I watched one of the grooming staff working on another dog as I waited to drop off my dog. The individual was acting really inconvenienced by this very small dog while it was just whining a little bit as most dogs do while they get groomed. She then gave up on trying to cut the dogs nails saying the dog was being difficult. Later on when I picked up my dog her nails were not cut and the excuse was that she tried to “bite” the groomer which had never been an issue prior. Had I not seen the staffs behavior prior I may have believed this excuse as dogs can do unexpected things when they are anxious. She was also supposed to be bathed but smelled just the same as when I dropped her off if not worse. I have used this exact service before so I know what a regular grooming service looks and smells like. I still payed for the full groom that included a nail trim. I guess its a hit or miss depending on who is doing the grooming whether your dog will get what they need done or not.

Today, I went to get my dogs nails clipped, normally I go to the one out on Spring meadows, but they were booked, so I went to the one on Monroe. The girl asked me to check my dog Chewbaccas nails to see if they were to my liking and I politely said No, they need to be shorter. She tried to explain to me that because of his nail quick that they couldnt be any lower, but thats ridiculous from the picture you can see that it doesnt even look like he got a trim and his quick is far back enough that she could have easily taken off another centimeter or two. Ill never come here again.

Absolutely the worst experience ever for my child. We purchased a 3.5 gallon Top Fin tank with filter and LED lights and artificial plants on the advice of a team member for my daughters goldfish. Well her fish passed away so we went to get another goldfish and we were refused. We were told we needed a 40 gallon set up instead. I explained that we bought everything for her previous fish there, that the tank is also marketed on line as good for fish. We were sent away empty handed with my daughter in tears. No apology about her fish passing, no empathy for her lost pet, no suggestions for a fish that would work in the tank we were suggested to buy. The follow up phone call was just as bad. The manager explaining the need for a 40 gallon set up while acknowledging that pretty much no one is going to buy a tank that large for a goldfish.Nice job Petsmart; way to make my daughter even more upset.

PetSmart on Monroe Street is awesome the workers there are always friendly always willing to help you find something if you cant find it I love that location

We have a really good pet store here in town but I am really glad to have stopped into a Petsmart in Toledo. It was nice to see a wide selection of different items.We will still shop at our local store but we will definitely include Petsmart in our shopping runs to Toledo!

Never a problem always find what I need what I like with the exception of those large red-bellied worms for the turtle other than that things are good stay safe

Wonderful service. The woman working on the day we came in was absolutely wonderful and gave us so much helpful advice and information. We now have a very healthy, happy Beta named Nemo!

My fiancé and I went in to buy crickets and mealworms for our leopard gecko. We went in and discovered they didn’t have mealworms, which is fine because they had crickets. The lady who helped us was very rude when we asked if we could get some crickets bagged. She had a negative attitude. Disappointed and from now on we will just be going to the Holland location.

Great store, but needs more things for giant breed dogs

I was at the PetSmart store in Toledo, Ohio with a friend who wanted to pick up specific items for their pet fish. We were so blessed to receive assistance from Kate who works there. She made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. I was so impressed with how helpful she was to my friend that I ended up getting a fish of my own, and she helped pick a tank for my new fish and everything that goes with it. She was also very kind to assist me on the phone to set up the fish tank. Because of her great service, I will make PetSmart the main store for all my pet supplies.

Always out of things my pet is in need of. Better getting it on Amazon. Will not be back

This place had a large selection of puppy safe bones and teethers, something I have been looking for everywhere. They have a great range of dog toys and cat stuff! I still wouldnt buy pet food or litter here; there are much cheaper places like the Meijer for that

I love PetSmart I can find anything that I need but the prices are very high the staff is wonderful. I dont care for the groomers because theyre very rough with my dog so I refuse to get my dog room there.

Good place to get pet stuff

Decent selection and ok prices. Love that you can book grooming appointments online. My dogs haircut can be sorta hit or miss here, but she usually looks good. Quality is more consistent than have experienced at the nearby Petco. Its a good location, near lots of restaurants and stores to keep you busy while you wait plus there is a light out onto Monroe Street for easy in and out.

We are looking into getting a hamster for our daughter and the staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed to get prepared for our new addition.

The fish looked like they werent properly cared for, as expected with most places like this unfortunately. The staff was nice, though. I only wish I could have adopted all the cats.

First bad experience at this Petsmart location.I had a couple of returns & the employee seemed very annoyed to have to search through my receipts on the computer. I apologized numerous times for the inconvenience with no response. She got very rude with me for no apparent reason, except that SHE was annoyed.Maybe treat your costumers with more respect. Never had a problem with this location in the past.

The only place in town that carried a life jacket large enough for my aquatically-challenged cane corso/pit mix. Were both incredibly grateful!

Sure, its a chain store so its a lot like any other pet store. They do have a decent aquarium section, though they dont sell Mystery Snails for some odd reason, just Nerite Snails.The prices are what youd expect from a chain store, little pricey with some deals thrown in.On a good note, the staff are generally friendly unlike the other chain pet store in town.

PetSmart was a lifesaver for me! I was running short on time. I had a detailed list of exactly what I needed to purchase. I had never been to this PetSmart before, and I needed to get in and out as quickly as possible cuz I was on a tight timeline. When I entered into the store a sales associate was there to greet me. I explained my situation. She took me to each item and help me understand which product would best fulfill my needs. I got all of the money items I needed and was able to make my purchases quickly and efficiently thanks solely for the wonderful customer service! This is my new favorite pet store! And I will definitely keep coming back! They are well informed about their products, and their needs of their customers... Both the pets and the humans! :-)

Petsmart is a good place to find things some other pet stores wont have. They are a little on the pricey side but they have quality which cant be matched. They know us from getting crickets for my bearded dragon, and always welcome us by name. Definitely a place that I frequent.

Great experience adopting a new cat from this location. All associates were a great help, and we love the new cat condo that we bought for the cat to play with!

Love coming here cause they have the best deal on my favorite litter brand(fresh step) where you can get a 42lb bag for only 16.99+tax which will last about a month and YOU WONT SMELL CAT PEE or Poo for 10 days or even LONGER.

I cant say enough about pet smart they have a great selection of toys and food. They had the food I buy for my kittens in a larger bag and cheaper than where I use to go. I love the fact they hold adoptions at the store I have adopted two kittens from there store. I love that you can donate to a charity there also!
