I visited the store on Arapahoe Road last weekend. Caleb showed me different models and fine-tuned the exact vacuum best suited for my needs and price point.Friendly service, tidy store - highly recommend local business!

The guys working in the stores seem to be doing the best they can (only reason for the second star).I think theres a break down in the actual service center if your appliance needs to get sent somewhere..like mine.I dropped off a TV about 6 months ago still have no ETA, just the same ol call you back routine.It would be much more honest to let people know that theres an unknown wait time on repairs of a certain degree. Instead of taking money and equipment.. and giving zero updates. Ive had to reach out myself to get updates..no ones been proactive enough to reach out to me. It feels like Ive been robbed. Do I have a small claims case since its over 100..?? IdkAt the moment during their current conditions I recommend caution when involving this business.

Took my broken vacuum in yesterday and the owner was able to fix it on the spot with a few tools. Super helpful and friendly! I will be going back in the future if I need a repair.

I took a vacuum for repair and we have had to take it back 3x. We still dont have our vacuum back. I have call and left messages and when I spoke to someone, they never called back. We are still waiting for our fixed vacuum.

I really like the front desk tech he did not even take our Dyson told us to order a battery on line. Saved us a lot of money.

Dropped off vacuum 49 days ago, they said it would take 7-10 days and would call me with any authorizations to repairs that would cost extra. I have not heard from them since. Ive called 4 times in the last 3 weeks and 3 of those times they said they would call me back or email me and Im still waiting - they have not even been able to tell me what the status is like oh were waiting on a backordered part, just literally no information. This is absolutely unbelievable. I dont even really know what to do, call the police and say they stole my vacuum??

Way too expensive. They sell their 6 pack of bags for $58.56 and on the Kirby website they are going for $27.99 plus shipping and that was. $20 difference. I called and told him and didn’t want to return or even didn’t want to give a discount. I don’t recommend this store for buying over priced items.After, posting this the owner called me and agreed. He apologized and gave me two bags of a 6 pack. for the prize that I paid. He also said he would change the pricing.

I would not recommend. Took in a express machine to Thornton store. $300 deposit (“if we don’t collect many times folks walk away) Didn’t hear anything at 5 weeks. Tried to track thru store and no one answered.Texted that they didn’t know. Tracked thru Littleton store. Mean time manufacture said they would cover. When I went to retrieve “all sales final” even though I didn’t buy anything. Had to take store merchandise or walk away from giant deposit. Should have read reviews before I trusted them.Look around.

I brought a Dyson stick vacuum and 6qt. kitchen aid mixer here in August 2020 for basic maintenance. Neither were broken.The mixer had a clicking noise. They replaced a transmission part and got it back to me in 2-3 weeks. It still makes the noise.My vacuum is a different story. They LOST it. After many phone calls and going to the store, I was told they don’t have my vacuum, in October they gave me some other Dyson vacuum. This is not mine. It is a different color and model. The one they gave me is a cheaper model that is louder and doesn’t work as well as my vacuum did. They did not reimburse any part of the service fee for them to lose my vacuum.Unless you want to roll the dice on getting your product back, I wouldn’t go here for anything.Update October 2020: updated one star. After more phone calls and discussions with the manager they finally took back the wrong vacuum and gave me a new simplicity. I’m very happy with this vacuum and satisfied with this response.

There is a guy called Matthew here who has just taken over and seems to be transforming this place from a nest of sociopaths to the opposite of that. He was so positive and enthusiastic and kind, even bringing my vacuum to me for free in his free time as I lived far away from Thornton in Boulder. I had a great experience, and think Matthew is a absolute gem. I would want to buy from here simply knowing Matt works in this shop. He strikes me as such an honest, decent bloke, as we say in Britain.

I took my stand mixer in to get a worm gear replaced.There was a $95 deposit just to begin the process, no mention of what the gear replacement would cost.Two weeks later I got a call to inform me that the repair would be $260 in addition to the $95 deposit. This mixer cost around $275 when I bought it, so I said no to the repair. They offered to charge me for parts only, Still $150 in addition to the deposit. Also, this mixer had never been serviced before and I stated that when it was dropped off. The guy calling with he price to repair it implied that it has been serviced because there was grease leaking. I had tried to dismantle the mixer when I bought the gear.I said that I did not want to continue with the work, and that they can keep the mixer. He said they would offer a store credit for the $95 deposit. I went to the store. They showed me a $500 mixer and another one for around $280 which he told me was inferior to the mixer I had brought in.. I said i didnt want those. We brainstormed about what I could buy with my store credit and he showed me a hardwood floor mop saying it was $100. Bona spray mop. I just looked up the mop is on sale at Target for $35!!So I basically paid $75 to have someone imply that I lied about whether the unit had been serviced and to surrender my mixer.

Needed parts for my Kirby g4. Kirby parts are getting tough to find MTV had them on the peg! I was treated with fast and very friendly service and the price was shocking low compared to other places i tried before coming to MTV. Give then a call or come in and experience what I reviewed here. SPOT ON MATES!

They checked out my vacuum for repairs in less than half the time they quoted me. I ended up trading it in for a credit off of a new one (awesome since I would have just donated it anyways). Matt was super friendly and gave me a great deal, went above and beyond to help me!

Well I went in for a belt for my old machine. Aaron was a great help learning about newer vaccumes. He sold me a machine that will last along time. He will stand behind it completely. Thanks Aaron.

I got a belt for my bissell shampooer about a month ago but it was the wrong one. Took the shampooer and belt in and they looked it up and gave me the one that it should have been. It was to small but after reading the instructions from that belt figured out that i needed the large belt not the small one. Went back in the next day and let them know. They had to order one so it will be in next week.

They fixed my Bissell proheat carpet cleaner and they did a great job. Aaron was awesome he provided great customer service I would definitely recommend this place for repairs if you are having trouble with your vacuum or carpet cleaner.

Dropped off a vacuum on 7/2/19. The guy at the store said it would be 5-12 days to get repaired. Hadn’t heard from the store and went in the other day to drop off the loaner vacuum and he acted surprised the work order was still open. Sign on the wall says 5-10 days for vacuum repair. Today marks day 12 not including the 4th of July. If you want a fast and affordable repair do it yourself or take to a different shop.Update: Finally got my vacuum returned to me after having to pay $60 dollars more after the initial deposit. Took vacuum in to get cord replaced that had been chewed by a dog. When I dropped off the vacuum guy said we would get the cord replaced and belt and filters cleaned for $120. Called the actual place that does the repair to find out the actual price was going to be over $220 to repair everything. Argued with a guy on the phone about everything to have him basically tell me to kick rocks. When I picked up the vacuum the canister was a different color and missing attachments. If I could give Zero stars I would. I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances

We went there wanting to buy a new Dyson. We had our old one for 10 years and it did a good job. After looking at the other options and trying out the Simplicity, I bought the Simplicity. Let me tell you, this thing is awesome! The guy there was so helpful and friendly. I got the Simplicity home and started to use it and couldnt believe the stuff I could here it picking up. I thought the Dyson was doing good, but this thing gets it way more clean. Definitely recommend this place.

I took in my dyson to be fixed. It wasn’t. When I tried to explain this to the arrogant little 18 year old he made fun of me and said enough rude things, I left crying. I tried calling but could never get any satisfaction. This was two years ago and I still have a broken Dyson. Need to get it fixed but not from this place!

Trying to help an elderly neighbor who had dropped off her vacuum May 6 was told 7-10 days it is now May 22 still no vacuum to be had. Would not recommend to use. Not even a call to notify the location or progress on it.

Took a typewriter in to get repaired. Took twice as long as quote times, and when I asked for updates I received none. Finally, as I demanded my typewriter back and a refund either way (over 11 weeks later for a 4-6 week quote time), it was done. Cost $250, they tried to get me to pay $100 more but I refused. Some things were fixed, many not. After using it about three times, it is already in such bad shape it would be impossible to use. $250 for a bunch of empty promises.

I dropped my vacuum off a few weeks ago. They ran my credit card (this obviously has name on it) and subsequently put my vacuum under another name and wrong phone number. After calling to check on my vacuum, I was flatly informed there was no vacuum under my name or phone number. I had to prompt the employee into digging deeper to find my vacuum. After helping to track down my vacuum, I was told they would call when it was ready. After two weeks, they called to tell me the had figured out what was wrong and my options. I said I would check with my wife and call back. We decided to get it repaired. I called to tell them to repair it. About 4 days later I called back to check on the progress. They hadnt even touched it. I expressed my frustration. No solution was offered beside we will fix it and send it back to the store you dropped it off at. When that store received my vacuum, did they call me? Nope. I again expressed my frustration to the manager, Chris. He said I am sorry. What else can I say? I told him that a discount might be nice. He said he would not do that and told me if I spend more money at his store, he would THEN give me a discount. Really!? No thank you. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere if you need a vacuum repaired. These guys are a joke and the tone is set at the top.

A great place to fine vacuum cleaners and remove stains

Took my expresso machine into them and they charge me $125 to do a diagnostic on the machine including running it to see how it grinds, packs the coffee, brews, and discharges the grounds. Four weeks later when according to my receipt that is when it would be done it was not started. Then I told them I would just come and pick it up. Then the tech called and said he now had my machine but needed to know what was wrong with it. He said he had not started any work on it yet. Even though that was all on the ticket from when I dropped it off. I asked them not to even start the diagnostic on the machine if they could not even read the ticket. I told them I would come and get the machine so before I could get to the shop they tore it apart put it in a box and told me I could not see it or have it till they were done. The service manager who was very rude told me I could have it back this weekend. Weekend come with no call so I called to check on the status and was told bad heat sensor and leaking valve (it was not leaking when I took it in) and those two items would cost an additional $350. I was also told if that did not solve the original issue I took it in for “not heating the coffee hot enough” then there would be another diagnostic fee and additional parts and labor. I totally refurbished machine like mine is $500 Stay clear of this place!

Outstanding service and very knowledgeable staff. Yes, we paid a little more than if we bought our vacuum on Amazon (as some reviews allude to), BUT we got a 5yr warranty from this business (Amazon doesnt offer this), extra attachments (a deal that the vacuum manufacturer only offers to retailers) and a good amount in store rewards from the purchase that covered the expense of vacuum bags for 1.5 yrs along with the filter for my vacuum. In the end, Im glad I chose More Than Vacuums over Amazon and got a better value and service experience for it. Absolutely recommend this business.

Worst customer service experience ever! Never patronize this business, save yourself the headache. Brought my vacuum in for repair 8/30. Was told 10-14 days. Fast forward 17 days, no repair done, no idea what the issue is, got pushed off to the Service Center. Service Center doesnt answer phone or return a call. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

I had a good experience withMore than vacuums. I was in need of orek vacuum belts . I have three orek vacuums. all The belts were broken. its very convenient, and reasonable business.i suggest if you ever need anything, give them a call.

They will do poor jobs on mixers. Have seen a customer walk in with a brand new mixer and walk out with a 2009 mixer because this company states “the old units are better”. Very poor service. You’d be better off buying a new stand mixer than having them do your repair.

The first time I took our old Kirby in (about 3 years ago) I received great customer customer service, an accurate quote, and timely repair. It ran around $185... well worth every penny to keep the old thing going. This visit, however, was a different experience. I didnt recognize the staff person so I asked if the ownership had changed. He was rather. vague, but let me know that there are several shops in the Denver area that comprise this business. I assumed the repairs would be done onsite, but found that they are done elsewhere. No big deal. I was charged $155 upfront and went on my way. A message was left on my call that Id need to call to discuss options. It was difficult reaching Chris...when I event did he said there was only one phone line and theyd been extremely busy. I can overlook some dopey excuses; I worked retail 30 years and have heard them all. However, I had a problem when I was told the repair would be an ADDITIONAL $165. The $155 I put down was merely a deposit. I realize repairs can be costly on older models, parts hard to find. What did I do? Paid it, but Ill be considering having my vac serviced elsewhere in the future. Things just didnt set right this time.

Chris was more than helpful! He helped me find the correct belt, and gave me excellent info when I asked about one if the demo models! He explained the differences between each model, and allowed me to try them all! (I know what Im asking Santa for this Christmas! ) I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone for their vaccum and/or sewing machine needs! Awesome service!!!

Stopped in to buy Kirby Pre-Treat for my carpet. Jay did not carry it because he didnt know Kirby had this product. He said he would order it and he did. Stopped by today to purchase it. Nice to have a friendly dealer so close. Jay is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I will come back again for my Kirby needs.

I have an old vacuum that I couldnt find parts for anywhere. I came in and Chris took care of me promptly without pressuring me into doing anything else. I would definitely recommend using this store! Excellent customer service and products.

I went into this store to have my vacuum repaired and was told that it was basically more affordable to purchase another vacuum. I was told that because this certain model had been on the floor for a while, I would be given a discount. As soon as I arrived home with the vacuum, I looked online to compare the price I paid. It turns out, More Than Vacuums overcharged me by a $100. I called the store and was told that it was too late to return and that they had a no return policy. They gave a lot of garbage as to why I paid more. Bottom line, if you like your money, do your research and avoid this shop!

We have a backpack vacuum that someone used to vacuum some drywall pieces. I checked with these guys and they said they could fix it. Of course, they had to order parts but when I picked it up, it was better than new. Good prices and will fix anything!!

Our 1970s-era KitchenAid mixer went down, and this was the place recommended for service. They did a hulluva job at a very reasonable price (considering it requires older parts, it ended up being a little more, understandably), and had it turned around in about 2 weeks. Not mad at the 1 year service warranty either. Would be back for other repairs!

I had just purchased a Miele Delphi, but it was acting quirky where the power to my powerbrush would cut out randomly. I brought it in and they were able to identify the problem, switch out my parts thanks to the great warranty, and send me on my way within minutes! So friendly and helpful. Great experience and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vacuum or service!

I had two bissell carpet cleaners serviced and repaired thier, along with services, they have commercial, and residential, brands of cleaners, veg clear and honest, and can actually repair and svcs equipment,

If you have a broken coffee machine you are better off sending it back to the manufacturer! I took in a Jura J90 coffee machine for repair on Oct 17, 2018.The clue should have been that the information provided by telephone was not consistent with what I was told later when dropping off my machine in the shop: repair time longer and diagnostic cost higher at $250 than about $150 I had been told verbally on the phone.After my machine was evaluated, I was told there was no part available to fix it. I asked to collect the machine, but it had been dismantled and some components had been trashed. So now I am out the $250 diagnosis fee and dont have a machine to send in to Jura.

This place is a total scam do not bring your Vacuum to be repaired to any of these four stores. They have four locations and ship the vacuums around to get them fixed to different locations. The fine print says they have 21 days to diagnose your vacuum and they use them. You will be so frustrated from the time lag without a vacuum and the run around that you will just want your vacuum back. When you finally get it back you will see nothing was done for the $125.00 diagnostic fee. In my case they could not fix the vacuum and therefore returned it to me filthy. For $125.00 they could have cleaned the vacuum and the filters at least. They have a heavy sales pitch to buy one of their vacuums.Run Away

Worker Chris is very rude. Horrible customer service. I was in line behind three woman, one who didnt know how to park at all at the register, and a mother and daughter. The mother told the daughter to take a picture of her parking, the woman said boo who and the mother simply said, you didnt have to take up two spaces we asked you to move. And Chris decides to look at the mother and daughter and say we dont need any of that. They asked for the owners information and Chris didnt want to help instead he laughed and tried arguing with them so I left as well. Ive been going here for years but no more. Vacuums R Us on Sheridan & 80th Ave was amazing though.

Dropped off a kitcheaid hand blender under warranty, beginning of Dec. they are an official repair shop for kitchenaid products. they said its probably non fixable and kitchenaid would either fix it or send a new one.Didnt hear from them for more than 5 weeks. When I called they said its not fixable and Im the one that needs to take care of it with kitchenaids customer service.. if i had known they cant fix/replace it i would have went somewhere else and not waste the time
