Walmart executives need to take a tour of Costco Warehouse to see just how professional, an organized theyre, Costco runs the smoothest Warehouse in the business. Temple Warehouse was closed do to ice storm, and there security staff has no ideal how to handle a catastrophic event such as this, please get them some serious remedial traing,.

Go 1 hour before delivery.For 1st timers after cross i35. After 1.5 miles take right for truck enterence. Dont go straight. Like I went to car parking lot today. And then take U-turns from 2 miles.Nice guards and staff.Enjoy.

Mismanaged facility. They given me door 58.That was occupied. Too many doors available.I requested them to change door. Told me to wait.Still waiting for door from two hours.

It is a Walmart distribution center. 1st of all that should say what you need to know. But let me elaborate. When you check in the guards are friendly and professional. You are usually assigned a door, normal. However every time I have delivered here I have not been assigned to door I have had to park and get assigned a door. Im ALWAYS ASSIGNED door number 87. Always have to wait at least 30 minutes for them to pull a trailer out of the door. Now now they are fairly quick at unloading you that is a bonus for them. The shipping and receiving personnel are hit-and-miss sometimes you get someone friendly sometimes you get someone with a broomstick stuff up there huha! So I would just say...... roll the dice and you get what you get.

This Walmart DC is one of the worst they try everything in there powers to make you late for the check in also giving you a door that already has a truck in it to call them to let them know when your actually in that dock also imagine be given a dock that is right by a dumpster to a point that I can barely open the the tractor doors as a retaliation for this good review I believe.

Not too bad; they give you a door, you drop your trailer, pull forward a couple feet, then walk down to receiving. (unless you are lazy, then you ignore instructions & drive down to receiving) They have a small waiting area with 2 vending machines and a microwave... the bathroom was clean, THANKS WALMART!

Like 4 hours to unload, well it’s Walmart

Big open parking .easy check in and out.park at your door .disconnect chalk tires etc.go to check in door.fill out paper guard gave you at check first.they call you .you get a green light a red light and than green.30 minutes to a hour they call you to office for paperwork.Go back reconnect to trailer. Drive back to guard shack leave at least one door open .guard give you ok .close door and off to new adventures.Guards professional and the one lady at check in polite and nice .

Typical walmart delivery experience. I arrived about an hour early. They didnt start until about 20 minutes after appointment time. About an hour to unload. Not too bad.

These folks are fairly quick about unloading. The counting is what takes a while, but all-in-all, a Pretty good unload time. Allot quicker than some that take 6 to 8 hours to unload and count. The lady in receiving was very nice, and actually has a good sense of humor.

The people who work at Walmart are attentive to people and I really like them

Was easy in and out during a drop and hook I was told to drop kind of in the middle of where receiving is and pick up an empty behind that area but I found an empty right where I dropped my loaded trailer I dont think they are that strict on where you drop and pick an empty look like long as its in that area around receiving is fine even with live loads wasnt anyone inside check in office meaning drivers but there were some trucks on docks but seems to run pretty smooth here

I Drive for Ozark Truck Lines . Springdale Ar. I delivered at the temple dc saturday Feb 20 . Because of the ice storm that hit . They were days behind on receiving . Trucks were backed up for days . The security , police , receiving office , the warehouse . Done a great job of dealing with the back up. With directing traffic getting trucks in and out . The treated us with great amount of respect an consideration . Ad deserve a big pat on the back for a job well done. Thank you . It is greatly appreciated

19:00 appointment time. Gave my door to another driver and I had to wait until 20:15 for another door to open up for me. My personal opinion is they overbook and use pathetic excuses for mismanagement. I can’t even say that they were friendly or anything because they weren’t.

The food for the price is not a plus, I understand delivery plays a role in how the food is received but please if your asking for $6 for some fruit and youve basically monopolized your way into forcing people to have to buy here or drive out of the area! At least have the decency to sell quality food Wal-Mart.👎

The guys at the shack are great. However the joy stopped there. Took 3hr to unload and another hour to get bills on a very slow day.

Checked in at 6 am for a 6:15 appointment. They started unloading me at 6:50. Had my paperwork back by 7:05. In and out at Walmart in an hour is outstanding.

Even of you are on time they mark you late because it takes the gaurds at the gate 5 minutes to check each driver in. They dont care if you have to cancel all your other loads because they want to purposely hold you up. This place is a joke.

Parking on the street the guards at the front gate have always been nice, but the woman in the mornings that check you in at the office are by far some of the rudest woman you will ever encounter in the business. So keep the conversation short and don’t ask any questions. If your waiting on a door do not ask for one of the doors that are open, that will cause you to get yelled at like a child being told no for the 40th time. On the reefer side depending on the amount of purchase orders 2 to 4 hours unload time.

Its the typical Wal-Mart dc experience. You get there on time and they take forever to finish an unload. They got me to a door nice and quick but then it all ground to a halt.

Typical Walmart DC. Arrive no more than 1.5 hours early.No overnight parking at any DC Ive been to, but this one has areas available off property.Youll see a lot of trucks on the right hand side parked.You can also park down the street across from the DC entrance. There are plenty of spaces to turn around.And finally, HEB DC next door actually has overnight spaces that you can get into without checking in.

For a wal mart..not bad. 30 minutes early and out in 2 hrs and 15 min..full load of ice cream.

Not a bad place I have been coming here every week for 4 years. Most people, security, receiving well most are friendly an quite helpful. But I hate when I walk in an see Ms Linda working. She is never friendly an is always snippy with drivers. It is very impressive she has been with Walmart for over 20 years but it is time for her to do a differant job with the company an keep as far away from drivers as possible. I really believe she hates most who walk in the door. I know I have always tried to be friendly with her but have long thrown in the towel on that effort
