I called Arrow over the Memorial Day holiday. They called me first thing Tuesday morning, showed up Wednesday and remediated everything by Friday. THAT is service. They were very reasonably priced and the 3 different gentlemen who actually visited my home were kind, knowledgeable and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators.

Service provider was very friendly and informative. Took time to explain what he was doing and the options I had. Lady who scheduled appt on initial call was very pleasant and helpful as well.

The service men are always polite and friendly. I really appreciate that they take the time to put on shoe covers prior to entering our home. They do a thorough job and always ask if we have problems or concerns.

Took time to explain and make sure that the product was right for me.

The folks there are nice. Unfortunately, they are not honest. The “free” termite inspections are simply a trick to sell expensive treatment. Arrow said we had an active infestation. We paid for two separate inspections from another company. They cleared us just fine both times. When we questioned Arrow about their findings, they sent a picture of a crawl space that wasn’t even from our house. With “free” inspections, Arrow can’t afford to be honest. Totally deceitful practices!
