The company that installed my shower is out of business. There are no contractors within a two hour drive area that are certified. There is a contractor an hour away that is familiar with bath planet that wont return my calls. I need grab bars installed and if anyone who is not certified or familiar with Bath Planet installs them, my warrantee is voided. So my warrantee is pretty much useless. And I spent so much money on this shower. Is there any contractor or business that is honest any more? This is so upsetting!

Very nice Mediterranean food fast service too. My only complaint is the vegetarian platter I ordered to go although very delicious was not what the pics online depicted seemed to be missing some things. But very tasty.

February 17, 2017: Great experience with Bath Planet. No problems at all. Five days straight of non-stop excellent work performed by Mike. My wife and I highly recommend Bath Plant and Mike the gentlemen that did the full renovation of our main bathroom. All we have to do is put up a shower curtain and a little painting. Thanks again Mike.February 27, 2017: Again another great experience. This time the remodeling of the our shower in the master bathroom. Lydia did a superb job. He had a great concern for detail and our satisfaction. Not an easy job because the original shower was a unique design that was difficult to work with. Thanks again Lydia.

We bought a walk in tub, they installed it beautifully, had trouble once they came out right away to fix it ,,,,,,but 2 years later ,I have been trying to get them back out to fix the Jets button,,, 6 months later nothing, I keep getting the run around, awefull,still nothing

They have very high prices for jobs other companies do for 3000 less. They get rude when you cancel their services. They have terrible social and selling skills. They dont custom make anything and there life time warranty is false. Everything about them is a lie! I would not recommend this company.

We chose this company (even though their quote was higher than others) because of their sales pitch about how customer are their top priority, how they custom make the parts just for your bath, You dont pay until your 100% satisfied, they dont use contractors.......Well none of that is true. We didnt get what we were sold, they cut the parts in the street in front of our house, The man who did the installation was a contractor.When they found out we were unhappy with the job and didnt want to pay yet, their first reaction was they were going to sue us, put a lien on our home, ruin our credit. Never once did they try to work things out with us.DO NOT use this company!

Absolutely rude and awful. wouldnt even come to my house to give me an estimate without my spouse being present. Regardless if I was paying CASH, they were not at all interested in coming unless we were both present..... BIG MISTAKE..... I got another company Leaf filter to come out regardless if we were both present and they got a $8000 job!!! I called them back to tell them what they missed out on and they still DID NOT CARE!! awful just awful wouldnt recommend at all.
