Top-notch Service Done Right.I called Max on Monday to schedule an appointment for having my alignment done. He was able to get me in first thing Wednesday, no wait.My car has upgraded performance suspension, so I needed an expert. Max did not disappoint! I’m third generation of an automotive family, and was in the industry myself for over a decade. Based on my background, I can say Max runs a great operation and is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Unlike the chain shops, he adds that personal touch. This matters for those of us that consider our car more than just a car. Thanks again!

Very professional set up and friendly service from Max and his technician. I waited while my VW EOS has the tires rotated and the alignment done. It took about 40 minutes and I received a written report when I paid the bill. The car is now set up perfectly and they did a great job and were very reasonable- Highly recommended

Honest and integrity comes to mind.My car was side swiped and I brought it in for alignment.Technician inspected the car and determined that alignment is not necessary. Therefore, he did not charge me for his time.

I had to buy new tires due to a irregular tire wear issue on a front tire. After buying new tires, I needed a front end alignment. I decided to have the work done at Alignment Plus base on the good reviews on this site as well as other sites such as YELP. Max was excellent and thorough. The alignment problem was not as big of issue that I thought it was. If you are looking for a professional to do alignment work, Max is man for you.

I have used Rob for a decade+, in all of that time this Marine of 27 years has NEVER been anything then incredibly straightforward in his diagnosis of my vehicles. Hes always busy so its best to make an appointment ahead of time. aside from that, its only been positive experiences from here and Rob fixes everything the first time. There was only one occasion where the problem I had persisted and he spent a whole Saturday getting it right free of charge. Now, hes the only person I go to.
