Another driver hit me in the intersection by their shop. Was able to get my vehicle into their lot and the owner helped me get my spare on and filled it for me. Was extremely kind and did not hesitate to help me.

Car was taken in and he said we needed a whole new motor, but with no warranty on the new motor for $5,000 Took it somewhere else and they changed coil packs and plugs and had the car running perfect again for under $300. Would not recommend

After getting a flat tire, traveling to Toledo, I search Google for good reviews on a tire repair shop and noticed the strong reviews of Walts. I completely agree with the positive ratings. Walt was very nice and eager to help. The cost was affordable. Scott and Walt both assisted me in communicating with my tire insurance provider to get the replacement tire covered. The waiting area is like a typical vintage auto repair shop. Very comfortable and clutter everywhere. I would highly recommend this place for a couple different reasons.

Needed an emergency repair quick and Walt was the guy. I dropped my car off in the morning at 7 and by 1pm he had my car ready for me. Only problem is that the realignment that I paid for was pretty pisspoor. But still reasonably priced for the work that’s being done.

They are very kind and explains just what is wrong. You get a written statement about cost for repairs. Making a appointment for oil changes is guick. I recommend them highly. Have been there for years. 😁

My AC went out and was blowing out hot air, I looked up places and found this place cuz it had better reviews than other places. I schedule an appointment for an AC check and they were done about an hour later. They gave me a list of repairs needed and I was worried about the cost. But I was like if this will get my AC working, Ill save up I saved up and returned about two weeks later for those repairs as well as an oil change. I drop my car off, they told me the wait would be 2hrs. I walk across the street to a coffee place to kill time, wait 2.5hrs, they call and say they were unable to do those repairs and that I needed a new compressor! I was frustrated and wondered they couldnt figure that out the first time I came for an AC check? So they said theyll call me the following Monday on prices. Monday comes, no call! Tuesday comes, no call! So I decide to call myself and I believe I spoke to Scott, I asked for a manager and he said they were on vacation in Florida. So I explained my frustrations to him and he put me on hold to look up prices. He mentioned theres only 2 people in the shop working and that they were very busy, understandable! He gave me a price of 920 to replace it and didnt sound like they wanted to do the work at all, I truly believe they gave me that price to scare me off because I looked elsewhere and got it done for ALOT cheaper. Maybe they were just understaffed and stressed, but I will not be a returning customer due to this experience.

My disabled parents took their van in for a water pump. He tried to sell them on a bunch of extra work, over-torqued 4 lug nuts on one tire to where the wheel could have fallen off easily, and messed up the oil cooler when I just did work on the oil drain plug, and know there was no previous oil issues or leaks.. Overall, he screwed the, about every way possible, and then had the audacity to say I can fix it, for a $140 diagnostic, and then parts / labor talk about a slime ball trying to make profit on his mistakes! Im pushing for my family to retain legal council and sue Walt currently for damages, time and inconvenience (Walt Sr., he was the one we dealt with!) and if you have had a negative experience, message me and Ill be glad to include you in any resulting lawsuit. Im posting these reviews on fb, Yelp, and every social media platform I can find and encouraging my friends / family to do the same so that hopefully nobody else gets taken advantage of by a shop trying to make a quick buck off of disabled / older people who do not know better when it comes to their vehicles. Wolf dressed as a sheep for sure, I wish I could leave less stars!

A couple years ago I took my ,93 honda civic si , to this place for a water pump replacement, the Hinda dealer told me was bad. But the dealer was too expensive so I came here. I left my car the there . They called me a few hours later and told me the timming belt let go and the valves hit the pistons . It would cost about 1200.00 to repair it. But the mechanic would give me 300.00 bucks for it. He said wasnt worth fixing. So I told them not to fix it , I would come get it . When I got there my engine was in pieces ,and they would not put it back together unless I paid them ,300.00 dollars. So I took the box of engine parts to the dealer afrer all. they put a water pump on and put the engine back together , rungs great no problems at all now. So DO NOT trust this place!!!!!!!! Will try to rip you off for money or your car.!!!!
