Will not be shopping here again after the employees were discussing their COVID conspiracy theories in front of me while I was checking out. Totally inappropriate to discuss in front of customers. I only came here since they had the specific product I needed.

My Husband and I walked out of church to discover our battery was dead. We headed over to AutoZone and Gerald greeted us upon arrival. He quickly checked the battery, provided us our purchase options, and installed it with no hesitancy. He was genuine and pleasant. We laughed and talked and he even suggested several restaurants. We highly recommend everyone in need of car parts to stop by and see Gerald!

Came in for a new battery and it was overall a phenomenal experience. Matt helped check me out and install the new battery and all this took no longer than 8-9 minutes.

I went in to purchase some Goo Gone, Reggie came out and removed my old baked on back windshield stickers off my beloved 99 Ram for free! Staff at this store location are very nice and courteous. Matt went over the top assisting my in my purchase of a battery and new terminals, and the install in which there was some extra work needed on the old terminal connectors. Stopped in yesterday to get a few bulbs for my car, and the process was fast and simple. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly, and even offered me a special substance to enhance the life of the bulbs. Overall, for someone who is a complete idiot when it comes to car maintenance, it was a great experience!

Leaving for work - dead battery. Jump started car and headed to Autozone. Matt changed the battery quickly including cleaned and lubed terminals and the batt holder. In and out in less than 30 mins. 5 star service!

My Jeep needed to be jumped to start it. Jason at AutoZone checked my alternator first, which was nice since I was just going to buy a battery, which I may have not needed. Then he replaced the battery for free! To top it off, he gave me ten percent off since Im a nurse. He said first responders, nurses, physicians, and military get ten percent off!Glad I came here! My brother, a recently retired Navy Captain, told me to come here. Not the dealership or Walmart. He said AutoZone has The best batteries with longest warranties. James had his first day today and did a phenomenal job!! He was able to get my headlight changed and let me know I had been driving with a tool on my car from a prior service (Not at AutoZone)! The manager on duty (he wore a grey shirt and black vest) was also helpful when I tried to get my key fob replaced!! They got me situated in a timely fashion and VERY friendly! I believe it was Jason that helped me out.I am super lazy with google reviews, but felt compelled to do this one.Went in to replace my battery, but Jason noticed I potentially had a few years left on the warranty. He suggested for me to NOT buy a battery from him, and to see if I could locate where I got my battery from.I received horrible customer service from the company I got the battery from (Goodyear in the colony btw), and said forget them, I’ll buy from autozone.Jason have me 10% off, installed the battery perfectly and expediently, and replaced my wiper blades in a serrated transaction.Five stars form me.

Very knowledgeable staff. My Camaro had check engine light and was reading codes for misfires. One employee suggested I try spark plugs before direct injectors. I did plugs and air filter. No more misfires, no more check engine light.

Always convenient local and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They put the service in customer service. I tip them because they go above and beyond. They will go out to your car and double check the issue and look up a resolve if they dont know off hand. The store is always organized and clean and have good hours. They have a daily or weekly special and suggestive sell, which tends to be something you actually may need, but not super pushy about it. They Honor their warranties without a hitch can you believe it? That Texas pond thing.. Yeah NO pond to walk around. Sad face emoji..!

Very helpful! I worked on my spark plugs and wires recently because of performance of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the engine light stayed on. The AutoZone representative helped me navigate the codes my vehicle computer spit out. Gave me a lot of information. I fortunate and will return.

They are continuing to improve on both service and parts. Prices are compatible with the other retail auto parts store. Parts for cars could be better.

Always have everything I need. Simple installs are free by their friendly and courteous staff. Whether its a check engine light or a battery you suspect is going bad thier free diagnostics are great to atleast point you in the right direction. Also thier system tracks all your purchases and the associated warranty information for you so you never have to worry about digging up old receipts or paperwork.

Prices are fair. Employees are quite knowledgeable for a parts store. Will usually do a courtesy install on any part that easy to put on the car. Service is usally fast and polite.

FREE BATTERY TEST:My car wouldnt start. I received a jump and immediately took my car to Auto Zone to have the battery tested for free. They were nice, courteous, friendly and solved the problem. Thank you all so much.
