Very bad customer service!! The assistant manager at Franklin park mall location (by the food court) was very argumentative and unprofessional. My ring that I purchased a warranty on the diamond has fell out twice. I went to get it replaced and instead of being of help she was too busy telling me what I cant do and that I had to purchase a new warranty. The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional the way she spoke to me. I asked for the store managers information and she refused to give it to me and refused to give me her name. I spend way too much money with them to be treated that way.

Wanted to see about getting piercings done for my ears this weekend. Called the store to ask if they were still doing piercings and what their hours were on the weekends with covid continuing on. Lady I spoke to on the phone was rude as can be and hung up. Acted like she didn’t want to help out by answering one simple question. Poor customer service... looking else where as I wouldn’t want that lady to handle my piercings if she’s rude on the phone like that. Imagine what she’d be like handling with my ears getting pierced.

Manager at location located in Toledo, Oh, is very unprofessional and rude. There are 2 locations in the mall.....go to the location by the food court, save yourself the time of having to argue, and or go through what I had to experience. I purchased a necklace and warranty. On my recent visit I was going to do, what I thought would be a simple exchange since I had ALL my original paperwork, including receipt and warranty. NOT the case. Manager preceded to tell me that my necklace did not LOOK like their merchandise. And it just got worse there after. Luckily the location by the food court was able to help me without yelling at me and treating me like I was a scammer in front of the other customers and their co workers. Unfortunately I had to give a star but if it were up to me it would have been 0 due to her unprofessionalism at the least.

Sales lady at the one at Westfield shopping center near food court needs a course on costumer services. Rude as hell. Their prices are overpriced as well to be gold over silver
