. Movers showed up on time. Worked quickly to load all furniture in truck after wrapping with stretch plastic. They took a few extra items that were not on the move list. Items were protected in truck with blankets to eliminate any damage. Saved my back from a lot of hard work and body aches.

Marcus and Ray were great! Very professional. They arrived on time and took the time to see where everything was before they starting loading the truck. They dismantled and reassembled our king size platform bed. The furniture was well padded/protected. The fees were reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Two Men and a Truck were a dream. It was the first time I ever hired movers because I usually grab a few friends and move myself. However, this move had some particularly large and heavy furniture. I was nervous about hiring someone because I had heard horror stories about damages to belongings and so forth. However, this company far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. The office staff was friendly, professional, and courteous every step of the way. The two men they sent (Tevin and Eddie) were friendly, upbeat, professional, happy to help, and incredibly strong. They were very careful with everything, made sure they put everything where I asked, and checked with me twice to make sure they didnt miss anything. I couldnt have had a better experience! And having the best rates in the area was a cherry on top! Do yourself a favor and go with these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I had three movers, Bryson, Cory and Scott and these guys were fantastic! They were very communicative, fast and efficient. This is the second time they gave moved us and both times we had a wonderful experience. They took great care of our furniture and boxes, wrapped everything very carefully and were very careful with the things they moved. I am unhappy to say that I have tried every way possible to actually talk to a real person about scheduling a move. Left my info both online and on voicemail and have simply not gotten a call back. I have used this company in the past and never had such awful customer service.

What a Fantastic experience we had with Two Men and A Truck with setting up our move and moving us. The movers Denzel, Cory (Slim) and Bailey worked as a team they all knew what the needed to do and they did it very well. No scratches or damage to anything they moved what a great TEAM. The office team was very thorough and helpful when planning our move. The move team was the best group of guys you could hope to have move your belongings. They were on time, friendly, efficient, and just overall fun to be around. The whole team made our move quick and easy.

The only thing I was disappointed in is that your movers dont take the initiative to ask if they should be removing there shoes and where blankets should be thrown down to protect floors. This is especially important in the winter when everything is wet. The house I moved from will certainly need to have all the floors cleaned thoroughly due to them not being protected. They did do it at my new house but only because I made sure of it.

Service was great, quick to respond. My daughter was moving and we needed someone quick. Two men ans a truck were available but I found someone who did the same job for $200 less. Ive used two men and a truck before and they did a great job. Unfortunately someone else had a better price.

We had a move on Tuesday December 18, 2018, and the movers were excellent. They were polite, caring and very hard working.They were very respectful of our furniture.They took one 5 min break during the 4 hours they were with us, and we had alot of heavy furniture. This is the 2nd time we have used them, and they have been great to my family both times. Highly recommend

Woefully unorganized. We had an appointment scheduled for the salesperson to walk through and provide an estimate which ended with a no show. Called the office and was informed they forgot to place it on his calendar. Rescheduled a different day/time and was assured they would be there at the scheduled time only to end with another no show.

They moved a large flower cooler for me. Excellent crew that knew how to move a very heavy, awkward cooler. Great job!

Overall had a wonderful experience with Two Men and A Truck. They understood that we had a budget and worked hard and fast to help achieve our originally quoted time window. Did have minor damage to a few items and they were quick to propose a solution and arrange for that to be fixed. My general suggestion is that if you want the crew to take extra time to be very extremely careful with your items (wrap each in a blanket, etc.), instruct them to do so and theyll do it. For our purposes, we needed a blend of careful attention but speedy progress, and we achieved both.Sean, the owner, had to come on site mid-move for an issue related to a 1,000lb file cabinet, and he was quick to agree to our alternative plan B once it was established that itd be too dangerous to move the cabinet down a set of basement stairs. Importantly, I wasnt charged for the time it took Sean to evaluate the issue, or for the time it took to move the cabinet to a different site. Always appreciate an owner who is willing to take responsibility and make things right -- no excuses, just solutions.

Bad attitude refused an additional stop even though it was on the quote. Did not put down mats carpet is stained I would get them 0 stars but it wasn’t a choice.

Would give zero stars if I could. Scheduled an 11-1 appointment time and was contacted at ten saying it would be closer till 130. 130 comes and I receive a call that it would be later due to unexpected requirements at the first move. 330 comes and Im told by the driver it would be at least another hour and a half. At this point Im frustrated but realize things come up and I call and simply say Id like to cancel this evening due to the circumstances. This is where my frustration actually comes from: instead of being shown any form of sympathy or offers to reschedule Im immediately told I would receive a fee! At this point I tell them not too even have someone call to reschedule due to the lack of customer service and etiquette toward someone who waited around their entire day due to your company having poor time management and scheduling. Unacceptable.

Horrible company called and said I needed an estimate. They gave me one over the phone but then was told I needed a free in home estimate the next day because I needed a special piece of furniture moved. I had them come the next day and then never received a call back from them. When I called them back the next day (2 days after my original call) they gave away the day I requested to moved even though I was told they were going to call me after the in home estimate and I gave them a day to call me. Horrible business practices and now Im left hanging because everyone is booked.
