I had an Ubiquiti Unfi UDM and Beacon system crash due to a firmware update on 07Feb2021. This firmware update created crashes around the world as I understand it. The company that installed the system was unable to get to me due to this issue and their work backlog.I called Unifi Tech Support and they were not able to fix my system either. The installation company suggested I contact Invictus. I had no customer relationship with Invictus.I contacted them and they had a technician at my house 2 days after I contacted them. The technician came to my house 1 day after an ice storm that shutdown the Portland, Oregon area and I was back up and running within 1 hour.Great job by Invictus.

Great place for network installers to get items day of....People here arent youtube.com. There are many resources on youtube to learn about the various Ubiquiti products. Recommend if you are a small business that works in network/switch/ap/ptp installs!!!

Intentionally unhelpful. Strange times when online only stores offer a thousand times better customer service than an actual physical location. I dont know how this guy makes a living. He must just respond to large national RFPs all day. He couldnt care less about selling products to local installers. Theres virtually 0% chance of someone answering the phone here. The office doesnt open until 9:00, but you will wait in the parking lot until 9:30 or 10:00 before someone actually shows up to open the place.

Very bad customer service. I was trying to buy some products from them and the owner of the company didn’t want to help answer questions until I purchased something or payed him for his time. I was trying to figure out what exact products I need for my application and the owner was not willing to help me get the correct products they sell without paying him first.

They do what they say and say what they do. We have used this bridge kit for 3 implementations, ... one for a high profile client. All work quite well.

Very happy to see a local distributer of Ubiquiti products. First order was yesterday and they were very helpful in getting the order placed and getting a last minute item I needed urgently.
