Friendly staff, but follow up with customers very weak. I experienced this twice with each renewal of my policy. It’s a little frustrating that I have to be the one calling to remind associates of what they were supposed to have already done, or get back to me with. Each time I called (and I called at least 5x’s) I’d have to run my story and every time it would be that they’d do something which of course was never taken care of.....I just gave up after a while. But overall I like having an insurance company so nearby, and the associates are friendly, but could really do a better job at trying to keep their word.

All state is always friendly and courteous . Awesome customer service from Chuck and Brandon!! I had to get some insurance for my daughters graduation party for the venue and all I had to do was show up and they handled the rest, I was in and out in a short time and was all set! My experience with Chuck and his staff have been great. A rock severely cracked my windshield while driving on the freeway. The first thing they asked was if I was okay. I have tried several insurance companies and agents through the years and this was the first time that I was asked about my well-being. His staff did everything for me. All I had to do was pay my deductible. a couple of days later I received a courtesy from them to make sure that I was satisfied and if there was anything else that they could help me with. Im the type of person that when I get great service and am treated with respect, That business will have mine and my loyalty. Chuck and the people in the office has mine.

I have always had great experience with Chuck , Brandon and their team. I had a small fire a few years back with smoke and soot that went through the house. They were on it immediately and had fire restoration services out immediately to clean up everything. Also they are fantastic about giving personal service, answering questions and getting back to their customers.
