This location has HORRIBLE customer service. Ive called and called and called to discuss a charge from them that I didnt approve. They ignored my calls, sent me to voicemail, never called me back and never credited me the money they owed me. They are very unprofessional, the classes were great but the overall management needs some work. Be aware if you sign up for a membership with them and watch your card like a hawk!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Please save yourself time and energy and dont even think about signing up for their membership. It is an absolute SCAM!!Did one trial (free) ride. Sound was awful, could not understand a word, teacher looked pretty tired. When leaving, the front desk girl almost blocked the entrance convincing me to sign up for 5 lessons. I though, ok, maybe I can try and it will get better. A week after I signed up I had to move to Seattle due to work. Cancelled one scheduled lesson, paid the fee, no problems. Called the same day, asked for cancellation due to this sudden change. Didnt even ask for a refund, just cancellation. The front desk agent confirmed You are all set!. Obviously, they charged me again on the 1st of the month. Called to ask for a refund, since was told that membership is cancelled and I havent attended even one class after the free trial one. Was told that manager will call. Obviously no one called. Ok, called back 2-3 times, either no one picked up or again, promised to call back and never did. Mid month I called again and was told that apparently a cancellation form has to be submitted one month before the cancellation. Ok, received the form, within 4 min forwarded completed form and NOTHING!! I keep on getting charged EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! They DO NOT RESPOND, DO NOT CALL BACK. Multiple emails sent, voice messages left, billing department contacted. I have disputed the charge with my bank and do not intend to pay even one penny! ABSOLUTE SCAM!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!And I keep receiving emails saying that I have outstanding charges! HAHAH SERIOUSLY????SCAM SCAM SCAM! 2,5 months of no communication and fake charges.The worst experience ever. Never again.

Very disappointed in my experience with CycleBar Tigard. Class itself is amazing but no one knows correct information. I called before hand to make sure when I sign up I can go to all locations and the lady said yes of coarse! Great I sign up for unlimited but it was only for the Tigard location but I mainly wanted Tb. (She should have taken the time to explain how the process works but she didnt) After multiple requests and talking to multiple people at Tigard to fix my membership so I could go to both locations (STILL NEVER GOT FIXED) The manager at the Tb location is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. However paying 140 a month for a gym membership you want customer service and Tigard clearly lacks that. So called and said I am canceling my membership when the manager said she would put two weeks extra on my account for the issues. I thanked her for the two weeks and when I ended up going in a few days later found out the extra time was never added and if I canceled I wouldnt have the full month THAT I PAID FOR. This was the new Tigard manager I talked to. I questioned a few times (Your telling me I started my membership this date but I only get this amount that makes no sense) I canceled my membership and called back the following day just hoping to clarify that she was not giving me the correct information. Spoke to the TB manager again at this point what the hell was the point in dealing with this company it was so unorganized and I was told wrong information over and over again. I canceled and told them I would not be charged again because the only reason I didnt cancel in the first place was to give them another chance since they added 2 weeks which did not happen. Now they are trying to send me to collections for 2 MONTHS WHAT!!! I have called, text and no one will call me back! This place is a joke

If you dont care about covid protocol, come here. Everyone wears a shield with no mask, which gives you not protection. And there was a person with nothing on! No mask, no shield and the employees let it happen! So if you dont believe in covid or care about your health and the health of others come here!

Instructors are amazing. Accommodating to all physical ability levels!

Clean and fun felt great to get some exercise teacher was positive and the bikes were nice and spaced apart.

I love cycle bar! It has changed the way I look at working out and makes it a fun experience and something I actually want to go do. I don’t dread working out like I used to and everyone is so nice and welcoming! ❤️

Super friendly staff accommodating of both new and experienced riders. Great facility amenities such as curtained showers, water bottles, towels, shoes, lockers, etc. All you need to do is show up and everything you need is provided. Fun, intense workouts led by highly energetic instructors who will make a 45 minute session fly by like its nothing - highly recommended!

CycleBar tigard is AWESOME! The rides are so motivational and you get a great workout in just 45 minutes! The studio is very nice, they provide shoes, and have all you need. Just show up to the studio and youre set! First class is free so no excuse to not try it out! Thanks, CycleBar!!

CycleBar is AMAZING and its so fun to have have them in the neighborhood! The staff are helpful, valuable and generous! The CycleStars are TRUE ROCKSTARS! They work hard to create fun and challenging rides! The community and members are OUTSTANDING-- the best family and cheerleaders!

Such an awesome workout. Upbeat instructors and friendly staff ALWAYS!! They provide towels at each hike, a free water bottle on your first ride, and a decorated locker 🎉 - if you have never been you get your first THREE classes for free!

I love CB Tigard! I’ve tried many other spin studios and they either have terrible outdated equipment or unfriendly people (riders and employees). CB has both amazing equipment with the tech to track your class stats (and can’t forget the occasional music video ride) and all of the people really treat you like family!! Riders and employees alike- never met someone there that wasn’t friendly. So glad I found CB even if I have to drive a distance in traffic to get here, so worth it!!!!

I love this studio! I’ve so struggled with finding a home group fitness studio and I’ve found an amazing community AND workout! Love the people. Love the workout. Love the environment.

CycleBar has quickly become my favorite workout!! I feel so accomplished being able to see my stats after each class. The instructors are helpful, motivating, and just amazing! The showers are clean, fully stocked (in case you forget anything at home), and comfortable if you have to get ready for work after class.I feel like I’m home when I’m with my CycleBar family!

My favorite place to let go of everything and be surrounded by positive people gettin their sweat on! Every class Ive taken is so good and such a blast! I always feel at home and so welcome here!
