I dropped my car off for a hail claim 4/5/2021 with an estimate of it being completed by 4/9/2021 and it was completed 4/7/2021. Excellent service, set my expectations and exceeded them, the manager was awesome when I picked up my car this morning 4/12/2021. Super friendly, personable, quick service, and excellent customer service he even remembered my name. Top notch. I would definitely use this location again. Thank you for all your hard work and getting my car fixed quickly. It looks great! I will definitely recommend your location to others.

This place is the worst joke ever. The attitude of the staff is horrible. They are spiteful, disrespectful and in cahoots with the insurance company. The manager lack of apathy, and complete unprofessionalism is why I will never take my suv to a service king ever again.

My insurance company set up the appointment for me. From the time I arrived for that first visit to drop off my car to the end when I picked up the finished car, they were professional, courteous, and helpful. My car looked as good as brand new. They kept me informed during the entire process with text updates or phone calls. When the repair took a day longer than I was told, they called to explain why and took care of extending my rental car for a day with the rental car company. Even with all of that, the car was finished sooner than the original estimate when I dropped it off. I could not have been more pleased with their work and the handling of the repair from start to finish. I highly recommend this Service King location in The Colony, TX and, while I hope I don’t need their help again in the near future, I would definitely use them again.

Cant say enough good words about this place. Ive had my fair share of collision repair center experiences and this was by far the best place Ive been to. I got an update text everyday so I never had to wonder when my car would be finished or anything. The quality of customer service was phenomenal and everyone was so polite/nice. Also the fact that I was able to drop off my rental at service king instead of finding a way to get it back to enterprise was so convenient. Honestly just blown away with my experience and not to mention, my car looks great. So Jeremy Weatherall, if youre reading this- amazing work youre doing at this facility!

I attempted to use this Service King only I never got my estimate in the on hour that they stated I would get it. I call Tuesday the same day I stopped by making them aware of the fact I didnt get it. It didnt seem to be a big deal, but it was to me because pictures of my car were taken. For that reason I felt uncomfortable about this place not following through . Then I called today and asked to speak with a manager in which I was put on the phone with the person that didnt send me the information. I just wanted to talk to the manager about my concerns and this review would have never happened.

Worst autobody experience that Ive ever had. Pushy know-it-alls that dont care about your car or your situation. Jeremy is a hack who tries to bait-and-switch you into having work done out of pocket while the insurer doesnt know. Should be investigated by the AG!!

I had an accident and they were there to fix my car in a week. They kept me updated almost every day and when i picked up the car, it was immaculate. Brand new vehicle so i was hesitant as this was my first time going but they are well worth it!! Glad i found a new place to take my vehicle if anything occurs!

We had an amazing experience at this Service King location from start to finish. Our service advisor, Gavin Pillow, went above and beyond. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process, giving us updates almost daily. He also made the rental car reservation for us and coordinated both dropping off and picking up the vehicles. We would highly recommend Gavin and should we ever need body work done again, he will be our first call.

My first experience Service king after almost 17 years. The service was great. Rental car in the shop made easy to drop the car off and get in another vehicle. My advisor kept me up to date on my vehicle progress. At the end I ran in to issue when the (other partys) insurance company some how coded not to release the vehicle due to miscommunication, but the advisor ensured me that I would not be charged for extra day of car rental until issue was resolved.

Took 2 and a half months to finish a wheel...... constant lack of communication.. Icing on the cake was when a very cheap piece of plastic bumper on the rental car I got from their Enterprise team broke... they are now attempting to collect almost $2,000K making wild claims I caused all kinds of fake damage to the car. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE! I

I received phone calls often for updates on the process and questions to ensure my vehicle was returning to pre-accident appearance. To anyone looking for quality, professionalism and the Gold Standard,I highly recommend this Service King repair center. I recently had to take my car and my wife’s car due to the recent hail damage. The motto of each repair center is Quality Repairs. Lifetime Warranty. And I truly believe that is the case with this repair center. Not only do they offer quality repair, but they also have a great team who work incredibly hard to make sure their customers walk away completely satisfied. Each time I had to make a trip up to the repair center I was greeted by a smile from their front desk receptionist, making me feel truly welcomed. Enterprise is also conveniently located within the store branch and Brian was able to provide us two vehicles the same day while our cars were being repaired. Christy, my service advisor for both vehicles was incredible with her communication and keeping me up to date on the progress of both our vehicles.Lastly, I want to thank the General Manager, Robert Deleon. I find myself extremely fortunate to have chosen this repair center. Robert is highly dependable and provided excellent customer service. On the multiple occasions I spoke with Robert, I found him to be incredible dedicated to ensuring that I was truly happy. Robert called me personally and gave me updates on our two vehicles. I know I had nothing to worry about and that our cars were in great hands with Robert and his team.It is for these reasons that I offer my highest recommendation to this Service King repair center without any reservations. They live up to their mission statement.

This shop has horrible service!! They say that Service king is not just a name but a promise but there service representatives at The Colony body shop cannot even keep their word!! Leave alone remember what they ask of their clients so that they can keep their end of the bargain!!I have had a horrible experience with them ranging from substandard quality of service to pathetic customer service from the sales reps at The Colony body shop. I called to tell them that the repairs that they did to correct the first set of mistakes did not fix everything. So he asked me to bring the car in either on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so that he can organize a rental car for me as they fix the car within that week. So I called him and told him that am bringing the car on a Tuesday and he said its okay. When I got there, I showed him the areas that needed attention (and I had told him of these areas over the phone) then he sends me away and tells me to bring it in on whatever other day that works for me!!! Completely contradicting what he told me and when I asked him about what he said in our previous conversation, he blatantly denied and said that he did not tell me that I could bring the car on a Mon, Tue or Wed. I guess I probably looked stupid and crazy to him that I didnt understand the context of our conversation! Does ServiceKing record calls?? Because this should be replayed!I do not appreciate being taken for a fool and lied to especially when they are the ones who didnt get to do their work right! So now I have to take some more time off work to accommodate a lying representative who probably wont even keep his word and do the job right the third time!!I will never refer Service King to anyone!!! Please stay away from them if you can!! Go to your local trusted body shops and stay away from these ones! Its beyond frustrating!

I am very disappointed in the service. I have been asking for an estimate for the repair. The service person keeps going back and forth. I was never given an estimate . Thats very incompetent. I came to the shop , left a message with the operator at the desk and asked her to request the manager to give me a call on the estimate. They still never called. After leaving the car at the shop , the repair was not completed . We had to go back and forth again , with the service team not willing to step up and take responsibility of fixing the issue. You have wasted a lot of my time just throwing the responsibility on the customer and asking them to reach out to the insurance . I called the insurance and they put me on hold and tried to call you guys twice. No one at the desk picked. Now I have to keep following up with your shop to know what the situation is.Very Very Dissappppointinggggggggggggg

Nicolas Panos I had a 2012 Toyota Highlander repaired at the service king in the colony. I had to take it back numerous times over 5. Luggage rack plastic cap fell off a week after I got it back. They left bondo on the inside of my door jam and carpet. Paint over spray on my leather seats. My car had a water leak that I discovered after it rained. I took the vehicle back numerous times to repair the water leak and it was never fixed. They tried to fix my car with some kind of silicone compound to stop the leaks and got it all over my rear window tint. My car smelled like a wet sock everytime it rained or the weather changed. I opened my hood to check the oil and there was a body bolt just sitting there. They ruined my vehicle it only had 70,000 miles on it and it was ruined. The car was almost paid off 40,000 dollars down the drain. I loved that vehicle!!! It had leaked water in it so many times that It shorted out my rear air conditioner. I had numerous other electrical issues with the vehicle. I pulled back the carpet only to reveal missing plastic push pins and rust starting to form on the floor pan under the seats. These people ruined my vehicle to the point were it forced me to buy a new one. I wish I could post pictures along with this post. I would give them zero if I could!! I never write reviews but I just had too. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust your vehicle to these people!! The last time I called with water leaks and complaints the general manager called me left a message when I called back he didn’t answer and never returned my voicemail. My father had stage 4 cancer during the whole affair I would have to drive him in a mold filled stinky car to his oncology appointments thanks to these people.

Had an extremely bad experience. No problem with the customer service but paint job was sloppy. That’s the sad part, It is their core competency and leaving a paint deposit on the bumper does not exuberate confidence. I would just stay away there are many body shop in the area it is not worth the time. Tesla owners specially stay away from this location, they didn’t know how to program the sensors and don’t have the right toolset

Had my car towed to this SK around November 21st, and after being told that they could look over the damage and file an amended insurance claim, they then proceeded to string me along til early January.However, the almost $2k that I am now out in rental car fees is not nearly as troubling as this: When I brought the car in, I specifically made sure that Aaron Stone was aware that the engine was 100% dead, and in fact has a hole in it that is larger than a quarter. He notated in the paperwork that there was engine trouble but then waited an entire week with zero contact until I reached back out, and informed me when I asked that no repairs had been done, and no assessment of the damage had even been completed yet. Why? Because when they tried to turn on the vehicle, it wouldn’t start. (Shocker.) They then attempted to try to jump it, which was also (unsurprisingly) unsuccessful.So, moral of the story: Take your car here if you want totally inept people working on it, who don’t understand basic car mechanics, and who will gladly string you along for weeks.Edited to add: I contacted Service King’s main office and was promised to be contacted by Shawn Dyer. Never heard anything. Called back and again requested that he reach out to me as promised, and to date, I have still yet to hear anything.

Great staff and body service manager tried to fox or address the issue of overspray on non accident related areas of my car. Had to take car in to fix but still see overspray on various panels. Car is black, overspray is grey. Completely unacceptable. Really sucks since they are supposed to be a reputable body shop. Work done to fix the damages was done very well though. Still, overspray is unacceptable. Dont have time to keep going up there to drop my car off for am entire day to still not have problem fixed. Thumbs down for that issue

I think it was okay service. I called the morning my car was due to be picked up and asked him when I could pick it up and the guy who answered phone rudely says, “It’s your car. Pick it up whenever!” A few hours later, they called me back and told me it wasn’t ready. So I had to pay for an extra day of car rental.
