My dog might have been dirtier on the way out. Everything about the dog wash is filthy. There are weeds growing inside the dog wash bay. There is a fine layer of dirt on everything. The water pressure is poor. The sprayer has been repaired with what looks like coat hanger wire but is still so janky the water sprays in all directions. Theres no beep or warning when youre reaching the end of your $5 and extra time is not prorated. I should have walked away as soon as I saw the conditions inside. Never again.

The place makes you buy coins and you can only use at that location. All the machines were down that I tried to go to. couldnt use coins couldnt use the card. so I just bought six coins that will go to waste. I remember I was there about a year ago and The time went so fast and the turnover rate when you switch options on the machine took so long to change over. by far the worst car wash shop in Toledo

Paid for the 8$ wash and look like my car wasnt even touched...I feel used...never will I come back.

The dog wash station is a joke! There is absolutely no ventilation in the room.I had to prop the door open, there was no water pressure and the dryers blew out cold air. Not worth the time or the money

It broke my mirror off my car and didnt even clean my car at all ... It was still dirt and sap on it when I left the car wash..

Wash was great the vac no good would not pick up any thing

Second time in a row this car wash has malfunctioned while getting a wash. First time it got stuck on wax and I just had to leave. Second time I paid for the underbody wash & rocker and it never sprayed the bottom of my car. That defeats the purpose of spending the extra money to prevent rust. This car wash is also very slow and needs to be updated.

I paid $8 for an automatic wash today. The machine stopped midway thru leaving my truck covered in soap I tried calling the number resulting in leaving 3 messages so I was forced to pay another $8 and move to the 2nd wash bay it ran slow and most definitely did not do a good job. Im still waiting on a call back hopefully the company refunds my money asap.

Most of the stations dont have water pressure so i lost $4.00 to drip water on my car at 2 different stations before I founda station that worked. The station closest to the automatic car-wash has the best pressure. Still a rip off if you ask me.

I take my dogs here when they get dirty from the park. There are good facilities for dog washing here with shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick, rinse, and dry for only $5. My only complaint is that the doors do not latch closed so the dog could push it open, and the dryer hoses are scarier than they are effective.

I attempted to get a car wash using the left car bay. I put my money in and it kept saying car wash in use, please wait, when in fact there was no car in the bay. I waited for about 5 minutes to see if the door would open & it never did. I called and left a message, now waiting on a call back from this business regarding my refund.

Unhappy. Didnt dry my car at all. Tires still dirty. Will not go back or recommend.

Everything was broken from the credit card reader to the foaming brush. The dryer for self service was is pathetic. Never again.

The automated car wash is good, but half the time the vacumes dont work. They just take your tokens.

Purchased the $8 wash, highest one they have. Still have dirt, and soap suds on my car afterwards. Highly disappointed.

I Insert my $10 bill and didn’t get my change nor service. the machine took my money and I didnt get my car wash nor get a refund idk if the Machine stop working or it’s janky but I will never go there again. It’s was 97 Degrees outside to be dealing with that bs
