Awesome service an good prices

I reached out to Mr. Poole because of shoddy work done by another local appliance company, whom I will be reviewing separately. Mr. Poole came at the scheduled time, brought the parts he thought were needed, and explained everything he did and what he repaired. My washing machine was in pieces when Mr. Poole came but now it works like a brand new machine. He was so nice! His price was very reasonable. I recommend him 100% and will tell anyone who needs appliance repair in the area to make sure you call him first.

This is the only repairman I call. He fixes my appliances quickly, and properly. Hes the biggest reason most have lasted 25 and 26 years. If it cant be fixed, or isnt cost effective, such as the old upright freon leaking freezer, hell tell you without coming out, charging you a service call to look at it. But hes a 5 🌟 Professional.

Steve has worked on my washer and dryer two different times. Price very reasonable. Service call plus any parts. He was at my house both times within 48 hrs and also while working on a dryer he assisted me with a freezer issue free of charge. Brings with him a friendly attitude and doesnt mind explaining his work. I will use him again in the future
