I have known Polaris Logistics and have done business with Dan Nester (owner) since the companys inception 10 or so years ago. It came out of a need to have a logistics company that saw fulfilling customers needs more important than just another statistic. You know those companies, right? Theyre the ones who see your inquiries as a bother more than a need. Cant tell you how many representatives Ive had from the other guys in such short periods of time. When Dan started his company, he strove to make sure I was satisfied. Even today as his company has grown from 4 to 5 people to more than 30 in multiple locations in the country, Dan still takes the time to thank me for the business i give him. I have watched them grow, mature, make sound decisions, and innovate to meet the current demands of the transportation market. Can they do better, of course. No company is without issues. Broker Chad Larsen called me sarcastically with a ridiculous load offer, inwhich I declined and blocked the number.Then he sarcasticly emailed me. I returned the favor now he faxed me a threat to respond to him by 72 hours or he will report me to other companies.I have never done business with them and NEVER will.They are sarcastic and cheap!I strongly advise any carrier and brokers to bypass this problem.

Do not believe the brokers they flat out lie told would be loaded fast.If 6hrs is fast beware of this firm.Other regulars have said the same.Will never use this firm again.

Heather was great to deal with, However! BEWARE of getting paid. They will take well over 40 days.
