I store a vehicle here and I have had nothing but a positive experience. The management was great to work with in setting it up. It’s month to month so there’s not much of a risk. I feel like my property is very safe because it’s in a good part of town and the security is tight there. Lots of cameras and lights and everything is locked down after 10pm so no one can be walking around there at night and maybe getting into your stuff. This is a safe choice for a place to store your property.

Clean place. Trash disposal availability is inconvenient bc its always locked so you can only get the key during office hours. The prices for storage parking is super high but the regular units are fairly priced. The employees are very nice.

They were awesome! I went to go get some boxes since I was moving from TC to Wichita Falls. They helped me load into my tiny car and everything! I got 10 medium boxes and 3 small boxes for less than $35!

I was looking for a covered parking in the area and got lucky to find Securlock at Colony. The manager Bryan was so professional and efficient. Paper work can be done electronically. Bryan met us at the gate the next day with mask on. The place is neat and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place.

Good facility for storage of all kinds. Just aggravating trash restrictions with the hours and the key required to use the dumpsters.

Wow, that a painless and nice experience , this place really seems to care about its people and all their policies seem to reflect it. Im going through a move with a deceased close relatives and I couldnt have asked for better pricing, an inviting attitude, and a nice staff.

Lying snakes. Dont let an incompetent manager bait-and-switch you from a cheaper large locker into a more costly one as she did me. Had movers who had to unload then mgr admits mistake (there are no large lockers available - AFTER HAVING ORIGINALLY CONFIRMED ONE) AND I WAS STUCK with what has become thousands of dollars in higher fees. CROOKS!!!!!!!You are partially correct - there was a 10 X 30 rented - PROBLEM IS I RENTED AN INDOOR LOCKER WHICH YOUR MANAGER CONFIRMED BUT SHE MISTAKENLY PUT IT DOWN AS AN OUTDOOR LOCKER - EVEN THOUGH I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER IT WAS TO STORE MY HOUSEHOLD BELONGINGS IN. When I got there SHE FOUND HER MISTAKE. I HAVE HER ERRONEOUS EMAILS OF THIS AND YOU WILL SEE.Other managers have known of her mistake. I suppose those managers are gone now too?

I won an auction that includes rhe belongings of a unit located at this facility and the staff made it very easy to transition the ownership and renting of the unit till I was able to pull out the winnings. I give them 3 stars , because the units dont have lights and that theyre not accessible 24 hours they dont get 5 stars. Maybe theyll change after this review, maybe not. Theyre good if youre a resident of The Colony, otherwise theyre located in a high traffic zine which makes easily manoeuvring difficult. Good luck ..

These guys go above and beyond, I was having trouble finding a spot to park my 27 travel trailer and these guys worked with me and made it happen. If you are looking for safe and secure storage with an amazing staff this is the place!

These guys rock so much that Ive now used them twice now even though there is a storage place closer to me. Super nice and helpful staff. Very accommodating. They have a truck you can use as well as moving dollies and carts too to use for FREE when you lease a space there.

The managers are absolutely wonderful! Ive been doing storage business with these wonderful people for over 4 years and cannot say enough good about them. The premises are impeccably kept. They are warm, helpful and, simply put, couldnt imagine getting better service at any other storage company than I get here! I plan on continuing doing my business with them in the future.

The managers, Tony & Brenda Lee Rawlinson, are the sweetest proprietors of any storage units I have ever rented. The facilities is exquisitely kept and managed. When my wife and I went in to check on availabilities, we were met with courtesy, good prices, and a thorough description of their financial program. We feel our need for great storage was fulfilled and satisfied with great professionalism by Tony & Brenda. If you live in The Colony or the north Dallas area by the Dallas North Tollway, we HIGHLY recommend Securlock Storage, the one on Main Street, north/west of H121. Im a long term renter and the customer service is excellent. This location has the largest units available in The Colony. Wide lanes and excellent turn space for 53 trailers is a huge selling point for me. Its secure, always clean and well-lit at night. SRB-121 is a stones throw away. Awesomeness!

Ive been using SecurLock Storage here in The Colony for almost 3 years now. Brenda Lee and Tony keep this place spotless and they are just the nicest people to deal with. Its centrally located right on Main Street and the prices are very competitive. They have a wide range of sizes of storage units, even some inside units, and a vehicle/trailer/RV parking area. They have saved me money and built my trust over the years and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

We have over the last ten years had a need from time to time for storage. We have always used Securlock. The property is secure, well-lit, clean and offers several options for storage. The pricing is fair and competitive. The best part of Securlock though is the staff --- they are professional, friendly and very helpful. We especially appreciate BrendaLee and her kindness. We recently moved out of state and found Securlock helped us with that transition. If we ever have a storage need in North Texas we will use Securlock and will refer others to the property if they need storage.

They are always so friendly and helpful! I strongly recommend you go in and chat with them if you are looking for storage. The jokes they posts on the sign outside are also hilarious!
