Well maintained place. The location is very good with ample parking. The staff were friendly. We organized an event here and the staff were very supportive for our needs. Lots of free space around too and natural light.

Ive attended the Daddy & Daughter dance for the past four years. The event center is well decorated and spacious. Although it may be a little difficult to find your first time, its a decent establishment for large gatherings.

We had a conference there for about 45 people. The Projector setup was a bit temperamental. Any time we changed presenters there was a 5-8 minute process to get them to project properly. They had a wireless mic for the presenter, but if sound was played over from the laptop the presenter had to hold the Mic over their laptop speakers. They should of provided a inline mic hookup for laptops. Facility was nice, staff was very accommodating, chairs were comfortable for 8 hours of sitting.

The air conditioning sucks in this place, had continental breakfast but not for guests? The rooms were clean but the air didn’t work at all, complained several times did no good, booked 2 nights love the area but will never stay here again. Fire alarms went off 2 days in a row. Chaos galore

Attended an event. Everything was perfect! Buffet was delicious, service was great. The bread was my favorite (it was so tasty!). Bathrooms were very well maintained.

I attended a live training event at the Cascades Conference Ctr. This space is perfect for smaller events. It opens to the shared patio space for the hotel its attached to. Very nice place.

My son had his Internet Connection Academy’s STAAR 8th grade testing there. This conference center provided the parents the accommodations of a great place for children to take their tests. Furthermore, there were business people in other conference areas doing other presentations that did not interrupt either group. The food at the conference center was excellent. However, a little pricey, that coming from a homeschooled single mother. Thank you Cascades Conference Center. Moreover! Thank you Commection Acadamy for providing Excellent Education for my son!

Great place, clean, nice, well managed. We were are large group with many break outs. They did a fine job.

Its a hidden gem off of 121 n Spring Creek. Great food and attentive staff.
