I just want to shout out the staff person who works the overnight shift. She is a very professional and considerate employee and that business is lucky to have her! She greets and acknowledges customers as they come in and lets us know where shell be as she moves throughout the building. I appreciate that.

WOW! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT A24VHOUR LANDRY MAT WAS OPEN BUT IT WAS. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME AND HELPFUL, UNLIKE THE ONE ON DORR AND BYRN. ON TOP OF THAT MY OLDEST DAUGHTER IS 44 YEARS OLD TODAY BY THE GRACE OF GOD.

This is definitely not the place I would recommend or even take my good clothing or my best bed linen there to do laundry those front loaders water saver machines seriously disappointed with the little water spray it was a dry wash I would never use them again

First time I was there, was not impressed at all. Wasnt disappointed but wasnt impressed either. The place was very clean but you can tell it is an old run down place. Many machines were out of order. Dryers to a little bit longer to dry, not by a whole lot, but enough to be noticable to your wallet, especially if on limited time and income (and who isnt these days). And your not allowed/welcome to stay and fold your laundry. Thought that was kind of weird, and very inconvenient. They are open 24 hours around the clock, which is always helpful. Like I said, it is very much functional, clean and friendly.

Clean. Friendly attendant. Machines will rip you off...take a quarter and not count it. Both wash machines charged me an extra quarter while the other charged me an extra fifty cents.

The most of the time the washers all work! I would say thats pretty fantastic for laundromats in Toledo LOL when they are packed it is exhausting. They also dont give refunds! I love the staff here they are wonderful!

Very rude woman working in the evening. Being snotty to a few of the kids and when I asked if there was an ATM, she said no and laughed in a condescending manner. She further belittled my question by stating I should have called first. Not an issue with the ATM. I can just run over to my bank. However, there is a BIG problem with her attitude! I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I will never return!Please also note that it was very dirty and several machines had out of order posted on them. Many looked like theyve been broken down for some time. No thanks. Ill spend my money elsewhere rude woman!

Was recomended to me as the best in Toledo. Staff is friendly will help with any issue. The machines run well. Snacks, detergent, and quarters available for purchase. Facility is kept up with for the mosat part, could use a deep cleaning _ especially below TVs

Always greeted by staff. Who are very friendly and helpful. My wife has Parkinsons disease and even though shes still very active they look out for her when she is having a bad day.

Half the dryer did not work and people leave and let they clothes sit other people waiting to wash and dry

The morning worker Dawn is the sweetest person. She will talk to everyone . She makes your visit comfortable and relaxed at this place of business. Shes always cleaning staying on top of things. Main reason why I returned every week.

This location is not bad as far as laundromats get, they are open 24 hrs and they have friendly staff. The machines work great compared to other laundromats I have been to recently. I even drive past 2 other laundromats on my way to this location. Plus they are hardly ever really busy except for on the weekends, but even then if you go at night there are plenty of open machines.

I went to wash my bed pillowtop and 4 pillows tonight . My pillow top and pillows werent completely washed . Then had my pillows and pillowtop dry for 30 minutes, they didnt completely dry . Something is definitely going wrong at this laundry mat . ☹☹☹☹

I am not sure if its me that does this but smell before you use. I had to smell a few machine before I was comfortable to try. then once I was done drying my clothes it seems as if their machines arent strong enough to clean simple stains, mind you I spray my clothes with some spot spray before washing. Needless to say alot of their machines are out of date and the price of drying clothes are not reasonable. Sorry I expected more from a place that does 2 businesses.

24 hour laundry mat in a not so great neighborhood. Staff is nice and helpful and a lot of washers and dryers.

Wasnt sure to rate it 3 or 4 stars...mainly for one reason..their mens bathroom is quite simply, disgusting. I hope I never have to use it for anything other than to pee....lol. Soap dispenser broken and its like an open well you dip your hand in..they really need to fix it. Counter tops/folding areas could be cleaned a bit better, I just ask for some cleaner and a clean towel and they are happy to provide, so no big issue. Washing machines very reasonably priced laundry comes out nice and clean...although Ive not used the smaller machines.

Will never do laundry here again. I needed change for a 20 to finish drying my clothes so I asked the attendant if she could break a 20 and she said NO ( THERE WAS A SIGN BEHIND HER THAT SAID CAN MAKE CHANGE TILL 11PM THIS WAS 7PM) she told me to go to Speedway and get change !!

At the time I visited it was pretty packed but dryers that I needed were available. The attendant kept it clean and constantly mopped the floor from the water being tracked in from the wet parking lot due to the rain/snow mix

I called to see how long they were opened today (my usual laundry mat has their last wash at 2pm today and they close at 4pm for the holiday) and the lady said the only days we are closed is Christmas and Thanksgiving. So I asked her ok what time do you close tonight? She said The only days we are closed are the ones I told you we are opened 24hrs then she just hung up I didnt even have a chance to say thank you or goodbye.....That really really rubbed me the wrong way. Im sorry I have polite manners. I didnt know they were opened 24hrs so I didnt understand.

If my go to place is closed this is my second option. Its always very busy and can get very hot in the summertime. They do not accept credit cards/debit cards.

Very big washers and dryers for quick washing but getting multiple loads done.

My skin is already petrified. considering my skin is like hardened leather. 20,000 watt, high pressure sodium or standing next to a welder works for me. i consider there tanning beds obsolete!!!

I enjoy washing clothes at this laundry. Between 8- 10am not too crowded.

Its not terrible dont care too much for Kathy shes rather moody and cranky but the rest of the staff is OK

Washers and dryers were pretty clean and operated well. Mens bathroom was dirty, but with the tvs and arcade, definitely made the experience tolerable with my kids in tow!!

Not a good place they have roaches, 8 minutes per quarter, restroom were a disaster I have only gone there once but I was horrified. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE. On Jackman road past Kmart going towards Michigan theres the rainbow mat, friendly staff, 5 mins per quarter, and its clean Ive been going there for 7+ years an would greatly recommend it!

Dropped our clothes off around 5:00 PM the lady told us we could pick it up tomorrow. Said she already did thirty lbs today, maybe third shift would do it. She said we’re twenty- four hour service.We frequently have used the services and normally get our clothes back in two to three hours. And never heard this before.

Place is horrible!! Used a washer it never went through a spin cycle so my clothes were dripping wet!! They said there is nothing they could do but take a written complaint. The another customer washed a comforter and after he pulled it out of the dryer it was black! They told him the same thing they told me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!¡!!
