I inherited a lovely diamond ring from my mother when she died. Unfortunately a prong broke off and the stone fell out. I made a HUGE mistake in not having the ring insured. I wanted to replace the diamond as my mother intended for the ring to pass to my daughter. Sometime ago I read an article in “The City Paper” about man made “lab diamonds.” Curious if I could replace the stone with a “conflict free” stone rather than a mined diamond at a cheaper price, I stopped in.Gigi explained everything to me and listened to my tale of woe. 🥲I picked a beautiful diamond a tiny bit larger and a tiny bit better for HALF the price of a mined stone. The work was finished the very next day and my ring never left their shop.When I picked it up I was dumbstruck by how beautiful it was! It is our 31 wedding anniversary this year and I have been searching for over a year for that perfect size, cut and price diamond to upgrade my original stone. I cant thank Michael at Jeffrey Manns fine jewelers enough! I found just the right stone on their website, called, and was told that they would have it within the week. It came in and was superb. The stone was dazzling and I was just going to set it later. Michael suggested a better alternative of replacing my ring head and thickening my original shank. What an awesome store!!! Service is amazing. I went with the idea that my son’s gift to me would need re-plated and engraved. They were honest and kind, cleaned it all up like new and handed it back. They fixed two chains for me and made them look beautiful. Such great people. Those that are honest and sincere are the people to do business with. We went into the store to look at lab grown diamonds as we hadnt seen them before. Jeff and his wife spent a lot of time with us explaining and showing us different pairs of stud earrings.
