Went here to get my Kia Forte detailed . My car still looked dirty like it has not been cleaned at all there were stains on my back seats that could’ve easily came off considering the fact I took my finger and was able to scrape off the stains . My rugs smelled of mildew considering the fact they didn’t tell me they placed them in my trunk wet . First time getting my car detailed I just wish I would’ve chose somewhere else. All out disappointed .

Amazing work! I have two kids under five and my car was dirty.. to the point where I thought it was never going to be clean again. Good Guys FAR exceeded my expectations! Not only did they get this car cleaned up... it looks BRAND NEW! I highly recommend dropping your car here without hesitation. The name says it all..these guys are good!

I brought my mini van in to get detailed last week and almost didnt recognize it when I picked it up. I have two toddlers and when I brought it in, I literally could not see the floor. It was horribly embarrassing. Every crevasse was filled with smashed goldfish and teddy grahams, the seats and doors were sticky, and there were milk stains everywhere. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new and smelled great. They were also able to buff out many of the scrapes and scratches on the outside of the car. Id highly recommend Good Guys - they are friendly, provide high-quality service, and are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My husband purchased a used truck that the previous owner hadn’t cleaned before selling so it desperately needed detailed. We were able to get in to Good Guys very quickly and they did an excellent job! They did so well, in fact, that I’m going to have them detail my Wrangler, too!

Best feature is the hamds free feature. The person I called and asked about their services had no information about their services. I show up the next day to inquire in person and the gentlemen detailing my car said he had no details some of the services they have featured in their flier. He was not unpleasant but was very lethargic. They barely used any soap. And they did not wipe the car down well. Wet spots left in many spots. Towels were dirty and rigged which are not good for cars. I assumed that microfiber towels were used to dry but they are not. If you are looking for something special in their $10 wash, don’t waste your time. Now, to be honest, I can’t speak for their other services. They could be really good the more cash you are willing to spend. I would only go back if I was considering some of their more expensive packages, but I use the word consider loosely.

I tried Good Guys out as it’s hard to find touchless washes around. The best part was the actual touchless wash and the pre-treatment of the car before it enters the wash. However the person drying the car used what seemed to be a dirty, non-microfiber towel which could easily scratch the paint of my brand new car. The whole purpose of using a touchless wash system is to avoid damaging the paint and I felt really uncomfortable with the drying of my car. Not to mention that he dried the car in a circular motion which can result in swirl marks. I would’ve thought a detailing center would be more careful of these things. I would return if the drying process was perfected.

Good guys did and awesome job on my BMW M5 with Ceramic Coating and detaining the inside. The owner made sure that i was satisfied with the complete detail. I recommend Good guys for all detailing or just even a basic handwash.

Very professional, thorough, accommodating, easy to work with and personable. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on at least twice a year or sooner if needed. My car just shines like brand new and interior looks amazing, too. Thanks to the Good Guys!

These “guys” are AMAZING!! They brought my 2017 MKZ back to life when other detailing shops told me they couldn’t!! There were stains on my cream leather seats that I thought would never come out, and when they were done with it, it looked brand new again!! Prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! Great wash, Great Price. They take the time to pressure wash the vehicle before running it through the Touchless system. Then they take the time to dry it like you would at home. They never make you feel like you need to tip. But after you see the attention to detail, you will want to give them a tip. The ultimate wash is $10. I have finally found someone the knows what they are doing.

Visited Good Guys Auto Detailing for the first time today. Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT! I drive a Ford F150 pickup and it came out looking spectacular! Pre-treated manually, touchless wash, and spiffed up with two associates at the end, all for the amazing cost of $10!!! Found my new favorite carwash today!

Decent carwash, its nice that they have a guy who power washes the lower half of your car before it goes in for the automatic car wash, and its also nice that they have an automatic touchless dryer, but the automatic car wash itself, while it is touchless which is a must for me, doesnt seem to give the best result. I would recommend to most people who arent crazy about their car like I am, but Im one of those OCD people who are hard to please

My daughter took her SUV there cost 220 bucks and they never touch the back seat . The cup holders were still sticky You can tell they never took the 3rd row seating out . The Engine was clean good that’s why I gave it a 2 stars . Was going to take my truck there but not now .

I own several classic automobiles besides my daily drivers. We tend to favor black but as any owner of a black vehicle knows, they are very difficult to maintain. Wayne and the Good Guys team are by far the best to detail black autos and have been detailing my fleet for years. Im sorry to hear about any negative situations but I have never experienced a single issue and they have always been very accomodating. Just got my 2014 Silverado back from Good Guys Auto Detailing and I must say Im impressed. As an avid Outdoorsman who runs a fishing and hunting guide service my truck was a mess. I look at a truck as a tool and will admit its only been ran through a wash 2-3 times and the inside cleaned once in 3 years. Ryan Miller and his team did a great job restoring my truck to like new condition, maybe even cleaner than when I bought it. If your like me and think detailing your vehicle is over kill I can guarantee you in one visit your mind will be change forever as mine was.

Took my car here after my friend messed it up trying to buff it out. Dropped my car off in the morning and they had it done by 2pm. They did an awesome job. I definitely would recommend this place.

Please do not go to The Good Guys auto detailing on Alexis rd. After locking my sister in laws keys in her car they forced their way into the car. Not only did they scratch the paint and then try covering it up, they also bent the door up. They laughed in her face and said they did not do it when confronted about it and refused to pay for it, telling her to take them to court. Please share this to spread the word about this shady business.

Best car wash in the Temperance/Lambertville/Toledo area!

Very disappointed. Was told the car is done (which it wasnt) then the car isnt even cleaned completely. Bug splatters are still on the grill. I was recommended and I am THROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Wouldnt reccomend to any of my friends. Next time Ill do it myself.

Took them a car to clean, the seats were not touched, the carpet was spray painted, fiber was still on the door panels and they were not shined, paid 140. A BIG RIPOFF!

Its touchless, but they do a prewash before you go through the wash. Also hand dried after you go through. They do good work and I havent really been unhappy, just no brushes makes me believe it isnt getting everything...

Best carwash for black cars in toledo.

They charge extra for pet hair, when you say complete interior detailing it has to include everything, but they tell you about the charge after inspection. Its a bit expensive.
