I have worked with Conner Bowen over the last year and he has been nothing short of amazing with my Dooly County High School students. He is always attentive and extremely helpful. Anytime I have a question, I’m able to call him directly and get an answer or receive an email. I get the same quality of service when calling the local office and speaking with a representative. I always receive top notch service and everyone is so kind. When presenting to my students, he always does an awesome job and gets the kids excited about their products. Understanding that schools have been out for about a month. The seniors of area schools serviced by Herff Jones have had no updates on their purchases. After contacting the school, the principle stated that they have not heard anything from them either. Delivery of rings, cap and gown, and other items was supposed to be several weeks ago. After reading the reviews of this office I am now nervous. I just hope that when my kids do get the merchandise that was paid for it is correct.I will update this after we receive merchandise.
