WARNING!!! Stay away!! Horrific company. My appointment was for 3:30. Driver showed up at 3:30. Its at least a 20 minute drive to my appointment, so couldnt even go at that point. He was rude and abusive when he got here. Looked like he had just dragged himself out of bed. ThenI went to their website to check these people out, and my anti-virus software warned me there was malware on their website and to stay away!!I would never let this company pick me up again and have had them removed from my list of possible medicaid drivers.BTW, dont believe the fake negative reviews comment of the other reviewer. The company is horrible. Clean up your act, Good Star, then you wont get negative reviews.

Have been using Goodstar for a while now. Was encouraged to leave a review of me experience since they’ve been getting fake negative reviews. Service has always been good and on time with the friendliest drivers on the road!

I very much disapprove of the blatant and unmitigating rudeness to a person As I attempted to ask a question of this particular driver and he saw elegantly said. Keep moving along, as he was sitting in the driveway of utmc family medical center, typing on his mobile device, with no passenger in toe.A very incorrect and unprofessional way to interact with people inquiring about the company service that you are attempting to provide to disabled individuals. November 13th 10:28 AMDrive of. Van. License plate number 638ZCNDisappointed because I have cerebral palsy and wanted to ask about the service provided by this company.

I have no idea why the nurse who scheduled my transport to my cardiologist appointment scheduled me with this company (?) rather than the one the nursing facility regularly uses, but I was not pleased with the outcome. The van was basically your regular family van with a ramp installed. The ramp was not wide enough for my wheelchair. The driver asked me to stand up for a minute. Dude, if I could stand I wouldn’t be in a wheelchair. Physical therapy found a different wheelchair that was narrow enough for the ramp. I then had to go back to my room, do a board transfer from my wheelchair to my bed, PT moved my seat cushion to the different wheelchair I would be using, then I did another board transfer from my bed to the different wheelchair. I’ve only been doing board transfers for a few weeks so I’m not an expert which means they’re difficult for me and—since I have a broken shoulder and shattered knee—can be a little painful sometimes. When we finally arrived at the doctor’s office, I was 11 minutes late for my appointment. By the time registration called my name I was over 15 minutes late. I thought to myself “If I’ve gone through all this and can’t be seen because I was late there’s a good chance I’m going to lose my temper.” Fortunately, the doctor did see me.The only reason I’m giving the company two stars is because the van was clean inside and the driver was nice.Oh, the other review? The five star one? The person who posted that is part of the company.
