Really great customers service. Sonny is really funny/hardworking and a down to earth guy. He always ask me how me and my family are doing and is always sooo nice to me and my wife he has a really great personality and always in top of his game. He seems loyal to his job because I hear a lot of people trying to hire him and he chooses to stay cause they are short handed. It is so hard to find workers like him who are willing to stay and help rather than abandon his crew an look for something else. I know he misses the islands from all the stories he tells me about it hope he goes back but comes back cause me and my family love it when we go to the gas station and see him…sonny is a great guy and you have my business in the future brotha good to have you in Oregon and hope you don’t leave us.

I have nothing but good to say about this station. I live on Bull Mountain and this is the most convenient station for me to fill not only my four cars, but to buy gas for my lawn tractor. Sonny is always prompt, polite and very professional. He recognizes me and always comments when I drive one of my classic cars. Hes very careful with the filler nozzle and never over-fills my gas cans.For those of you who complain - remember that these folks are working for just above minimum wage in sometimes really nasty weather putting gas in your vehicle so you dont have to get out and do it yourselves. Treat the attendants with a pleasant attitude and you may be surprised to find theyre pretty nice people.

Closed at 12:30am... I needed gas to get me home after work.... Not good can get stranded out here... Shell is suppose to be open 24hrs!

1 star for receiving fuel. Wondering why the pump attendant wasn’t wearing a face mask despite the urging of public health officials and government mandates. Dude felt perfectly comfortable approaching my driver side window, creating maybe 1 ft. of space between himself and my family while not wearing a mask. Why should myself and other consumers be required to wear a mask into businesses if we can’t count on the employees of said businesses to follow the same protocol? I can only assume this business equates public health with political beliefs, and is not concerned with protecting the welfare of their customers. For that reason, I will not ever support this business again. I will encourage my neighbors to follow suit.

Waited for a while before anyone came out. I could see the guy in the window and he just stared out. Knowing i was there. When he did he didnt even say a word to me. My car was already turned off and my window was down on the driver side. The gas guy went to the passenger side and just stood there. Very rude all around. I wish i got the guys name.

My wife was over charged by over double the amount to fill up ....Called two days running and nobody to sort out or refund the money. Managers never called back.

Good place and gas but there was a worker named David and he looked so lazy to me, I came for the gas and waited then two cars came after me he (David) served them and after that came to me. And I didnt had a old or cheap looking car, just saying

Sonny filled my tank,washed and waxed my car, Nick tuned my engine, Jodi rebuilt my tranny, I was so thrilled with service Brenda had to render CPR, wouldnt go for mouth to mouth. These guys are CSR Superstars.Jackson 530. Be there or be square!!!

These guys are awsome. Ran out of gas and dehydrated. S onny pushed my rig all the way to rite pump with brute strength, nick filled tank, Jodi got Me in for gatorade , Brenda iced my forehead. Angels of mercy. This place is the best.

Ran out gas racing to hospital in labor. Three mutant ninja douche bags hi on meth jumped me and stole my purse. Nick karate chopped the DBs. Sonny returned my purse, Jodi filled my tank, Mariska delivered my baby. Home for dinner with full tank and new baby! Jackson 530, heroes of the petroleum industry!! Fuel elsewhere and risk the consequences. Theses guys are aaaawsome!!!

Gave up waited for over ten minutes no one even acknowledged that I was here.

Don’t use the car wash if you can help it and if you do definitely print the receipt because it may well charge you for a wash and then just not deliver. The attendants won’t be helpful and the corporate office is in Idaho and impossible to reach.

Decent Gas prices.
