The service was really good but the food not so much. My lasagna was supposed to have 15 layers but it was more like seven layers and a game of fine everything in between the noodles not to mention it tasted like it was four days old warmed up and slathered with fresh sauce.

Atmosphere is amazing. Had reservations at 7pm. In and out in 40-45 mins. Server, Deede, was on point, very kind and helpful. Food was good. Only issue was the fritta...not fritta, triangle cheese sticks. Still good though.

Spaghetti with meatballs and added mushrooms. It was delicious. The atmosphere is nostalgic. Beautiful stained glass windows, and old school belt driven ceiling fans.

While a bit on the expensive side the portions are huge and definitely enough for 2 people if needed. The waitress vs Stefanie was absolutely awesome always making sure if we needed anything and keeping us updated on our food. Stefanie always had a smile on her face. We will definitely go back

I have to say this place has history, culture and is really really nice. The food is awesome and its not a lot different choices but I like that. They are very open and honest and the prices are very modest. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The place is also very very clean. They have free parking right across the street and are located downtown toledo with plenty to do close by. I highly recommend seeing this gem of Toledo. Why didnt I give it 5 stars? Tbh it probably isnt isnt fault but I went to use the restroom and it reaked of urination. I couldnt stay in there so I waited to go. It may have been someone went shortly before me and didnt flush the toilet.

We arrived on a Tuesday night and there was no wait. They currently have a smaller menu due to COVID. My mother and I both had the spaghetti and meatballs which were decent and my sister had the grilled chicken sandwich which was decent as well. We ended up waiting 50 min for our food and although our waitress was super nice, she seemed very overwhelmed. The food was alright but I’m not sure if it was worth the long wait.

If Olive garden is a four then spaghetti warehouse is a two. I give it an extra star because of the ambiance. Dont go to spaghetti Warehouse expecting good food because you wont find it. Its more of a novelty restaurant.

This place was amazing!! My husband and I went for dinner and the food and service was top notch. Our server Mandy was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed right down to the to-go cups for our drinks! We would come back for sure and highly recommend. We got the Feast and the food was enough for 4 people easy!! Very delicious!

Ate in the trolly. Salad was good fettuccine was awful. The cream was not sour. But was chunky and griddy.

The meatballs were not so good. I really dont want to be mean about it but the taste was as if they made them from a cat litter box. Literally tasted the way a litter box smells.

I went for the Wine and Canvas event and it was very nice! Neat nostalgic decorations throughout and our waitress was awesome considering she had our whole party of about 18 people. I wish I could remember her name, she was great. We only got appetizers- Fried calamari, battered mushrooms, fried zucchini, and cheesy garlic bread and they were all delicious! They have unique flavors of daiquiris available, the blue agave and blueberry are delicious! This seems like a great restaurant to bring the whole family, would definitely recommend

Service was excellent, food is adequate, drinks were good. Id never go with my wife on a date but its fantastic with the kids. Its cheap the food is always acceptable, sometimes great never terrible, drinks are well done cheap and able to be plentiful, from a family dinner out perspective probably as good as it can get. I think there has been a management change in the last year or so, and it has improved overall at my observation.

Food was great and you cant beat the accoutrements.

My husband and I went to the Spaghetti Warehouse for me it was the first time and my husband had not been in a very long time. I must say that the service we received from the staff was top notch and our waitress Hailey was absolutely delightful. I would recommend this place to anyone! It was hot inside the place.. Food was not really good..( I was in a group..None of us thought it was good) All the plates and silverware were dirty.. Staff was really nice and the inside was really cool..

We had a large group and reserved a room. The food was great, and we did not have to wait very long. The wait staff took great care of our group.

It had been almost 20 years since I had eaten here because I was not pleased with their quality. I took a chance two weeks ago then again this weekend and was very pleased both times. The food was very good and in both cases we received excellent service. I will definitely return again.

Food was awesome and staff were super friendly and FAST! Like, unbelievably quick. You get HUGE portions and prices are pretty cheap too. Not to mention how beautiful the inside is. Definitely ask for a train seat if they have one!

Their garlic butter is to die for. I got the chicken parmesan sandwich. The chicken was juicy and the marinara I dipped it in was chunky and tasty. Very good garlic bread. Our waitress, Heidi, provided excellent, above-and-beyond service. The only complaint: quite a small menu.

I swear at this point its just the bread that keeps me coming back.. The restaurant is a fun place for the kids. Wish the still had the candy counter, and the arcade going and up to date. I understand times have changed.

This place has been around for a long time. Even in these trying times of covid it is an awesome place to eat. Staff was very friendly and service is great. What got me was they are handicap accessible, just go in the front and tell them you have someone in a wheelchair they will tell you where the ramp is and they will let you in the fire door. The food was amazing. Portion sizes were perfect. We will be back again. I love they old trolley car in the building. That was cool to see. They have a game room in the basement.

The service was lacking. My girlfriends salad came well after everyone elses, and the same thing happened with her meal. The waitress also didnt seem to want to clear away the salad plates so we could have room to eat our meals. Some of the meals were not up to their old standards either. I understand some places are understaffed, but we were almost the only customers there for a Saturday lunchtime.

Yesterday Sunday September 6th my family of 10 and two babies went in to eat after 8 pm to find a wait of over 20 minutes. As we waited I wandered into the dining where there was two tables that could accommodate our group. When we were finally seated at one of the tables that sat vacate the whole time we waited. Finally seated we had a waitress we swear that hated to be there. Several times we had to ask then wait for extra dressing or even our food. When the food comes out my daughter snd granddaughter that ordered something with Alfredo sauce refused to eat because the sauce looked curdled or overcooked. When questioning the waitress she stated it alway looked that way. My other daughter who ordered ravioli with Alfredo sauce was so hungry so ate the ravioli scraping off any sauce. Two of us were visiting from Kentucky, two others with one more f the babies was from Michigan and my son in law told me ever since he was Little came to your restaurant but the menu was changed and a lot of things no later on the menu. He stated he would never go back there. It was bad enough sticking an 18% gratuity on service that didn’t deserve it.

Pleasant atmosphere. Spaghetti was good with a variety of options. Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for dessert. Friendly waiter.

Great chocolate cake! Best Calamari in town! For 9.00 you get perfectly cooked calamari with much flavor! And the portion size is accordance to price.. Compared to everybody else in town that serves you just a little dish. This place makes great calamari!

First Time Guests. Restaurant is pretty cool with a full size street car inside (with seating). Food and service was pretty good. It is huge inside with an upstairs main dining area AND a downstairs area, with a small gameroom just at the bottom of the stairs. We happened to be in the area visiting nearby attractions and decided to give this place a try. We will be back, for sure. Oh, and its reasonably priced, too :-)

We had a group of fourteen on a Friday. Our server was excellent. They let us bring a cake. The food came quickly and was delicious. We werent rushed to leave. This is a great place for a couple or a group.

Honestly for what I paid for, the quantity was plentiful and filling. Could use a little more seasoning but overall it was good. If you do eat here, you have to have the peanut butter cheesecake. Literally the best part of the whole meal.

I never knew bread could be.… tasteless.... The spaghetti was dry and it lacks seasoning. The Caesar salad was cool but I can’t get over how tasteless the spaghetti, the meatballs, and the bread was. I was truly disappointed. I understand there are people out there that don’t like to use seasoning for whatever reason, but, Jesus Lamar Christ! At least throw some onions or something in it. Hope you guys improve in the future.

Great food but the service was slow and the Girls at the front were rude when our large party was being brought to their table they mentioned we should not block the front area when we were walking to the table...huh? Like I said food was great but us and another table had to get up to get salt, etc....we were having a good laugh amongst ourselves. So 3 stars because of the Girls in front and the slow service.

We had more people show up that we rsvped for. The restaurant was empty so we were willing to work with them. The waitress kept saying we had more people than rsvped as if she wanted us to leave. The service was absolutely terrible and the food wasnt any better. Definitely lost your touch!! The only thing that was worth it was the bread since thats all we had plenty of. Would not recommend.

My son and daughter in law took me to the Spaghetti Warehouse for Mothers day dinner a little early (Friday evening), the service was amazing! Our waitress was spot on and was running her poor little butt off yet still kept a smile on her face and treated everyone with courtesy and respect.However I wasnt quite as pleased with the lasagna. The menu stated that it was a 15 layer lasagna, it was no where near 15 layers. There was lasagna noodles, tons and tons of sauce and some kind of chalky stuff between the 3 layers of noodles but not all the way through it. There was no meat or cheese to be found. Thank goodness the salad was so fresh! I wouldnt mind going back but Ill definitely not be ordering the lasagna

We had a surprise party for my dad. The party room was nice and spacious, the waitress was very friendly, and the food was amazing. There was a mix up with the checks at the end of the night but we got it straightened out. I will be back again for future birthday parties.

Our Server was very professional. She was helpful, and personable. Autumn represented her employer with pride , speaking of her long standing dedication of around 20 years of experience there! She made sure we understood the safety protocols as well, as she gave a model mask wearing image for us to follow when up and around inside.The food was amazing, the sauce was just right that I didnt feel full and was able to inquire more about the dish, and Autumn provided general info of what made the meatballs so good !! We will definitely be back to Ohio where restaurants are open , but with curfew of 9:00 pm closure.Thanks to all the Spaghetti Werehouse staff who were very customer service oriented , especially as we left for the evening!

Took my wonderful wife out for lunch there. She works very hard as a front line nurse.Couldnt have used Covid$$ any better!!.Lasagna to die for!! And the beauty of the old place, priceless!.We then drive to view the new metropark along the river, where the old Sports Arena used to be... Very nice family hangout place!What a great afternoon!

Food was awesome. Spaghetti meatballs very satisfactory, sauce was a bit watery. Alfredo was average. Bread was warm delicious, homemade butter also delicious. Lemonade and sangria was refreshing. Decor is spot on, fans on pulley system great idea. Atmosphere above average. Waitress was absolutely great very attentive. Great job keep up the good work.

As always an amazing experience. The food here is great at very reasonable prices. The chicken parmigiana and 15 layer lasagna was a killer combo. The ambiance is unique and really sets it apart from your normal Italian fare. I really liked how you could add chicken Parmesan to any meal for $3. This place is one of a kind. Do your self a favor and stop in!

Now this is an Italian restaurant. Why these places are not in Michigan where I am is beyond me. But yes I drove 50 minutes one way to eat here and I will do it again and again. If you love Italian go here and get the feast. Cost effective and mother loving worth it.

This restaurant has gone down hill from what it used to be. They removed the bar a few years ago and you have to stand around in the lobby or outside while waiting for a table. They have a reduced menu as well as no beer/wine menu of which our waitress had no idea as to what was available. Parking is free across the street if available since on game days the restaurant sells theparking spots for $15.00 to those attending a Toledo Mud Hens game leaving few if any free parking for their patrons. The food...just Ok!

Nothing to fuss about other than the ambiance. Save yourself 11 bucks and just Youtube a decent spaghetti recipe, it will likely taste better.

Food was delivered without utensils or napkins, the bread was like a wet sponge, I could barely bite through the chicken in my sandwich, and the alfredo tasted like raw flour. Pretty miserable experience overall, cant see myself eating from one of these again.

It was good just needed more meatballs ☺️
