Tom and his crew have performed exceptional work for us for over 10 years. We have an 80 Eucalyptus tree and very large Arizona Mesquite. Below both trees we have a great number of specimen cacti and succulents. Their team of professionals cut and trim our trees beautifully and have never harmed any of the specimen plants. Each team member is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

This company is fantastic! This is our second year using them and I have specifically worked with Daniel for the bidding. But his superintendent and the crew are also great. Respectful and kind. They came out this year and did such an amazing job that I had them expand the project to include the entire property. They made property look so much better than I thought it could. Daniel also it’s just an honest, ethical, good guy. We always end up chatting about things besides trees because he’s just a good person. Cannot recommend this company more!

They cost me a day from work, and I dont have anything to show for it.They were supposed to come out Friday afternoon to scope out the work and required me to take a day off from work. The work is to remove 2 large, live trees and 5 stumps.At Friday noon, I got a text message saying their arboriest got sick and went home. I offered several other times to meet (Saturday, or any day before 9AM), but they dont support appointments outside noon-4PM, Mon-Fri. (Theyre also fixated on Tuesday afternoons, and kept suggesting that even after I said I couldnt make Tuesdays.)I guess they dont need any more business.

Arbor Care gave us a very good quote and did a great job of thinning out our huge bottle brush tree. They told us that they were booked out for a few weeks, but i was willing to wait.I never did meet them since they did the work while I was at work, but all went well. I would highly recommend these folks. They cleaned up the site very well with no damage. Payment made over the phone. So all very easy.

These guys are amazing! I hired them to trim my very overgrown olive tree. They got here with a big crew, chipper, truck. The crew made fast work of the tree and finished in 45 minutes! One climbed and trimmed, while others trimmed the lower parts and put the branches in the chipper. They cleaned up and made the tree look wonderful! They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company! Ill have them back again for sure!

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!!!We needed to have 6 mature 40-ft high acacia trees carefully removed from between commercial buildings. We got quotes from 6 TOP RATED companies. When DANIEL from Arbor Care came out he gave us an estimate immediately that was very competitive. It was almost half of the other companies. He scheduled the job to be done a few days later, and called the day before to confirm.ART and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled with their equipment. The workers were very energetic and professional and got right to work. In less than 3 hours the 6 trees were gone and all the debris and branches were ground up.The guys left the ground cleaner than it was when they arrived!!!ART and his crew have an excellent work ethic and do a proud job.I will use them from now on.

I have used Arbor Care twice. They trimmed and thinned a medium-size ficus tree and an out-of control Oleander tree in my front yard a few months ago. Last week, they trimmed 3 citrus trees in my back yard. Both times my husband and I have been very happy with quality of the work and the thorough clean up. We definitely will use them again!

Arbor Care came out today and was professional and did a great job. They cut down a very large tree in a matter of 30 mins and it was gone and cleaned up! They cost was very reasonable. I 100% recommend them for any tree removal, youll get a great value and professional crew.

Burt came out for the initial quote and gave me some great advice regarding a troublesome tree.On the day of service, they took care of my palms, olive tree, and made quick work of removing a giant eucalyptus. Miguel and his crew were polite, efficient, and much better at clean-up than other services Ive seen. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this company! They had a crew come out to remove a massive 50+ foot Sissoo tree in our backyard. They had the entire thing taken down and our yard cleaned up like no one had ever been there in under 3 hours. They returned a few days later to complete the stump grinding process and again, they were fast and clean. Their price was wonderful and their service was excellent. I would use them again!

Wonderful experience! I needed a mesquite tree pruned and shaped and an acacia tree removed. The consult was very informative of what to expect. The pruning and removal was completed by a knowledgeable and friendly crew who knew exactly what they needed to do, and did a great job!

Had a problem with the trimmers dropping cut limb on my car hood.Called the company and the owner came out and agreed it was from their crewHe told me to take care of it and send him the bill.I was able to buff out 90% of the scratches and am most satisfied with the interaction with I believe robert.On a job note their thinning of trees around our complex was outstanding.Need trees trimmed, call them.

Had a huge Palo Verde needing severe thinning and crown reduction. Sammy and the crew were awesome and although it was a severe pruning it is obvious that it will grow back in with a beautiful shape. We will have them back to remove a huge acacia that has roots threatening our foundation. Although we had to reschedule a couple times due to emergencies that occur during monsoon season, they were great communicators and worked around my schedule since I made a special flight in for this. And the clean up - you couldnt tell anyone had done a job there except maybe they left it cleaner. This is a great company - reasonable prices, crew leaders that are very knowledgeable, great team performing the work and they really clean up everything!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!A crew of five guys arrived this morning to remove a HUGE willow acacia tree; in an hour and a half it was totally gone. They completely cleaned up all the debris from the removal and left our yard looking better than when they arrived. The entire crew worked amazingly hard and were very professional and courteous!!Wonderful job, price and experience!!

It was getting a little out of control with branches near my home, the neighbors home, and into the street. They provided an estimate and did an amazing job cleaning up the tree. It looks great now. Arbor Care by on a Holiday! They are prompt, curtious, and honest! The tree expert Art, told me that removal of an old rotted tree is the best solution for the tree vs. trimming the tree Id requested! ArborCare was extremely fast in giving us a quote and very professional and competitively priced. We had run into a string of bad luck with a previous company and ArborCare was great. They were also very prompt with communication. We didnt end up using them as they were rightfully busy and we found someone able to do it in our preferred timeline, but I have no doubt they would have provided quality service.

Gotta say, this company is awesome !They have maintained my 40 foot mesquite trees for the past few years now, today they came over and did an awesome job trimming them up again. Unfortunatly, a little damage occurred to the house. I work in customer service, so I get it. I made a call to the main office and the owner himself came out to inspect the damage. They claimed responsibility and settled on the spot !!!!Now thats customer service ! :0)Will always recommend this company !!!!6 star rating if one existed..LOL

I initially called on a Saturday and ended up leaving a voice mail requesting a estimate for removing a large pine tree and pruning a large Chinese elm.Burt from Arbor care returned my call on Monday. I set up an appointment for Wednesday and received a very fair ($800 cheaper than the other companys I called) estimate. On Friday of the same week they did cut down the pine tree and pruned the elm. But the stump grinder broke and they promised to come back on Saturday and finish up. At 9:30 am a crew showed up and finished the work.At all times the crews were very professional and they left my yard spotless. My neighbor also ended up getting her pine removed as well.If your looking for a fair price and professional work, call Arbor care. You will not regret it.

I used Arbor Care based off the good reviews. A branch of a large tree in our backyard had broken, and was hanging off into our yard and partially on our roof. I called and was told to text them some photos to give a quote. The quote was $250 to simply remove the branch, and $375 to remove the branch and balance/trim the tree. I thought the quote seemed high but we were anxious to resolve the issue and agreed to the $375. I was told I would be called the next day by the scheduler, which I was. He said they would be coming out in 7 days to do the work. I called back asking if they could come sooner, because we were worried about additional damage happening due to the fact the branch was partially hanging off the roof. The scheduler said he would call me back, but never did. All in all the work was done well, but in hindsight I wish I had gotten more quotes from other companies who may have been able to come out sooner and given a more affordable price.

Had them trim and balance two trees and remove one. The pavers under the tree they took down were broken in several places from the branches falling. Probably not much they could have done. The other two trees that they trimmed had huge branches broken off the very next week after they trimmed. So much for monsoon ready. They were polite and on time but not sure they know as much about trees as they say they do.

I woke up to broken tree branches following strong winds last evening. Way too big for me to take down on my own and there was too much to dispose of. I found Arbor Care via a Google search and made the call. Within 30 minutes the truck pulled up and the triage began. About 2 hours later everything was removed, chipped, and cleaned up. The price was fair and the arborist was knowledgeable, friendly, and did excellent work. He recommended other crown work to be done which will require a crew. The remaining work is.now scheduled and Im looking forward to my palo verde and mesquite trees will finally be properly pruned.
