My experience at this place was absolutely horrible and unprofessional! I took 3 brand new dress to be steamed and 1 dress to be altered on a Monday. I was told to come back the next day after 3 and the dresses were not ready. The employee kept calling me a different name (Jessica) when I called 2 days later that my dresses were ready. The dress that was being altered was to be ready on Friday. I went on Tuesday to pick the dress up and it had not been altered. The ticketed price was around $48. I expressed to the employee that the dress was still big and it was dirty. She told me I must have lost weight. I informed her that I had not lost weight and that $48 was not a fair price for a dress that was still baggy on me. She laughed and I asked what was funny and she said I was funny. She said she was not the owner nor did she do the alterations so she called the owner on the phone. She wasnt speaking English so I do no know what message she conveyed. I asked her to speak to the owner and she hung up the phone and said that the owner lived far. When she got off the phone and threw her hands in the air and said so what do you want to do. She kept laughing and told me she was angry. I told her I wanted a fair price, we settled on $30 plus tax but honestly the dress wasnt altered. I just wanted my item and I wanted to leave. I want the owner to contact me personally because I was treated unfairly at your business. She also told me she had a customer waiting as if I wasnt a paying customer. I also told her if I spoke to customers the way you do, I wouldnt have a job. Small businesses like this think that they can treat people any way and get away with it. I am furious at the service I received at High Point Cleaners in the Colony, TX. Never again!!!

These people were nice but I brought in 7 shirts to be laundered. That means washed! But even though each shirt had a tag that said DO NOT DRY CLEAN they did it anyway so they could charge me $4 for each shirt. Total ripoff .

This is a great cleaner. Staff is always friendly. Never an issue. After 8 years of service I highly recommend them.

Picked up my dry cleaning and it smells awful. I told her to smell the dress and she acted as if she didn’t understand. Meanwhile she’s asking me for my PIN number for my card - as if I’m dumb enough to do that. The dress looks like when I brought it in - and smells worse than the closet smell that I brought it in with. Save your money as they overcharge as well as their practice. Terrible service from horrible people. Don’t ever assume that a person is ill-educated to the hustle. I’m street savvy as well as highly educated.

I never leave reviews online but this is definitely an exception. Frank who works here was awesome! I needed my suit cleaned for an out of town wedding and High Point Cleaners got it ready the next morning for me to pick up. Highly Recommended!

I downvoted because they refuse to launder shirts that have tags saying Machine Wash. They only accept them for dry cleaning even when I am willing to accept the risk. They do good work but are to expensive due to driving business to dry cleaning. I will try accross the street.

The staff is friendly and very detail oriented. I never get a shirt back with a broken or missing button. Also they go above and beyond. Very happy experience.

They do an excellent job here. No lost items, and weve seen some stains removed that we never thought could be taken out. Very friendly, and the drive up option is a nice touch.
