This place is horrible. I have never put any kind of reviews but this is just after 3 days!!!!! I had to tell the lady to fix one because she smudged it. I then asked her if she was going to put a top coat? She was like o ya she was just in a rush to get done. And they dont santize anything disgusting. I will not be going back. Just maybe for my money back. I am reporting this to the BBB!

Place was clean and girls were friendly. Had a few mins I had to wait. For once my hands werent sore or bleeding. I noticed few flaws and she fixed them right away. I havent gotten a set of dipped that looked this good. I will be coming back.

I have been coming here for a few years now. Kevin is amazing as always, but apparently it’s under new management. Kevin started on my nails right away and he did an amazing job. Then I was ready for my pedicure and I waited 25 minutes in the chair. It just didn’t seem like they were very organized and maybe it’s because they’re still new and trying to figure it out but come on. I just hope it doesn’t get any worse because I will be very sad not to go to Kevin anymore for my nails.

I usually get the dip nails and Kevin always did a wonderful job, so I was a little bummed out that he is no longer there. Everyone there is really nice, but if you are getting dip nails I suggest you make sure they are doing the base as well. Got my nails done a couple of weeks ago under the new ownership and they didn’t put the base on first. My nails have done nothing but chip and crack, so that’s been disappointing.

Kevin does my manicures. He always does an excellent job and listens to my desires. Pedicures are so soothing. Its a good idea to make an appointment as they get quite busy.

This was my first time going here and lets start with the pedicure. The ladys name is Tina she did my pedicure and eyebrow waxing. This pedicure was one of the best I have had in a very very long time. Waxing was good. Kevin did my nails and they turned out beautifully and perfect I love them! My experience was amazing and Im kinda glad my regular nail shop slacked off or I would of never thought to come here. I will be back!!!!

Kevin is no longer here. I got a fairly good manicure but she didnt clean the extra polish off. The really disappointing thing is others had made appointments but they werent written down in the book. They turned people away. Also, I paid $10 more for a rebase and manicure. Did an ok job have had way better experience elsewhere! Not to good at design on the toes! Also not a very clean. But the lady was very nice she did 1 of my designs for my big toe 3x because she was having a hard time making them kinda the same! As far as prices about the same everywhere! I got a $35 deluxe pedicure and my daughter a kids mani-pedi for $30!

Always the best experience here. Staff are all friendly and take the best care of us each time we visit.

I came here two days ago, she didn’t even cut my cuticles, made me bleed, and then sprayed alcohol. I payed $50 for nail polish. I went back and all they did was scream at us just because we are minors. Do not recommend.

I love this salon! Kevin is by far the best! I couldnt find anyone who knew how to do a short coffin then I met Kevin! Im always extremely happy with my nails, Im so thankful I found this salon Ill never go anywhere else! Thanks Kevin you truly are the best! Amazing. They always get the acrylic just right. They actually take care to shape my nails nicely and file off all the excess on the underside.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 8-9 years now and I will never go anywhere else. I’ve had work done by pretty much everyone that’s employed here and I love them all! They’re clean, they’re so nice, they go above and beyond in terms of quality work, they’re very considerate and reasonable when it comes to pricing, and they take time to satisfy each client. ❤️ I have nothing to ever complain about. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! While I was in getting my nails done they had 2 phone calls from different clients all saying they broke a nail a day after getting their nails done. 2 days after I got my nails done a mail broke. They do not care about fixing their mistakes. They treated the other clients horribly on the phone and then when I came in they told me no and I had to come back after they close. Not professional dont waste your time or money!!!!Update!!!! Not even a week has gone by and 3 nails are broken!! 50$ down the drain!!!!

I went in with my mother and I happen to get a guy it was okay at first showed him what I wanted but sadly it wasn’t the right shape or length I wanted they were way shorter then I wanted and he even stopped in the middle of doing my nails to clean his ears didn’t change his gloves and even had a rip in his gloves he was rough and after my nails were burning never again I used to love the place but after the service I got today don’t think I’ll go again felt like you guys should know

I have been getting my nails done by Anna and Kevin for 6 years! They are friendly and attentive. I drive 30 minutes to my appointments because of their quality of work! I recommend making an appointment, but they take walk ins.

I have never had a problem here before and I NEVER been the type to complain but I was treated so rude and with disrespect I had to say something. The nail tech was very rude she just rushed my nails and had polish all over my finger. When I asked her are they about to close, she said No its still early. I then asked her why is she rushing me? I had asked to change my nail color and she said OK. Then another lady tells me you need to hurry someone is waiting on her very rudely. I did not say anything or did anything for them to be so ugly. After my nails where dry I asked can I get some fingernail polish remover to remove the dried polish. The lady screams in the back to the girl who did my nails and then laughs. Another lady who was very nice came to assist me. The lady that did my nails doesnt say anything and walks out the door. Very disappointing.

This is the best nail place Ive ever been to. Every time Ive been there Ive had a different nail artist and they always do a great job. Theyre detail-oriented and take their time on your nails so that it looks perfect when theyre done. I would highly recommend.

I have always came here. And never had an issue. Super clean and all until i came in for a pedi- and the lady next to me, was getting a pedi as well and her toe nails were full of fungus and I didn’t see anyone disinfect any of the tools been Use or throw the items away- and nail polish used put back.Now it just makes me think twice before coming again...

Me and my sister went in for pedicures, they started the water and had us sit down. They started on my sisters first which was fine I figured they’d start my soon after. But after waiting with my feet in water that had gone cold for 45 minutes and still not having them start I just had to walk out. My feet feel gross and I got a half assed apology as I tried to dry my feet off to leave. I used to love this place and drove down from Louisville to use it but now I will never be back.

Too expensive

I received the sloppiest shellac pedicure yesterday. I wish I could take a picture to post. The polish is spilling over onto my toes and my cuticles look terrible. I am so sad because I have spent so much money in this salon over the years and they continue to let people who are not good at shellac mess nails up. This is the second time this has happened to me at this salon. It was a man who did them and I think he’s new. I am so pissed my boyfriend wasted his money and I’m going to have to get them redone before his sisters wedding Friday.Update-I returned and was giving an apology and the issues are fixed. I will be returning as I really appreciate that they didnt want to lose my business.

Every time I come here they have someone new in training in the store and they always end up doing a horrible job ... Today the guy that did my nails keep cutting me & my nails ended up super thick & not straight at all .. Kevin knew the guy didnt do a good job so he keep saying sorry and that he was going to give me a $5 dollar discount.. I usually dont rate places but I was really upset about this and because the few times Ive been here they dont do me a good job .. Im not going to tell you guys not to go here because Kevin & the girls always do a very good job of what Ive seen and heard .

My daughters and I have never had a pedicure and manicure before. We went to this business based on reviews that we saw. Not only was the staff exceptionally very friendly, but the courtesy shown was excellent! Staff treated us like royalty and went above and beyond when they learned that my daughter was getting married the next day. The establishment was clean and we felt very comfortable even though it was our first time doing something like this. We will definitely go there again.

Ive been going to Kevin since Amerispa opened in 2011. I only need to get my nails done once a month because he does such an amazing job. I never understood when people said Ive had the same blah blah person for 20 years! But I totally understand it because Ive had the same nail guy for about 7 and I wouldnt change it for anything.

Started coming here so far so good not to pricey not cheap either. Friendly clean and take their time so expect to be here for an hr+Updating this. I still go here and still love it. Kevin does the best job on my nails he never disappoints!

Very disappointed had my nails done on Saturday, 3 of them snapped off today Monday. I proceeded to go in to get them fixed today and not only did they charge me for having them fix their cheap work but she violently ripped up my nails and left my pinky nail bleeding underneath to the point where it was stinging to have anything put on it now three of my fingers are completely sore and don’t even look symmetricalI was really hoping to find a good quality place close to my apartment and I have even brought my nieces my mother and my sister here on Saturday because I thought they were good, boy was I wrongI will not be coming back here

Never ever get your eyebrows done here. I aksed for the shape of my eyebrows to stay the same but walked out with a completely different shape. I didn’t say anything to the technician, I feel it’s useless to get angry when there’s nothing to be done, the hair on my brows of course will grow back but just warning everyone.

I entered the business and there was only one customer and four employees sitting around just chilling and they told me that they didn’t not have time to help me.

I love this place. Their Pedi is amazing! They are very nice and willing to work with whatever you are looking to get done. Good service for a good price.

Very disappointed. I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails put on with a gel Polish. I got them done 4 days ago and the majority of the nails are all lifting and upon looking closer at them the Polish does not go all the way down the sides of the nails and they are very bumpy instead of the smooth the top of the nails should be. I few of the nails are different lengths and slightly different shapes. I am very disappointed that I pay good money to get my nails down and they wont even last 2 weeks. Will not be returning.

I dont usually rate places but I was really upset on how they treat people they are rude they do their job horrible they are not gentle at all also when my friend and I were deciding on what color to get for our nails one of the employees stand by our side the whole time like if we were going to steal something and kept asking us what color..like if she wanted us to hurry up and we litearally just been there for like 1 or 2 minutes, they give their customers alot of pressure instead of letting them feel comfortable and welcoming .. the girl who did my nails kept hurting me... my nails are all ugly Thick and not straight at all .. I will never go to that place again

Seemed to be over priced. The got my daughter in right away. She had a gift card that she lost and then found. It was dated 4 years ago. I was afraid they would not take it. They did! That was nice. The remaining balance was $33. When I went to pick her up after the rebase was done. They informed me the total was $33. She has acrylic nails and did have one broken. Still $33 seems awfully high. It has been awhile since I had acrylics, but I was surprised at that total. Thought it was an interesting coincidence that it was the EXACT amount of the gift card.The nails looked nice. Shape was good. But at $33 for a rebase, I don’t think we will go back.

Came in to get eyebrows waxed and left disappointed wishing I never went in. She left a bold spot very noticeable and when I told her about it she said it was already there, which it wasn’t.

I am really upset with the way I was treated here. The guy was very rude and rough with my hand if he needed me to bend it or move it more. There was absolutely no interaction or friendliness what so ever. Then, he charges me $13 just to change the polish which was regular polish. Watch out for the pricing because it went from $7.00 and UP TO 13! Ridiculous, they are very rude here. I will not go here again.

I asked an employee if she could do a design she said yes. I said do you want me to pick something easier is this to hard? She said no no I do it. Design looks nothing like the picture. And its very costly at Amerispa

The lady was careless with her skills and caused me pain multiple times through out the session for acrylics, then two days later a nail broke off without probable cause along with two others a few days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I was a regular and used to love coming here. I am always treated like garbage even though I tip atleast 20%. I have been going here for 2 years. No more after this last incident when Kevin said my mom was a liar and they we didnt have an appointment with him.

Please dont ever come here. I went in to get my acrylics removed and to get a manicure. The woman who took me proceeded to just violently rip off my acrylics instead of soak them in acetone like they usually do. I literally had to beg her to stop because half of my nails were bleeding. When I asked if she could just soak the rest because she was hurting me, she said we didnt have time for that. Worst salon experience I have ever had.

Worst re-base and manicure/polish. I AM NOT KIDDING. This job took over an hour and my polish (GEL!) chipped that night! Horrid.
