The technician i had was amazing!The people he works for are garbage. I called, emailed, texted, no response, numerous times!!! Dont bother with these guys. I hope Orkin snatches up the tech though.

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday 6-18-21. I been on lay off all week boyfriends days off are fridays and Saturdays only. I scheduled for today because of our schedule why did no one call me and they rescheduled me for Wednesday 6-23-21 but never called me to tell me they did that nor made sure it was okay with my schedule! I been asking to talk to a manager and not one has called me back! I don’t paid for this service and yet nothing has happened I’m beyond upset!

Bugs came back took 8 phone calls and a threat to sue for them to actually schedule an appointment to come and treat again never did the 2 week follow up that they promised had they did they would have seen the bugs were still here basically back at square one...

They schedule appointment dont show or call. I checked back and was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours that was 4 days ago 9/21/20 today is 9/25/20 and I have heard nothing.
