Erika was very helpful! I must say she took her time and assisted me. I was impressed with her attitude when I encountered problems with the Net Spend card. The rep on the phone didn’t provide options. However Erika gave me multiple options to try and fix the problem.

This was my 1st time here, and to get a loan. Mrs.Tekoa who was the only one there, she was sweet, kind, very considerate and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips. She is a 10 star employee.
