Kryssi was amazing. I have been doing my own taxes for almost 20 years and decided to hire a professional when it looked like I needed to pay several thousand more to the IRS. She actually helped me through my past 2 years of taxes and got me a refund. I will be a life long customer. Highly recommend.

So i have used liberty tax for 8 plus years and up until now they have done okay with Cindy and yesnda. Well not anymore as my tax return was signed and accepted yet the amount i received was missing 3,000 around dollars. Amy the one who did my taxes has dodged me for three weeks now with shady responses that do not even match my W-2s. I am a nice guy although that does no mean i will take fluff why Im robbed. Really feel like my funds have been stolen and will continue to do so as no one will answer and obviously avoid my calls Use another service and just to give insight i am paid to pay attn and this time Amys body language was one of panic and rush me out the door when she did them this year as opposed to last year. I know this is not on the up and up and feel many others are being fed lies to steal from them.

Never used a tax service before but I am really thankful for my friend referring me. The service was amazing and professional.

Great attitude from employees. They greet you and make you feel welcomed as soon as you come through the door: Making sure to ask for your reason to visit. This made me feel like they were here for me. They also went the extra step to look into some questions I had and called me back in to help me file for the stimulus. Which I had thought I missed and wouldn’t be able to obtain. They truly are here for the customer. Great team.

The customer service was out of this world good. The woman who is over this office is extremely competent and looks out for her clientele. I strongly advise anyone to go there if you can or give them a call she can file your taxes remotely.

I came in Saturday at 10:30am, the lady was nice and greeted me. She did my taxes, was friendly and the nice the whole time. I got a nice refund and they were able to take the fee out of my refund. I like the promotion of getting 50 dollars Cash and a gift bag. I will be going back there next year and each year after. I was happy and satisfied with the service I received.

Charging $300 for a single year tax return that took 20 minutes of their employees time. Shameful company. They did not inform me about any of their fees until I called asking where my refund was. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Con artists! They put my refund ($456) right into their own bank account. The employee told me it would be put into my account. I will be running your business name through the mud to everyone for the rest of my life!

I just completed my 2019 taxes with Liberty Tax, I did not have to go physically in the office. Everything was done over the phone and by a secured system where I submitted all of my forms. The process was quick and easy, definitely returning again next year. Thank you ladies.

I came in scared to death because I had not filed in a long time and was worried about getting in trouble and it being so crazy hard that no one would help me! The people here took great care of me, calmed my nerves and then they were able to get me refunds farther back then I would have thought. They called the IRS for me so that was a hassle I did not have to deal with and made the whole process much better. Im definitely a customer that will keep coming back.
