Started out with good cleaning quality, organized, communicative. The quality of the cleans dropped significantly over time to the point we were getting serious guest complaints at least once a week. Owner was not very responsive to complaints, very hesitant to offer a follow up clean, did not offer cleaning discounts or credits if items were missed. Tried to work with them to develop a quality control system which still failed. Delivered so many poor quality cleans that it damaged my business and I was forced to find a new company. Do not recommend!

I needed a Deep Cleaning and I didnt want to use the OTHER company again so we branched out and found Mint. So glad we did. The three ladies that came got right to work and did an exceptional job. They were on time, friendly and professional. We will for sure be having them back on the next Deep clean. Thank you!!!

Using MINT housekeeping was overall a smooth and clean process. The cleaners were prompt and on time, and their level of care was apparent. From the baseboards to the dust behind my TV, the house was immaculate. They made my bed and organized my clutter, it was such a positive environment once they were finished. The finishing touch, the house smelled of mint, a nice subtle calming mint. I will continue to use them, and would recommend!

Being a mother of a four legged fur ball, the amount of dog hair can really build up! I was VERY impressed that my floor and all my floor boards were left so clean! Natalie was very phenomenal with her cleaning along with her crew less than an hour and a half to get my whole house before I moved out deposit back all of my deposit back because of it I would highly recommend them to any of my friends family and friends but I do Holley recommend them they were very good
